Claims (4)

1. Dispositif de réglage de l'épaisseur des tranches dans les machines à trancher de charcuterie ayant un bâti de machine (2), un couteau circulaire (3) rotatif monté tournant dans ce bâti, un chariot (7) pouvant effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient sur le bâti de machine pour la pose et le déplacement du produit à trancher et une plaque de butée (5) présentant une surface d'appui (6) plane pour le produit à trancher, réglable en position par, rapport au couteau circulaire pour le réglage de l'épaisseur des tranches, la plaque de butée (5) étant fixée rigidement à un axe de guidage (9) pouvant coulisser en sens substantiellement transversal par rapport à sa surface d'appui (6), et l'axe de guidage (9) pouvant glisser en sens axial dans deux paliers de coulissement appliqués contre le bâti de machine (2) et étant calé en rotation par un bras (23) qui lui est fixé rigidement, qui glisse sur le bâti de machine (2) et sur lequel agit un dispositif (28, 29, 31) pour le réglage de l'épaisseur des tranches, caractérisé en ce que les paliers de coulissement sont des paliers à coussinets pivotants (11, 12) et, pour assurer le parallélisme de la plaque de butée (5) et du couteau circulaire (3), l'un des paliers de coulissement (12) est réglable en position dans deux directions (X, Y) substantiellement en sens radial par rapport à l'axe de guidage (9).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le palier réglable en position à coussinet pivotant (12) est intégré à un support de palier (13) qui est guidé à l'aide de trous oblongs (21, 22) par deux boulons (14, 15) dans l'une des directions (X) et il est réglable en position dans l'autre direction (Y) au moyen d'écrous de réglage (16, 17, 18, 19) montés sur ces boulons.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le bras (23) s'appuie pendant le glissement, au moyen d'une fourche (25), sur une barre (24) réglable en position dans la direction radiale (Y).
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif pour le réglage de l'épaisseur des tranches comprend une poignée tournante (31) et un disque (29) calé en rotation avec cette poignée et ayant une rainure en spirale (28) dans laquelle est engagée une broche (27) de déplacement du bras (23).
