Claims (18)

en ce que la force de rappel (13) propre au dispositif pour cas normal (10) n'agit qu'au cours de la première étape (51) de la poignée conjointe (30), pour inverser le transmetteur de signaux (11),
et en ce qu'au cours de la deuxième étape (52), aussi bien la force de rappel (13) que la contrainte ressort (23) du dispositif d'urgence (20) agissent sur la poignée conjointe (30). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la poignée conjointe (30) peut prendre lorsque actionnée (33; 38) trois positions différentes (30.1, 30.2, 30.3), chacune à une hauteur différente,
à savoir une position extérieure (30.1) où la poignée mixte (30) se trouve sur la position de repos (12.1) caractérisant le dispositif pour cas normal (10), et qui définit en même temps la position zéro (40.1) du dispositif d'urgence (20),
puis une position intermédiaire (30.2) où la poignée conjointe (30) se trouve sur une position d'actionnement (12.2) caractérisant le dispositif pour cas normal (10) et continue de maintenir le dispositif d'urgence (20) sur sa position zéro (40.1),
et enfin sur sa position intérieure (30.3) où l'on continue d'être en présence d'une position d'actionnement (12.2) dans le dispositif pour cas normal (10) défectueux, mais où le dispositif d'urgence (20) a été amené sur sa position de travail (40.2). - Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les épaulements et contre-épaulements (14, 15) du dispositif pour cas normal (10) sont agencés entre l'organe d'entrée (28) du dispositif d'urgence (20) et la poignée conjointe (30), et que lorsque la poignée conjointe (30) se trouve en position de repos (12.1) ils appliquent l'un contre l'autre et définissent la position extérieure (30.1) de la poignée conjointe (30).

tandis que l'organe d'entrée (28) soumis à la contrainte ressort (23) du dispositif d'urgence (20) se trouve essentiellement sur sa position zéro (40.1),
en ce que les épaulements et contre-épaulements (16, 17) en applique réciproque empêchent que se poursuive la compression d'un ressort de rappel (34) dans le dispositif pour cas normal (10), mais permettent la compression du ressort exerçant la contrainte ressort (23) dans le dispositif d'urgence (20). - Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que des butées et contre-butées intérieures (26, 27) sont agencées entre l'organe d'entrée (28) et le carter (18) du dispositif, lesquelles limitent l'actionnement (38) de la poignée conjointe (30) dans la position intérieure (30.3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la poignée conjointe (30) est un bouton-poussoir et que l'organe d'entrée (28) du dispositif d'urgence (20) est un curseur,
