Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalincarbonsäure, das umfasst eine Kultivierung von Mikroorganismen, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus der Gattung Propionibacterium und der Gattung Bacillus, die geeignet sind zur Herstellung von 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalincarbonsäure, um auf diese Weise dem Mikroorganismus zu erlauben, 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalincarbonsäure in der Kulturbrühe zu produzieren, sowie Sammeln der so hergestellten 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalincarbonsäure.
  2. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung von 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalincarbonsäure nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Kultivierung durchgeführt wird unter Verwendung eines Mediums, enthaltend ein Protease-behandeltes Magermilchpulver oder eines Mediums, enthaltend ein Protease-behandeltes Molkepulver.
  3. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung von 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalincarbonsäure nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei als Additiv während der Kultivierung mindestens ein Additiv, ausgewählt aus einem Hefeextrakt und Laktose, eingesetzt wird.
  4. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung von 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalincarbonsäure nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei nach Beendigung der Kultivierung, die Kulturbrühe auf 3 bis 20°C abgekühlt und gelagert wird.
  5. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung von 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalincarbonsäure nach Anspruch 1, wobei 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalincarbonsäure gesammelt wird durch Unterwerfung der Kulturbrühe, die 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalincarbonsäure enthält, unter eine Adsorptionschromatographie, gefolgt von Adsorption und Elution von 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalincarbonsäure.
  6. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung von 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalincarbonsäure nach Anspruch 5, wobei die auf diese Weise eluierte Lösung konzentriert wird.
  7. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung von 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalincarbonsäure nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der Mikroorganismus, der zur Herstellung von 1,4-Dihydroxy-2-naphthalinsäure geeignet ist, Propionibacterium freudenreichii ist.
