Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Verbinden von einer ablaufenden (2) mit einer zulaufenden neuen Materialbahn (18) mittels Rändeln, insbesondere von von Bobinen (4, 19) ablaufenden Papierbahnen (2, 18) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie,
wobei die zu verbindenden Bahnen (2, 18) mit etwa synchroner Geschwindigkeit und etwa parallel zueinander bewegt, und zwischen einer rotierenden Rändelfläche (27) und einer rotierende Gegenfläche (34) miteinander verbunden werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rändelfläche (27) und die Gegenfläche (34) mit unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten rotieren, so dass sie nur bei jedem n-ten Umlauf zur Durchführung des Rändelvorgangs miteinander wirkverbunden sind mit n > 1. - Verfahren nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch,
wobei die Gegenfläche (34) und die Rändelfläche (27) zumidest angenähert auf die Geschwindigkeit der Bahnen (2, 18) beschleunigt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Anzahl n der Umläufe der Rändelfläche (27) bis zum Rändeln etwa gleich 10 ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei das Geschwindigkeitsverhältnis der Rändelfläche (27) zu der Gegenfläche (34) etwa 10:11 ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Rändelfläche (27) auf die Geschwindigkeit der Bahnen (2, 18) beschleunigt wird, ohne die Bahnen (2, 18) und/oder die Gegenfläche (34) zu berühren. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Geschwindigkeiten der beiden die Rändelung durchführenden Segmente (23, 32) während sie Rändeln so gesteuert werden, dass sich die Segmente (23, 32) annähernd synchron bewegen. - Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Materialbahnen (2, 18) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mittels Rändeln, aufweisend:eine zur Rändelung der zu verbindenden Bahnen (2, 18) dienende rotierbare Rändelfläche (27),eine zur Rändelung der zu verbindenden Bahnen (2, 18) dienende rotierbare Gegenfläche (34),mindestens einen Antrieb (M4, M6) zum Bewegen der Rändelfläche (27) und der Gegenfläche (34),eine Steuerung der Antriebe (M4, M6), um die Bewegung der Rändelfläche (27) auf eine Bewegung der Bahnen (2, 18) und die Bewegung der Gegenfläche (34) derart abzustimmen, dass sich zum Rändeln der Bahnen (2, 18) die Bahnen (2, 18), die Rändelfläche (27) und die Gegenfläche (34) zumindest an einem bestimmten Punkt des Weges der Bahnen (2, 18) mit etwa synchroner Geschwindigkeit und etwa parallel zueinander bewegen und sich die Rändelfläche (27) und die Gegenfläche (34) etwa gegenüberliegen,
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch,
wobei die Rändelfläche (27) um eine erste Rotationsachse (25) rotiert und die Gegenfläche (34) um eine parallel zu der ersten Rotationsachse (25) verlaufende zweite Rotationsachse (35) rotiert. - Vorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch,
wobei sich die Rändelfläche (27) auf einem um die erste Rotationsachse (25) rotierbar gelagerten Segment (23) befindet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der beiden vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei sich die Gegenfläche (34) auf einem um die zweite Rotationsachse (35) rotierbar gelagerten Segment (32) befindet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der drei vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei das die Rändelfläche (27) tragende Segment (23) auf einer um die erste Rotationsachse (25) rotierbar gelagerten Walze (24) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vier vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei das die Gegenfläche (34) tragende Segment (32) auf einer um die zweite Rotationsachse (35) rotierbar gelagerten Walze (26) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der fünf vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei der Abstand der Rotationsachsen (25, 35) der Segmente (23, 32) derart ist, dass die zum Rändeln zwischen Rändelfläche (27) und Gegenfläche (34) hindurchzuführenden Bahnen (2, 18) durch das Berühren von Rändelfläche (27) und Gegenfläche (34) rändelbar sind.
