Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Aufwickeln einer zulaufenden Folienbahn (1), insbesondere Kunststofffolienbahn auf eine Wickelhülse (2, 3),wobei auf eine erste Wickelhülse (2), die zwischen einem ersten Paar von um eine Zentralachse (4) schwenkbaren Aufnahmearmen (5) aufgenommen wird, in einer Wickelposition (WI) ein Folienwickel (6) aufgewickelt wird und beim Aufwickeln eine Kontaktwalze (7) mit dem Folienwickel (6) in Kontakt gehalten wird,wobei ein zweites Paar von um die Zentralachse (4) schwenkbaren Aufnahmearmen (8) während des Aufwickelns des Folienwickels (6) in der Wickelposition (WI), in eine Aufnahmeposition (A) verschwenkt wird,wobei das zweite Paar von Aufnahmearmen (8) eine neue zweite Wickelhülse (3) aufnimmt und wobei die neue zweite Wickelhülse (3) in der Aufnahmeposition (A) von der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (9) einer Quertrenneinrichtung (10) aufgenommen wird,wobei anschließend das erste Paar von Aufnahmearmen (5) mit dem auf der ersten Wickelhülse (2) aufgewickelten Folienwickel (6) in Richtung einer Entnahmeposition (E) bewegt wird und wobei gleichzeitig die von dem zweiten Paar von Aufnahmearmen (8) und in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (9) der Quertrenneinrichtung (10) aufgenommene neue zweite Wickelhülse (3) mitsamt der Quertrenneinrichtung (10) in die Wickelposition (WI) geschwenkt wird und die neue zweite Wickelhülse (3) dabei an die einzige Kontaktwalze (7) angeschwenkt wird,wobei die Quertrennung der Folienbahn (1) mit der Quertrenneinrichtung (10) durchgeführt wird und ein dabei entstehender neuer Bahnanfang an die neue zweite Wickelhülse (3) angewickelt wird,wobei anschließend der fertige Folienwickel (6) mit der ersten Wickelhülse (2) in der Entnahmeposition aus dem ersten Paar von Aufnahmearmen (5) herausgenommen wird, undwobei daraufhin das erste Paar von Aufnahmearmen (5) wieder in die Aufnahmeposition (A) überführt wird, undsoweiterfort.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der radiale Abstand einer neuen Wickelhülse (3) von der Zentralachse (4) auf ihrem Weg von der Aufnahmeposition (A) in die Wickelposition (WI) konstant gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Quertrenneinrichtung (10) während der Bewegung der neuen Wickelhülse (3) von der Aufnahmeposition (A) zu der Wickelposition (WI) um eine Schwenkachse (14) geschwenkt wird und dabei der radiale Abstand der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (9) zu der Schwenkachse (14) verändert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die von dem zweiten Paar Aufnahmearme (8) aufgenommene neue zweite Wickelhülse (3) von der Aufnahmeposition (A) zunächst in eine vor der Wickelposition (WI) angeordnete Warteposition (W) bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Quertrenneinrichtung (10) nach einer Quertrennung der Folienbahn (1) durch Schwenken um die zugeordnete Schwenkachse (14) in eine Ruheposition überführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei eine Wickelhülse (2, 3) zum Aufwickeln der Folienbahn (1) rotierend angetrieben wird.
- Wickelvorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,wobei ein erstes Paar von Aufnahmearmen (5) zur Aufnahme einer ersten Wickelhülse (2) sowie ein zweites Paar von Aufnahmearmen (8) zur Aufnahme einer zweiten Wickelhülse (3) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Aufnahmearme (5, 8) um die gleiche Zentralachse (4) paarweise unabhängig voneinander schwenkbar sind,wobei fernerhin lediglich eine einzige Kontaktwalze (7) für ein in einer Wickelposition der Aufnahmearme (5, 8) stattfindendes Kontaktwickeln abwechselnd auf eine zwischen dem ersten Paar Aufnahmearme aufgenommene Wickelhülse (2) und auf eine zwischen dem zweiten Paar Aufnahmearme aufgenommene Wickelhülse (3), vorgesehen ist, undwobei weiterhin eine Quertrenneinrichtung (10) mit einer Aufnahmeeinrichtung (9) für eine Wickelhülse (2, 3) vorhanden ist, welche Quertrenneinrichtung (10) zur Überführung einer Wickelhülse (2, 3) von einer Aufnahmeposition (A) in die Wickelposition (WI) um eine Schwenkachse (14) schwenkbar ist.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wonach die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (9) der Quertrenneinrichtung (10) aus zwei den Wickelhülsenenden (11) einer aufzunehmenden Wickelhülse (2, 3) zugeordneten Aufnahmegabeln (12) besteht und wobei die Aufnahmegabeln (12) jeweils Aufnahmerollen (13) für die aufzunehmenden Wickelhülsenenden (11) aufweisen.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, wobei die Quertrenneinrichtung (10) ein zur Quertrennung in die Folienbahn (1) einschwenkbares Hackmesser (16) aufweist.
- Wickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (9) der Quertrenneinrichtung (10) eine die Wickelhülse (2, 3) teilweise umgebende Leitschale (17) aufweist, welche Leitschale (17) zur Führung eines Luftstromes (18) vorgesehen ist, der auf einen Bahnanfang der Folienbahn (1) zum Anwickeln an eine Wickelhülse (2, 3) einwirkt.
