Claims (35)
- Verfahren zum Vereinigen von Rauchartikelkomponenten (3, 9) in Form von mit einem definierten Teilungsabstand auf einer Saugwalze (2) zugeführten, beleimten Verbindungsblättchen (3) und wenigstens einer auf einer Muldentrommel (6) zugeführten Zigaretten-Mundstück-Gruppe (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zigaretten-Mundstück-Gruppe (9) vom Verbindungsblättchen (3) bei der Übergabe an die Zigaretten-Mundstück-Gruppe (9) teilweise umgeben wird und daß in einem nachfolgenden Schritt durch Überrollen der Komponenten (3, 9) das Verbindungsblättchen (3) um die Stoßstellen der Zigaretten-Mundstück-Gruppe (9) herumgewickelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zigaretten-Mundstück-Gruppe (9) in eine Aufnahme (13) der Saugwalze (2) wenigstens teilweise eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsblättchen (3) asymmetrisch zur Aufnahme (13) der Saugwalze (2) angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsblättchen (3) bei der Übergabe asymmetrisch und/oder teilweise gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von der Saugwalze (2) nicht gehaltene Teil des Verbindungsblättchens (3) wenigstens teilweise mit der Zigaretten-Mundstück-Gruppe (9) verklebt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsblättchen (3) durch Beaufschlagung mit Unterdruck von wenigstens zwei Saugbohrungen (12) der Saugwalze (2) gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterdruck an den Saugbohrungen (12) in einer vorbestimmten Reihenfolge abgeschaltet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Verlagerung der teilverbundenen Komponenten (3, 9) insbesondere nach der Übergabe des Verbindungsblättchens (3) an die Zigaretten-Mundstück-Gruppe (9) ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verlagerung der teilverbundenen Komponenten (3, 9) in einer Aufnahme (8) der Muldentrommel (6) ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verlagerung mittels eines Beschleunigungsvorganges der teilverbundenen Komponenten (3, 9) ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teilungsabstand der teilverbundenen Komponenten (3, 9) verringert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 10 und Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teilungsabstand der Aufnahmen (8) der Muldentrommel (6) während und/oder nach der Verlagerung verringert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die teilverbundenen Komponenten (3, 9) nach der Verlagerung an eine Trommel (18), insbesondere mit einer der verringerten Teilung der Muldentrommel (6) entsprechenden Teilung, übergeben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsblättchen (3) und die Zigaretten-Mundstück-Gruppen (9) mit dem gleichen Teilungsabstand zusammengeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Übergabe der teilverbundenen Komponenten (3, 9) der Teilungsabstand der Aufnahmen (8) der Muldentrommel (6) vergrößert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach der Übergabe der teilverbundenen Komponenten (3, 9) an die Trommel (18) eine Rollung ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollung in Form einer Mehrfach-Umrollung der Komponenten (3, 9) ausgeführt wird.
- Einrichtung (30) zum Vereinigen von Rauchartikel-Komponenten (3, 9) in Form von mit einem definierten Teilungsabstand auf einer Saugwalze (2) zugeführten, beleimten Verbindungsblättchen (3) und wenigstens einer auf einer Muldentrommel (6) zugeführten Zigaretten-Mundstück-Gruppe (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Mittel zur Teilverbindung (13) der Rauchkomponenten (3, 9) bei der Übergabe des Verbindungsblättchens (3) an die Zigaretten-Mundstück-Gruppe (9) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung (30) nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugwalze (2) insbesondere halbkreisförmige Ausnehmungen (13) aufweist.
- Einrichtung (30) nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (13) asymmetrisch bezüglich der Lage des Verbindungsblättchens (3) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugwalze (2) wenigstens zwei Saugbohrungen (12) zum Halten eines Verbindungsblättchens (3) aufweist.
- Einrichtung (30) nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugbohrungen (12) vorzugsweise in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge abschaltbar sind.
- Einrichtung (30) nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Lageänderungsorgan (25) zur Verlagerung der teilverbundenen Komponenten (3, 9) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung (30) nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen (8) der Muldentrommel (6) bezüglich des Teilungsabstandes veränderbar sind.
- Einrichtung (30) nach Anspruch 18 oder 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen (8) verbreitert sind.
- Einrichtung (30) nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen (8) eine Halteschulter und/oder eine geraute Oberfläche aufweisen.
- Einrichtung (30) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 24 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Mittel zu Änderung des Teilungsabstands der Aufnahmen (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung (30) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 23 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lageänderungsorgan (25) zwischen der Saugwalze (2) und einer Übernahmetrommel (18), bezogen auf die Förderrichtung der Muldentrommel (6), angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung (30) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 23 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lageänderungsorgan (25) wenigstens ein Schiebemittel (26) für die teilverbundenen Komponenten (3, 9) aufweist.
- Einrichtung (30) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 23 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lageänderungsorgan (25) als Rotationskörper ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung (30) nach Anspruch 29 oder 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiebemittel (26) mit einem größeren Teilungsabstand als der, insbesondere größte, Teilungsabstand der Aufnahmen (8) der Muldentrommel (6) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung (30) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 18 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Rollstation zum Herumwickeln des Verbindungsblättchens um die Stoßstellen der Zigaretten-Mundstück-Gruppen (9) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, insbesondere Filteransetzmaschine, mit einer Einrichtung (30) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 18 bis 32.
- Verfahren gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rauchartikelkomponenten (3, 9) in einer Aufnahme (8) der Muldentrommel (6) beschleunigt und/oder lageverschoben werden.
- Einrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Lageänderungsorgan (25) für die Rauchartikelkomponenten (3, 9) vorgesehen ist.
