Die Einzugsmittel 3; 4, z. B. die Einzugswalzen 3; 4 haben deshalb einen Mantel 21 mit hoher Reibzahl für Gleitreibung µG1 mit der äußeren Lage 1 der Materialbahn 5, z. B. zwischen 1,0 und 1,7 oder größer.
Claims (22)
- Verfahren zum Erfassen eines Teiles (15) einer äußeren Lage (1) oder Windung einer Materialbahn (5) einer Vorratsrolle (2; 39), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei mitläufig angetriebene Einzugsmittel (3; 4) mit einem Teil (15) der äußeren Lage (1) der Materialbahn (5) in Berührung gebracht werden, daß Teile (15) der äußeren Lage (1) nachfolgend von den Einzugsmitteln (3; 4) erfaßt und von ihnen zwischen sie eingezogen werden, daß die so eingezogene äußere Lage (1) der Materialbahn (5) anschließend von der Vorratsrolle (2; 39) entlang einer vorgegebenen Bewegungsbahn (19; 26; 27) wegbewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die so zwischen den Einzugsmitteln (3; 4) erfaßte Materialbahn (5) anschließend einer Bearbeitungsstation (20) zugeführt und dort schließlich bearbeitet wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Erfassen eines Teiles (15) einer äußeren Lage (1) oder Windung einer Materialbahn (5) von einer Vorratsrolle (2; 39), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei mitläufig angetriebene Einzugsmittel (3; 4) vorgesehen sind, daß die Einzugsmittel (3; 4) mit Teilen (15) der äußeren Lage (1) der Materialbahn (5) der Vorratsrolle (2) oder die Vorratsrolle (2) mit den Einzugsmitteln (3; 4) in Wirkverbindung bringbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzugsmittel (3; 4) und die Vorratsrolle (2; 39) relativ zueinander bewegbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzugsmittel (3; 4) aus zwei achsparallel miteinander in Wirkverbindung stehenden angetriebenen Einzugswalzen (3; 4) bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzugsmittel (3; 4) aus je einer Mehrzahl miteinander in Wirkverbindung stehender angetriebener Rollen bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzugsmittel (3;4 ) aus zwei miteinander in Wirkverbindung stehenden angetriebenen endlosen Förderbändern bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzugsmittel (3; 4) sich einander berührend angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den sich gegenüberliegenden Einzugsmitteln (3; 4) ein Spalt vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens die Reibzahlen (µG1) für Gleitreibung jeweils zwischen den Oberflächen eines Mantels (21) der beiden Einzugsmittel (3; 4) und eines Teiles (15) der Materialbahn (5) größer sind als die Reibzahlen für Haftreibung (µH2) und für Gleitreibung (µG2) zwischen einem freien Anfangsstück (38) der äußeren Lage (1) der Materialbahn und der direkt darunter liegenden zweiten Lage (40) oder Windung der Vorratsrolle (2; 39).
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche des Mantels (21) der beiden Einzugsmittel (3; 4) aus einem gummielastischen Material besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erhöhung der Haltekräfte der Einzugsmittel (3; 4) Saugwalzen (3; 4) Saugbänder (3; 4), elektrostatisch aufladbare Walzen (3; 4) oder elektrostatisch aufladbare Bänder (3; 4) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Bewegungsbahn (26; 27; 19) eine Bearbeitungsstation (20) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsstation (20) aus einem Tisch (22) und aus einem Arbeitsschlitten (23) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 13 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Bearbeitungsstation (20; 22; 23) zum Bilden eines neuen Materialbahnanfanges vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 13 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsstation (20; 22; 23) eine Einrichtung zum Querschneiden der Materialbahn (5) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 13 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsstation (20; 22; 23) eine Einrichtung zum Auftragen eines Klebstoffes oder eines Klebstoffstreifens aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 13 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsstation (20; 22; 23) eine Einrichtung zum Aufbringen von Haftetiketten aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arbeitsschlitten (23) zum Arbeitstisch (22) in achsparalleler Richtung (Z) oder zusätzlich noch in Querrichtung (X) zu den Einzugsmitteln (3; 4) bewegbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzugswalze (3 oder 4) in ihrer Mantelfläche (21) eine Gegenschneidleiste (59) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über oder neben der Einzugswalze (3 oder 4) ein Arbeitsschlitten (23) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 20 und 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Einzugswalzen (3 oder 4) als "Arbeitstisch" dient.
