Claims (10)
- Druckwerk mit einem ersten Plattenzylinder (1), einem ersten Gummituchzylinder (2) zum Bedrucken einer ersten Seite einer Materialbahn (10), und mit einem ersten Farbwerk (4), das eine Vielzahl von Farbwerkswalzen (3) zum Einfärben des ersten Plattenzylinders (1) umfasst, wobei das erste Farbwerk (4) zwischen einer Betriebsposition, in der mindestens eine der Farbwerkswalzen (3) des ersten Farbwerks (4) den ersten Plattenzylinder (1) kontaktiert, und einer Ruheposition, in der keine der Farbwerkswalzen (3) den Plattenzylinder (1) kontaktiert, verfahrbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Plattenhandhabungsvorrichtung (9) vorgesehen ist, welche im Wesentlichen in die Betriebsposition des Farbwerks (4) bewegbar ist, wenn sich das Farbwerk (4) in seiner Ruheposition befindet. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattenhandhabungsvorrichtung (9) als eine automatische Plattenwechseleinrichtung ausgebildet ist. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattenhandhabungsvorrichtung (9) als eine Vorrichtung zum direkten Bebildern des Zylinders (1) ausgebildet ist. - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen zweiten Plattenzylinder (11), einen zweiten Gummituchzylinder (12) zum Bedrucken einer zweiten Seite der Materialbahn (10), und ein zweites Farbwerk (14) mit einer Vielzahl von zweiten Farbwerkswalzen (13) zum Einfärben des zweiten Plattenzylinders (12), wobei das zweite Farbwerk (14) zwischen einer Betriebsposition, in der mindestens eine der Farbwerkswalzen (13) den Plattenzylinder (11) kontaktiert, und einer Ruheposition, in der keine der Farbwerkswalzen (13) den Plattenzylinder (11) kontaktiert, verfahrbar ist, und wobei eine zweite Plattenhandhabungseinheit (19) vorgesehen ist, welche im Wesentlichen in die zweite Betriebsposition des zweiten Farbwerks (14) bewegbar ist, wenn sich das zweite Farbwerk in der Ruheposition befindet. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Plattenzylinder (1), der erste Gummituchzylinder (2), der zweite Plattenzylinder (11), und der zweite Gummituchzylinder (12) drehbar in einem zentralen Rahmenabschnitt (5) aufgenommen sind, dass das erste Farbwerk (4) im ersten Rahmenabschnitt (6) und dass das zweite Farbwerk (14) in einem zweiten Rahmenabschnitt (8) gelagert ist, wobei der erste und der zweite Rahmenabschnitt (6, 8) bezüglich des zentralen Rahmenabschnitts (5) verfahrbar sind. - Druckwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Plattenzylinder (1, 11) und der Gummituchzylinder (2, 12) drehbar in einem zentralen Rahmenabschnitt (5) gelagert sind, und dass die Farbwerkswalzen (3, 13) drehbar in einem ersten Rahmenabschnitt (6, 8) gelagert sind, der bezüglich des zentralen Rahmenabschnitts (5) verfahrbar ist. - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein mit dem zentralen Rahmenabschnitt (5) oder dem verfahrbaren Rahmenabschnitt (6, 8) verbundenes Feuchtwerk (30, 32) für den Plattenzylinder (1, 11). - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine über dem Druckwerk angeordnete Winde (20) zur Unterstützung der Abnahme eines Zylinders und/oder einer Walze. - Verfahren zur Durchführung eines Plattenwechsels oder eines Bebilderungsprozesses an einem Plattenzylinder (1, 11), welchem mittels eines in einer Betriebsposition am Umfang des Plattenzylinders (1, 11) befindlichen
Farbwerks (4, 14) Farbe zugeführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Farbwerk (4, 14) vom Plattenzylinder (1, 11) in eine Ruheposition abgestellt wird, dass eine Plattenhandhabungsvorrichtung (9, 19) im Wesentlichen in die Betriebsposition am Umfang des Plattenzylinders (1, 11) in die Nähe des Plattenzylinders (1, 11) bewegt wird, und dass mittels der Plattenhandhabungsvorrichtung (9, 19) am Plattenzylinder (1, 11) ein Plattenwechsel oder ein Bebilderungsprozess durchgeführt wird. - Druckmaschine, insbesondere Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein Druckwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
