Abstract
Description
Die Stärke der Schutzschicht ist geringer als etwa 30 µm, insbesondere geringer als 20 µm und bevorzugter Weise zwischen etwa 5 und 10 µm ist. Infolge der geringen Schichtstärke treten in der Muffelwand nur geringe Spannungen auf. Weiterhin ist eine sehr gute Wärmeleitung von den Heizelementen bzw. der Muffelwand zum Muffelinneren sichergestellt und ist eine geringe Rißanfälligkeit der Schutzschicht bzw. eine geringe Wahrscheinlichkeit von Abplatzern realisiert. Diese dünne Schutzschicht stellt einen ausreichenden Korrosions- und Oxidationsschutz sowie einen harten Oberflächenschutz für das Metall dar.

Claims (5)
- Backofen mit einer frontseitig durch eine Tür verschließbaren metallischen Backofenmuffel, deren Muffelwände Heizelemente zum Beheizen des Garraumes auf über etwa 180 °C bzw. des darin angeordneten Gargutes zugeordnet sind, mit einer die Muffelwände zumindest an der Innenseite bedeckenden Schutzschicht, wobei die Stärke der Schutzschicht (11) geringer als etwa 30 µm ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht als Sol-Gel-Hartschicht (11) realisiert ist, und dass auf der Sol-Gel-Hartschicht eine Sol-Gel-Funktionalschicht (11) vorgesehen ist, die verschiedene Bereiche der Muffelwände mit besonderen Eigenschaften ausstattet.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass unterschiedliche Flächenbereiche der Muffelwände (3) unterschiedliche Funktionalschichten aufweisen.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Muffelwand zumindest zum Teil eine isolierende Schutzschicht aufweist, auf der das Heizelement (13) mittels Dickschichttechnik aufgebracht ist.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Stabilisierungsrahmen die Backofenmuffel (1) von außen stützt, und dass der Stabilisierungsrahmen im wesentlichen durch eine Backofenmuffelisolation (17) gebildet ist.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Muffelwand (3) etwa 0,3 bis 0,5 mm beträgt.
