Definitions

  • Board-like gliding device especially ski or snowboard
  • the invention relates to a board-like gliding device, in particular to a ski or a snowboard, as described in claim 1.
  • DE 39 25 491 AI describes a ski with a plate arrangement integrated in the ski body, comprising at least one holding plate for fixing ski binding parts on the ski body.
  • This holding plate which is completely integrated in the ski body, extends in the longitudinal direction of the ski within the usual binding range, that is to say not much further than beyond the screw-in points in question for the binding. The aim of this is to ensure that this holding plate has as little interference as possible on the other parts or on the flexibility values of the ski.
  • This holding plate, in which the fastening screws for the ski binding parts are to achieve the most hold is arranged with the interposition of an elastomer layer in a recess on the top of a conventional wooden core of the ski body. At the top of the holding plate is inside the
  • Core recess also arranged an elastomer layer.
  • the two thin elastomer layers cover the top and bottom of the holding plate as completely as possible and extend only slightly beyond the front ends of the holding plate in the longitudinal direction of the ski.
  • Above the uppermost elastomer layer and below the wooden core is a generally customary metallic layer, in particular a thin aluminum plate, which the
  • this multilayer structure is provided in a known manner on the side surfaces and on the top with a cover layer and on the underside a tread covering ensuring good sliding properties is arranged. So that the holding plate to be integrated into the ski body has as little influence as possible on the flexibility values of the ski, it is suggested that these be made as short and thin as possible, but this affects the maximum achievable holding force for the ski binding parts on the ski body.
  • the holding plate and the elastomer layers are exposed to relatively high mechanical point loads and compressive or tensile stresses due to the arrangement near the upper edge zone of the ski superstructure, which in extreme cases can lead to the binding holder being lifted off the ski surface after the small-area holding plates have been inserted into the about that!
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a high-strength anchoring option for binding parts in a board-type gliding device, which avoids selective peak loads of individual components of the gliding device and at the same time meets the actually opposite requirement of a binding holder that is as separate as possible from the gliding device construction.
  • the advantage resulting from the features of the characterizing part of claim 1 is that a mountable mount on the glider according to the invention for holding a user's shoe is held starting from the core zone of the glider and that the binding support is almost entirely on the core zone of the glider limited. On the one hand, this achieves a very high holding torque for the binding parts on the gliding device.
  • the relatively high remaining layer thickness above the core component holding a bond effectively counteracts lifting or even delamination of the layers or layers arranged above the core component.
  • the fact that the bond holder or the binding holder is concentrated on the core zone of the gliding device means that the outer layers or edge zones in the sandwich structure are hardly influenced by the binding holder, in particular they are hardly weakened.
  • Edge zones are also no longer clamped to the core component by the binding part to be assembled, but a direct load transfer means is created by the extensions or by the spacer elements between the binding to be assembled and the inner or embedded core component and vice versa. After the core component extends almost over the entire length of the glider, those from a binding part to the
  • An essential advantage of the design according to the invention is that the binding is nevertheless decoupled to a certain extent from the construction of the gliding device by the elastic layer, so that the tread surface of the glider impact or vibrations are only transmitted in a damped form to the binding and thus to the foot of the user.
  • the quasi-floating mounting of the core component in the center area of the glider also results in the best, chassis-like damping properties.
  • a binding part to be mounted on the gliding device of a two-part binding unit preferably consisting of front and heel cheeks, can be supported directly or rigidly on the core component elastically integrated in the gliding device body. It is essential that no relative displacements can occur between the core component receiving the binding and the corresponding binding part after the core extensions or independent spacer elements have a high compressive strength.
  • the features according to claim 3 enable damping of impacts or vibrations acting on the tread of the gliding device, so that the peak loads acting on the foot of the user are reduced, resulting in fatigue-free use of the gliding device over a longer period of time.
  • a functionally reliable structure for achieving a sufficient relative adjustability between the two core components, which also ensures good mechanical cohesion of the individual parts, is achieved by the features according to claim 5.
  • the embodiment according to claim 6 enables a relative adjustability of the individual core components, whereby a defined starting or rest position of individual core components is always ensured by the force of the elastic layer.
  • the foam plastic characterized according to claim 9 to create an elastic embedding for the complete core element or for the core element responsible for the binding holder enables problem-free and inexpensive manufacture of the gliding device.
  • the embodiment according to claim 10 or 1 1 ensures precise and instantaneous control of the gliding device in accordance with the control forces acting on the gliding device by the user.
  • the configuration according to claim 12 prevents tension between the upper side of the gliding device and a binding part or a binding plate, as a result of which the gliding device largely retains the planned flexibility values even after the binding has been installed.
  • the embodiment according to claim 15 prevents the ingress of moisture or foreign bodies such as Ice or snow in the interior of the glider, so that functional impairments or damage to the glider can be excluded.
  • the sliding device according to the invention can be manufactured as simply as possible by an embodiment according to claim 17 or 18 and the desired effects can also be achieved.
  • a high breaking limit of the same is achieved even with extreme deflection of the recessed core component.
  • relative displacements between the two core components in the longitudinal direction of the gliding device are excluded in an advantageous manner.
  • their mechanical properties or strength values can be specifically adapted to the requirements. For example, it is possible to assign a different characteristic to the inner core elements related to a pair of skis than to the outer core elements of the pair of skis consisting of left and right skis.
  • a highly effective decoupling of the binding parts from the actual gliding device is achieved by the embodiment according to claim 21.
  • the natural flexibility of the glider is impaired as little as possible, even in its binding assembly area.
  • such a gliding device achieves driving characteristics similar to chassis.
  • the embodiment according to claim 22 advantageously enables the integration of core elements with relatively large cross-sectional dimensions, as a result of which the desired characteristic of the core element to be integrated can be achieved without problems. Furthermore, optimal properties can be ensured by the core elements over comparatively wide areas.
  • an embodiment according to claim 23 is advantageous because this enables the most direct possible power transmission from a core component mounted on the lower flange and / or from a shell-shaped cover layer or from its own side cheeks to the steel edges and vice versa, which results in optimal control behavior.

As shown in FIG. 3 However, the cover layer 6 can also extend over the longitudinal side walls 9, 10 of the gliding device 1 or form side cheeks 11, 12 of the gliding device 1. In this case, a one-piece cover layer 6 extends like a shell over the uppermost layer and also forms the outer longitudinal side surfaces of the gliding device 1.
