Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for applying phosphate coatings on metallic surfaces by wetting with an aqueous phosphating solution and subsequent drying of the phosphating solution and the use of the metal parts coated according to the invention.
- Phosphate coatings are used on a large scale as corrosion protection layers, as a forming aid and as a primer for paints and other coatings. Especially if it is used as protection for a limited time, in particular storage and then, for example. are painted, they are referred to as a pretreatment layer before painting. However, if the phosphate coating is not followed by a coat of varnish and organic coating, treatment rather than pretreatment is used. These coatings are also referred to as conversion layers, if at least one cation of the metallic surface, ie the surface of the metal part, dissolved out and used for layer construction.
- a phosphate coating is applied by wetting with a phosphating solution usually directly after galvanizing, but possibly also after suitable cleaning or degreasing and after rinsing with water or an aqueous medium and optionally after activation of the metallic surface and dried. Rinsing after drying of the phosphate coating could adversely affect this, especially if the phosphate coating is not or only partially crystalline.
- EP-A-0 796 356 describes a process for applying phosphate coatings to surfaces of zinc, iron, aluminum or their alloys by wetting with a nickel-, manganese- and phosphate-containing solution, preferably also up to 4 g / l of zinc ions may contain, and by drying this solution.
- EP-A-0 774 016 and DE 44 33 946 A1 teach a process for phosphating surfaces of steel, zinc, aluminum or their alloys in each case by treatment with acid zinc- and phosphate-containing solutions and drying the solutions without intermediate rinsing, wherein the used phosphating a content of Zinc ions of 2 to 25 g / l.
- As an accelerator H 2 O 2 is recommended with a content of only 20 to 100 ppm.
- DE 197 49 508 A1 relates to methods for corrosion protection of galvanized steel strips with a phosphating solution, which is to be dried without intermediate rinsing.
- EP 0 228 151 A1 teaches low-zinc phosphating processes on zinc-rich metallic surfaces with which specks (disturbing white spots) are to be avoided.
- the publication is directed to the coating of parts and gives no indication that in this way also tapes can be coated.
- the phosphate coatings thus produced are predominantly amorphous and usually still contain free phosphoric acid and therefore that in the subsequent wetting with an aqueous liquid, e.g. splash or condensation may occur, unintentional reaction with the free phosphoric acid may occur, and local disturbances such as e.g. Discolorations, recrystallizations and other changes of the predominantly amorphous phosphate layer can lead, which can disturb both visually, as well as with respect to a subsequent process step. Such an impairment as e.g. a dark streaking may still be visible even after the application of a varnish.
- the object of the invention is to overcome this disadvantage of the prior art and in particular to propose a method for applying phosphate coatings on metallic surfaces, in which the subsequent contact with an aqueous liquid or moisture causes no damage and in which the phosphate layer formed at least the same quality as in the prior art.
- a high content of zinc ions promotes the avoidance of a free phosphoric acid content in the generated phosphate layer and also promotes the crystallinity of the phosphate layer.
- the content of zinc ions is preferably 28 to 50 g / l zinc ions, more preferably 30 to 48 g / l, most preferably 32 to 46 g / l.
- the term includes metal parts in addition to parts such as e.g. Metal strip sections and formed or / and painted parts also metal strips.
- a metal band and in the subsequent process section after cutting the band metal parts in the strict sense meant, first band sections and then parts.
- a metal strip can first be pretreated and painted and then cut or provided first with a first pretreatment coating, then cut, then provided with a second pretreatment layer and then painted. There are a number of other variants, but they are used less often.
- a higher content of manganese ions has a positive effect on the quality of the phosphate coating, especially on the paint adhesion and on the corrosion resistance of the subsequently painted metal parts.
- the content of manganese ions is preferably 2.5 to 30 g / l, more preferably 5 to 25 g / l and most preferably 10 to 25 g / l.
- the content of phosphate ions is preferably 58 to 280 g / l, very particularly preferably 60 to 260 g / l, in particular 72 to 240 g / l.
- the zinc ion content is preferably 18 to 56 g / l, more preferably 24 to 52 g / l, most preferably 28 to 46 g / l.
- the manganese ion content is more preferably 14 to 28 g / l, most preferably 15 to 26 g / l.
- the Zn: Mn weight ratio can vary widely.
- the content of phosphate ions, calculated as P 2 O 5 . is preferably 57 to 278 g / l, most preferably 58 to 258 g / l, in particular 70 to 238 g / l.
- the content of peroxide ions is preferably 1 to 110 g / l, particularly preferably 2 to 100 g / l, very particularly preferably 5 to 85 g / l, in particular 10 to 75 g / l.
- 0.5 g / l H 2 O 2 corresponds to about 380 ppm.
- the polymers, copolymers or / and crosspolymers are preferably those of the N-containing heterocycles, more preferably the vinylpyrrolidones.
- the content of these polymers, copolymers and / or crosspolymers in the phosphating solution is preferably 1 to 45 g / l, more preferably 1.5 to 42 g / l, even more preferably 2 to 40 g / l and even more preferably 2.5 up to 36 g / l. In this case, 8.5 g / l in the phosphating solution gives a content in the phosphate layer of about 51 mg / m 2 .
- Such polymers, copolymers or / and cross-polymers can be particularly helpful in phosphate coatings which serve as prephosphatings for forming in order to greatly reduce the so-called "powdering", namely the abrasion of the phosphate layer during forming.
- a polymeric alcohol in order to form phosphoric acid esters with this alcohol, in particular during drying, which have the effect of promoting lubricants during forming.
- the addition of a polymeric alcohol to the reaction with any excess free phosphoric acid present in the phosphating solution may affect the crystallinity and water resistance of the phosphate coating.
- the phosphating solution may be free or substantially free of nickel or contain up to 20 g / l of nickel ions in the phosphating solution.
- the nickel content depends here on the direction of the inventive method used. In a particularly preferred embodiment, no nickel is added to the phosphating solution; If, nevertheless, a content of nickel ions should occur in the phosphating solution, this content is usually obtained by dissolving out nickel from the metallic surface of the metal parts to be phosphated and, for example, from pipelines and bath containers made of a nickel-containing material or trace impurities of the raw materials Production of Phosphatmaschinesaten conditionally.
- the advantage of essentially nickel-free phosphating solutions lies in the broadest or the complete absence of a physiologically and environmentally objectionable element.
- the content of nickel ions in the phosphating solution can occur, which can have an advantageous effect on the formation and quality of the phosphate coatings produced.
- the content of nickel ions is preferably 0.01 to 18 g / L in the phosphating solution, more preferably 0.03 to 15 g / L, even more preferably 0.05 to 12 g / L, even more preferably 0.1 to 10 g / l, in low-zinc processes in particular 0.2 to 4 g / l or preferably 0.25 to 3 g / l.
- the amount of phosphating solution applied to the metal parts for drying can be in the range of 1 to 12 ml / m 2 , preferably in the range of 1.5 to 10 ml / m 2 , most preferably in the range of 2 to 8 ml / m 2 lie.
- a layer having a coating weight - determined on the deposited and dried phosphate layer - can be formed in the range from 0.2 to 5 g / m 2 , preferably in the range from 0.3 to 4 g / m 2 , very particularly preferably in the range of 0.4 to 3 g / m 2 , even more preferably in the range of 0.5 to 2.5 g / m 2 , in particular at 0.6 to 2 g / m 2 .
- the phosphating solution can be applied by spraying, by rolling, by flooding and subsequent squeezing, by spraying and subsequent squeezing or by dipping and then squeezing on the metal part.
- the technique of applying is known. In principle, any type of application of the phosphating solution is possible; However, preferred are the mentioned variants of the application.
- the squeezing serves to apply a defined volume of liquid per surface of the metal part and can also be replaced by alternative methods; more preferably, the rolling is e.g. with a "chemcoater" or a "roll coater".
- the liquid film formed with the phosphating solution on the metal part can be dried on the surface of the metal part in the range of 20 and 120 ° C, in particular from 40 ° C, based on PMT temperatures, in particular at 50 to 100 ° C.
- It may in particular contain 0.1 to 3 or 0.2 to 2.5 wt .-% Ni. It may in particular contain 10 to 45% by weight Zn, preferably 12 to 42% by weight Zn, particularly preferably 16 to 38% by weight Zn. In particular, it may contain from 3.5 to 13% by weight of Mn, preferably from 4 to 12% by weight, particularly preferably from 5 to 10% by weight, the layer quality generally becoming better with a higher manganese content. It may preferably contain from 25 to 60% by weight of phosphate, more preferably from 28 to 50% by weight, most preferably from 30 to 40% by weight.
- the composition of the second phosphating solution corresponds in most cases to a basically known phosphating solution and also the method for its application is conventionally known, this second solution generally not being dried up. While the first phosphate layer is preferably in a belt plant is applied, the second phosphate layer can be applied for example in the automotive plant or at a device manufacturer.
- the metal parts may be wetted before wetting with the first or / and with the second phosphating solution with an activating solution or an activating suspension.
- activation activates the surface with nuclei, which favors the subsequent phosphating and the formation of fine crystalline dense phosphate layers.
- an aqueous activation solution / suspension with a content of colloidally distributed titanium phosphate can advantageously be chosen.
- the first phosphating solution may be prepared by coating with the phosphating solution e.g. be applied with a roller coater or with a similar roller application device on the metal part.
- the technique of applying is known in principle.
- the first and / or second phosphating solution of the process of the invention may advantageously comprise ions of aluminum, boron, iron, hafnium, molybdenum, silicon, titanium, zirconium, fluoride and / or complex fluoride, at least one water-soluble alkaline earth compound, or / and organic chelating agents such as e.g. Contain citric acid.
- Fluoride can be present in particular in a content in the range of 0.01 to 5 g / l in free and / or bound form, in particular in the range of 0.02 to 3 g / l, particularly preferably in the range of 0.05 to 2 g / l.
- the first phosphating solution may contain 0.0003 to 10 g / l, preferably 0.0004 to 5 g / l, more preferably 0.0005 to 0.05 g / l of copper ions, the second a content of 0.1 to 50 mg / l copper ions, in particular from 2 to 20 mg / l each.
- the copper ions accelerate the formation of the phosphate layer and promote its quality.
- the first or / and second phosphating solution of the process according to the invention is preferably free or essentially free of ions of lead, cadmium, chromium, chloride or / and cyanide, since these substances are not sufficiently environmentally compatible and / or impair the phosphating process and the quality of the phosphate layer can reduce.
- the first or / and the second phosphating solution can be adjusted such that the ratio of the sum of the cations to phosphate ions, calculated as P 2 O 5 , is in the range from 1: 1 to 1: 8.
- this ratio is in the range of 1: 1.2 to 1: 7 and more preferably in the range of 1: 1.5 to 1: 5
- it is advantageous to work with a proportion of free phosphoric acid in the phosphating solution so that it can react with the metallic surface; This releases metal ions from the metallic surface, which in turn react with the unbound phosphate ions to form insoluble phosphate.
- the S value as the ratio of the free acid to the total content of the phosphate ions may be in the range of 0.03 and 0.7. This S value range then corresponds approximately to the pH range of 4 to 1. Preferably, the pH is in the range of 3 to 1.5, and most preferably in the range of 2.8 to 1.7.
- the S value is preferably 0.2 to 0.03.
- the total content of phosphate ions is determined by titrating the titration solution after the addition of 20 ml of 30% neutral potassium oxalate solution to phenolphthalein as indicator until the colorless to red color changes to 0.1 M NaOH ,
- the consumption of 0.1 M NaOH in ml between the envelope with dimethyl yellow and the envelope with phenolphthalein corresponds to the total acid according to Fischer (GSF). If this value is multiplied by 0.71, the total content of phosphate ions is calculated (see W. Rausch: "The Phosphatization of Metals.” Eugen G. Leuze-Verlag 1988, pp. 300 ff).
- the so-called S value results from dividing the value of the free acid by the value of the total acid according to Fischer.
- the total acid is the sum of the divalent cations present as well as free and bound phosphoric acids (the latter being phosphates). It is determined by the consumption of 0.1 molar sodium hydroxide solution using the indicator phenolphthalein. This consumption in ml corresponds to the total acid score.
- the first or / and the second phosphating solution may contain at least one accelerator.
- all accelerators can be used.
- the phosphating solution preferably contains an accelerator such as a peroxide, a substance based on nitroguanidine or based on hydroxylamine, a chlorate, a nitrate, a perborate or / and an organic nitro compound such as paranitrotoluenesulphonic acid.
- an accelerator such as a peroxide, a substance based on nitroguanidine or based on hydroxylamine, a chlorate, a nitrate, a perborate or / and an organic nitro compound such as paranitrotoluenesulphonic acid.
- Particularly preferred here is a content of H 2 O 2 , since this residue-free acceleration is possible, since only water and oxygen remain.
- the first or / and the second phosphating solution may advantageously contain a peroxide additive, preferably H 2 O 2 , in a concentration in the range from 1 to 100 g / l, preferably from 5 to 90 g / l, in particular from 10 to 80 g / l, calculated as H 2 O 2 .
- a peroxide additive preferably H 2 O 2
- H 2 O 2 peroxide additive
- At least one compound based on formic acid, succinic acid, maleic acid, malonic acid, lactic acid, perboric acid, tartaric acid, citric acid or / and a chemically related hydroxycarboxylic acid can be added in order to stabilize the bath or the concentrate or the supplement solution, in particular precipitates to avoid or reduce from one of these solutions and to increase the crystallinity of the phosphate layer, whereby the water resistance of the phosphate layer is significantly improved.
- the total addition of such compounds to such a solution may range from 0.01 to 5 g / l.
- the content of at least one of these compounds is preferably in the range of 0.1 to 3 g / l.
- a content of sodium perborate of 0.2 to 3.5 g / l, of tartaric acid in the range of 0.2 to 0.8 g / l or citric acid in the range of 0.12 to 0.5 g / l especially proven. Even better results were obtained with a combination of 0.2 to 0.8 g / l of sodium perborate and 0.2 to 0.8 g / l of tartaric acid.
- the first or / and second phosphating solution may be applied at a temperature in the range of 10 to 80 ° C.
- the first phosphating solution is operated at room temperature or at a slightly higher temperature; only in special cases are the metal parts or / and possibly also the phosphating solution heated to a somewhat elevated temperature, for example, to accelerate the drying of the applied solution.
- the first phosphating layer may remain unchanged when wetted with the second phosphating solution, or easily dissolved in the upper region and changed in structure or / and easily removed by the second phosphating solution, while an additional phosphate layer can be deposited from the second phosphating solution, but not must be deposited.
- the resistance of the first phosphate layer to liquids such as e.g. Splashing or cleaning liquid, in particular the alkali resistance, the higher, the more crystalline the layer is formed.
- the second phosphating solution may i.a. be applied by spraying, flooding or dipping on the metal part.
- the technique of applying is known in principle. Any kind of application of the phosphating solution is possible; However, preferred are the mentioned variants of the application.
- a passivation solution directly to the first or second phosphate layer, in particular by spraying, dipping or rolling.
- a rinsing solution is preferably used to further increase the corrosion resistance and the paint adhesion, the at least one substance based on Cr, Ti, Zr, Ce or / and other rare earth elements including lanthanum or yttrium, tannin, silane / siloxane, phosphorus-containing self-assembling contain molecules, phosphonates or polymers.
- the first or / and second phosphate layer dried on the metal part can be wetted with an oil, a dispersion or a suspension, in particular with a forming oil or corrosion protection oil or / and a lubricant such as a dry lubricant, for example with a wax-containing mixture.
- the oil or the lubricant serves as an additional temporary corrosion protection and can additionally facilitate a forming process, wherein the deformed metal part has an increased corrosion resistance.
- a coating with an oil may also be of interest on the second phosphate layer if the metal parts to be painted are to be transported to a further removed paint shop.
- the preliminary phosphating first oil is applied before the metallic substrate is deformed.
- Any existing oil pad or lubricant pad may be removed from the first or second phosphate layer to prepare the coating for painting, forming, assembling, bonding or welding.
- the oil must be removed for subsequent painting, while it can be removed in other operations.
- the metal parts provided with a first or / and second phosphate layer can be coated with a varnish, with a different organic coating and / or with an adhesive layer and, if appropriate, shaped before or after such a coating, the metal parts coated in this way also before painting or Organic coatings can be glued together or / and welded together with other metal parts.

- the metal parts provided with a first or / and second phosphate layer can be provided with an organic or lacquer coating either before or only after the forming or / and mounting.
- Today, a wide variety of organic coatings are known or can be used on a phosphate layer. Not all organic coatings are covered by the definition of paints.
- the phosphate-coated metal strips according to the invention can, if required, be oiled in a so-called strip system and, if necessary, be degreased and / or cleaned if necessary, before they are subsequently coated in a coating installation. For economic reasons, it is preferable to dispense with de-oiling before bonding or welding.
- the phosphate-coated metal parts according to the invention can be used for the preparation of e.g. if necessary, lubricated by unit cladding, cut and reshaped if necessary and / or degreased if necessary and / or cleaned before they are subsequently coated in a paint shop, if desired. But they can also be cut and reshaped when painted.
- the phosphate-coated metal parts according to the invention can be oiled and reshaped for the production of, for example, automobiles, in which case several metal parts are welded together, glued together or otherwise connected, and then the assembled metal parts can be degreased or / and cleaned before they can subsequently be coated in a paint shop.
- the metal parts coated according to the invention can be painted as pre-phosphated metal parts for a new conversion treatment or for a renewed conversion pretreatment-in particular before painting-or as pretreated metal parts-especially for the automobile industry-above all before painting or as end-phosphated metal parts which, if appropriate, are subsequently painted otherwise organically coated, coated with an adhesive layer, reshaped, assembled or / and welded. They may be used for the manufacture of components or body parts or preassembled elements in the automotive or aerospace industry, in the construction industry, in the furniture industry, for the manufacture of equipment and installations, in particular household appliances, measuring instruments, control devices, testing equipment, construction elements, cladding and Small parts are used.
- inventive methods are excellent for many metallic surfaces, especially for surfaces of steel, iron, aluminum, magnesium, zinc and their alloys, preferably for galvanized or alloy-galvanized surfaces, and provide a particularly high paint adhesion and high-quality corrosion protection.
- the phosphate layer produced is all the less sensitive to aqueous liquids, moisture and other interfering, especially corrosive media, the more crystalline it is formed.
- the phosphate layer according to the invention has also proved to be outstandingly insensitive due to its crystallinity.
- the crystallinity has surprisingly formed excellent especially at higher and higher zinc contents in conjunction with a high peroxide content. Even better crystallinity of the phosphate layer and thus an even better water resistance and resistance of this layer against, for example, alkaline cleaner has been found if additional activation is carried out before the phosphating.
- the phosphating plants in the automotive industry are equipped with weakly alkaline cleaners, but in some cases also with highly alkaline cleaners. It was surprising that the first crystalline Vorphosphatleitersll invention is significantly more resistant to the influence of strong alkaline cleaner. In the case of the usually used short treatment times with a strong alkaline cleaner, the first phosphate layer according to the invention was not or only slightly impaired.
- the layer weight of the Vorphosphat ists harsh here was 1.2 to 1.8 g / m 2 ; the zinc content varied with the acid value and ranged from 62 to 820 mg / m 2 .
- the pre-phosphated test panels were then painted in a series of tests either with either a cathodic automotive dip or with an automotive paint system, and resulted in the usual automobile paint tests such as e.g. Cross-cut test after wet storage, VDA climate change test, etc. even with nickel-free coatings the same good results as in the sample sheets, the phosphatized twice according to the invention and then painted.
- automobile paint tests such as e.g. Cross-cut test after wet storage, VDA climate change test, etc. even with nickel-free coatings the same good results as in the sample sheets, the phosphatized twice according to the invention and then painted.
- test panels coated according to the invention even when applied nickel-free - gave equally good results compared to a conventional trication automobile phosphating with a NiMn-modified Niedrigzinkphosphat réelle, since excellent results with the latter phosphating so far only with a certain nickel content were achieved.
- the pre-phosphated sheets of electrolytically galvanized (EG) or hot dip galvanized steel (HDG) and hot dip galvanized steel with a coating based on ZnFe (Galvaneal ® ) were subjected to various forming experiments.
- EG electrolytically galvanized
- HDG hot dip galvanized steel
- ZnFe ZnFe
- a typically used in the automotive industry forming oil of about 0.5 g / m 2 was applied to all pre-phosphated and the non-pre-phosphated (VB 28) sample sheets.

- the Maximum Blankholder Force test determines the force in kN required to achieve only necessary flow of the material of the sheet when clamped on both sides laterally about a punch acting from above, which creates a cup-shaped depression, without the sheet it rips. The higher the forces applied, without cracks, the better the results.
- Weight Loss Cup test the weight loss is determined during the forming process, both the pre-phosphating layer, and the Galvaneal ® coating can be removed. It was worked with a holding force of 10 kN, with an indentation diameter of 50 mm and with a punch diameter of 90 mm, wherein the stamp was not pushed through the pre-phosphated sheet and no cracks are generated. The weight of the test pieces was determined before and after forming and the weight loss in g / m 2 was reported, which should be as low as possible.
- the aim of these investigations was to be at least of the same order of magnitude the formability with the inventive Vorphosphatleiteren as with comparable nickel-containing Vorphosphatleiteren.
- the values of the nickel-free samples with a Galvaneal ® layer are significantly better than that of nickel-containing samples with a Galvaneal ® layer and significantly better than that of non prephosphated samples.
- Test series B and C were carried out on electrolytically galvanized steel strips and the test series D on aluminum alloys for the automotive industry.
- the following compositions of the phosphating baths were used. Table 4: Compositions of phosphating solutions 1 to 5 with contents in g / l: Phosphating solution / g / l 1 pre-phosph. 2 pre-phosph. 3 pre-phosph. 4 post-phosph. 5 post-phosph.
- test series B (B 35 and VB 35), a part of the electrolytically galvanized steel strip was each phosphated with the phosphating solution 1 after treatment with a titanium-containing activating solution in a separate bath in the no-rinse process on a roller coater.
- a layer weight of almost exactly 1.5 g / m 2 of the Vorphosphatier harsh was achieved.
- the pre-phosphating layer had excellent crystallinity and resistance to water and other liquids, so that no staining eg due to splashing water that wets the phosphate layer, absorbs soluble components and then dries.
- the pre-phosphated (B 35) or non-pre-phosphated strips (VB 35) were cut and the sheets obtained were treated with a titanium-containing activating solution and subsequently phosphated with the phosphating solution 4.
- the non-phosphated sheets showed a post-phosphatizing layer weight of about 3.0 g / m 2 , while the pre-phosphated sheets had a coating weight of only about 2.3 g / m 2 . Owing to the good crystallinity and resistance, the pre-phosphating layer surprisingly only led to the formation of a thinner, but substantially similar, high-quality post-phosphating layer, the layer thickness of the post-phosphating layer being sufficient, and even chemicals could be saved in the process.
- the pre-phosphated and post-phosphated sheets according to the invention achieved essentially the same high quality as the non-phosphated and only post-phosphated sheets.
- two assembly groups were manufactured, one of which had only pre-phosphate and varnish layers and of which the other only had post-phosphate and varnish layers; the pre-phosphated varnished assembly group gave at least equivalent corrosion and paint adhesion results as the post-phosphated varnished assembly group. It has thus been possible to show that the sheets, which have been pre-phosphated and, if appropriate, subsequently additionally phosphated and painted, fully take into account the conditions of the automobile industry. It is therefore also possible to post-phosphatise and paint parts composites in which only some, but not all interconnected parts have been pre-phosphated.
- test series D sheets of aluminum AA 5754 or AA 6016 were phosphated in the norinse method with the phosphating solution 1, but without the addition of H 2 O 2 .
- the coating weights were systematically varied, and also each part of the sheets was oiled.
- forming experiments were carried out.
- the cold working of the sheets, which were pre-phosphated and not oiled still had some friction corresponding to the friction occurring at Deformation of sheets, which were coated with a Zr-containing pickling system, as it is used as standard quality, and then with oil.
- the strength of an adhesive bond was tested: The strength of the bonded pre-phosphated sheets was comparable to the size of the pickled sheets.
- the pre-phosphated or pickled sheets were then postphosphated with the phosphating solution 4 but with 18.2 g / l P 2 O 5 , with 0.23 g / l free fluoride and with nearly the same acid values as given in Table 4, then rinsed with a rinsing solution based on zirconium fluoride and coated with a cathodic dip.
- the pre-phosphated sheets showed no worse corrosion and paint adhesion results than the initially pickled sheets, which are a standard grade. Parallel to this, further such sheets were additionally provided with a filler and topcoat for a total automotive paint system and tested in parallel.

Description
- Reinigen :
- Mit Gardoclean® 338, 8 g/l, 60 °C, 10 sec Spritzen
- Spülen :
- Mit Kaltwasser, 10 sec Tauchen
- Spülen :
- Mit Kaltwasser, 4 sec Spritzen
- Spülen :
- Mit voll-entsalztem Wasser (= VEW), 5 sec Tauchen
- Aktivieren :
- Mit Gardolene® V6513, 4 g/l in VEW, 5 sec Tauchen
- Abquetschen:
- Mittels Abquetschwalze
- Aufwalzen :
- Erfindungsgemäße Phosphatierungslösung (siehe Tabelle 1) mit einem Rollcoater
- Trocknen :
