Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保磷化液成膜剂,所述环保磷化液成膜剂含有磷酸二氢盐,还含有硝酸盐和促进剂。本发明在技术上克服了报废磷化液的再生过程中易产生技术参数偏离现象,造成再生过程复杂化,影响生产效率,甚至产生二次污染现象。添加磷化液成膜剂,可以快速弥补报废液中的成膜物质,提高生产效率,该成膜剂可以快速参加磷化液的成膜反应,产生磷化膜,大大提高报废磷化液的转化效率。本发明与现有技术相比优点是可操作性强,再生效率高,可以实现长期循环使用方案,既节省能源和原材料,又有利于环保,降低劳动强度。

环保磷化液成膜剂
技术领域
本发明涉及环保磷化液添加剂技术领域,具体是一种能够将报废磷化液转化为新磷化液的成膜剂。
背景技术
随着工业化的迅猛发展,磷化液作为重要的金属表面前处理产品使用量越来越大,产生的报废磷化液逐年上升。磷化液产生报废现象的主要原因是主要成膜物质失去平衡环境,因此向报废磷化液中添加成膜剂是实现再生过程的主要因素。成膜剂的质量直接影响再生磷化液的产品质量。
发明内容
本发明目的在于将报废工业磷化液直接转化为可长期循环使用的环保磷化液。发明一种成膜剂,在客户现场进行再生时加入再生槽中,可以快速弥补报废磷化液中的主成膜物质的含量,提高再生液的过滤速度,加快报废磷化液的转化效率。
环保磷化液成膜剂,含有磷酸二氢盐。
所述环保磷化液成膜剂还含有硝酸盐。
所述环保磷化液成膜剂还含有促进剂。
所述促进剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
所述环保磷化液成膜剂含有如下重量份比的磷酸二氢盐:40~55份,硝酸盐:10~20份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3~5份。
本发明主要采用复合成膜剂原理,能够快速提高磷化液中的主成膜物质含量,实现报废液转化为环保磷化液,提高生产效率。在报废磷化液进行再生时,按10~25%添加,可以快速实现再生,大大提高再生效率。
本发明在技术上克服了报废磷化液的再生过程中易产生技术参数偏离现象,造成再生过程复杂化,影响生产效率,甚至产生二次污染现象。添加磷化液成膜剂,可以快速弥补报废液中的成膜物质,提高生产效率,该成膜剂可以快速参加磷化液的成膜反应,产生磷化膜,大大提高报废磷化液的转化效率。本发明与现有技术相比优点是可操作性强,再生效率高,可以实现长期循环使用方案,既节省能源和原材料,又有利于环保,降低劳动强度。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步解释说明。
实施例1:报废锌系磷化液的实施方案
    报废锌系磷化液中主要沉渣成份含量如下:
Zn3(PO4)2:30~50%
Fe 3(PO4)2:20~35%
将1000L报废锌系磷化液中添加5~8kg锌系成膜剂,其中含有如下重量份比的磷酸二氢锌55份、硝酸锌10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5份,搅拌均匀,即可直接投入生产,与金属零部件发生磷化反应,快速成膜。
实施例2:报废锰系磷化液的实施方案
    报废锰系磷化液中主要沉渣成份含量如下:
Mn3(PO4)2:45~65%
Fe 3(PO4)2:20~35%
将1000L报废锰系磷化液中添中4~6kg锰系成膜剂,其中含有如下重量份比的磷酸二氢锌40份、硝酸锌20份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3份,搅拌均匀,即可直接投入生产,与金属零部件发生磷化反应,快速成膜。
实施例3:报废锌钙系磷化液的实施方案
    报废锌钙系磷化液中主要技术参数如下:
Zn3(PO4)2:20~35%
Ca3(PO4)2:15~25%
Fe 3(PO4)2:20~35%
将1000L报废锌钙系磷化液中添中6~9kg锌钙系成膜剂,磷酸二氢锌20份、磷酸二氢钙22份、硝酸钙8份、硝酸锌10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4份、搅拌均匀,即可直接投入生产,与金属零部件发生磷化反应,快速成膜。

1.环保磷化液成膜剂,其特征在于,所述环保磷化液成膜剂含有磷酸二氢盐、硝酸盐、促进剂,所述促进剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保磷化液成膜剂,其特征在于,所述环保磷化液成膜剂含有如下重量份比的磷酸二氢盐:40~55份,硝酸盐:10~20份, 聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3~5份。
