Abstract

本发明公开了一种报废锌系磷化液的再生添加剂,由成膜剂、降渣剂组成。成膜剂为磷酸二氢锌、硝酸锌;降渣剂为羟基亚乙基二膦酸。本发明在技术上克服了报废锌系磷化液的环保处理方法的不足,不需要将报废液进行转移,节省了运输成本和运输过程中易产生二次污染的风险,实现在客户现场进行再生。本发明与现有技术相比优点是可操作性强,再生效率高,可以实现长期循环使用方案,既节省能源和原材料,又有利于环保,降低劳动强度。

报废锌系磷化液的再生添加剂
技术领域
本发明属于再生技术领域,具体是一种能够将报废锌系磷化液转化为新磷化液的再生添加剂。
背景技术
随着工业化的迅猛发展,锌系磷化液作为重要的金属表面前处理产品使用量越来越大,产生的报废锌系磷化液逐年上升。由于报废工业磷化液会产生“赤潮”现象,是危险化学品,不允许随意排放。目前我国处理工业报废磷化液的方法是先回收,然后进行重金属分离,再进行技术转化,处理成本较高,应用范围较窄。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够在客户现场进行再生的添加剂,不需要将报废锌系磷化液进行转移处理,通过采用再生添加剂,将报废锌系工业磷化液成功转化为新的磷化液,循环使用。
报废锌系磷化液的再生添加剂由成膜剂、降渣剂组成。
所述成膜剂由磷酸二氢锌和硝酸锌组成。
所述降渣剂为羟基亚乙基二膦酸(HEDP)。
所述磷酸二氢锌、硝酸锌、羟基亚乙基二膦酸按重量份计分别为:10~60份;20~50份;1~20份。
所述磷酸二氢锌、硝酸锌、羟基亚乙基二膦酸按重量份计分别为:40~55份;30~35份;5~10份。
本发明主要利用锌系磷化液成膜机理,磷化生产过程中由于参加成膜的物质损耗有规律可循,因此发明了一种环保锌系磷化液的再生添加剂,在工业锌系磷化液即将报废或已经报废时,适量添加,即可将其成功转化为新的磷化液,投放于工业生产中。该方法可以使锌系磷化液长期循环使用,勿需报废,无排放。既节约生产成本,又保护环境,再生过程中无二次污染产生。
本发明在技术上克服了报废锌系磷化液的环保处理方法的不足,不需要将报废液进行转移,节省了运输成本和运输过程中易产生二次污染的风险,实现在客户现场进行再生。本发明与现有技术相比优点是可操作性强,再生效率高,可以实现长期循环使用方案,既节省能源和原材料,又有利于环保,降低劳动强度。

实施例1:报废高温锌系磷化液的实施方案
报废高温锌系磷化液中主要技术参数如下:
将1000L报废高温锌系磷化液中添加8~10kg复合再生添加剂(40份磷酸二氢锌、35份硝酸锌、10份HEDP),静置过滤,滤液返回磷化加工槽中,直接投入生产,滤渣回收,用于生产再生添加剂的原料。
实施例2:报废中温锌系磷化液的实施方案
报废中温锌系磷化液中主要技术参数如下:
将1000L报废中温锌系磷化液中添加6~8kg复合再生添加剂(50份磷酸二氢锌、30份硝酸锌、5份HEDP),静置过滤,滤液返回磷化加工槽中,直接投入生产,滤渣回收,用于生产再生添加剂的原料。
实施例3:报废低温锌系磷化液的实施方案
报废低温锌系磷化液中主要技术参数如下:
将1000L报废低温锌系磷化液中添加4~6kg复合再生添加剂(45份磷酸二氢锌、30份硝酸锌、8份HEDP),静置过滤,滤液返回磷化加工槽中,直接投入生产,滤渣回收,用于生产再生添加剂的原料。
实施例4:报废低温锌系磷化液的实施方案
将1000L报废低温锌系磷化液中添加4~6kg复合再生添加剂(60份磷酸二氢锌、8份HEDP),静置过滤,滤液返回磷化加工槽中,直接投入生产,滤渣回收,用于生产再生添加剂的原料。
实施例5:报废低温锌系磷化液的实施方案
报废低温锌系磷化液中主要技术参数如下:
将1000L报废低温锌系磷化液中添加6~8kg复合再生添加剂(50份硝酸锌、8份HEDP),静置过滤,滤液返回磷化加工槽中,直接投入生产,滤渣回收,用于生产再生添加剂的原料。

1.报废锌系磷化液的再生添加剂,其特征在于:所述再生添加剂由成膜剂和降渣剂组成,所述降渣剂为羟基亚乙基二膦酸;所述成膜剂由磷酸二氢锌和硝酸锌组成,所述磷酸二氢锌、硝酸锌、羟基亚乙基二膦酸按重量份计分别为:10~60份、20~50份、1~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的报废锌系磷化液的再生添加剂,其特征在于:所述磷酸二氢锌、硝酸锌、羟基亚乙基二膦酸按重量份计分别为:40~55份、30~35份、5~10份。
