Description
Hierdurch kann das die obere Treibwalze passierende Alt-Gut unkontrolliert in die Zerkleinerungsmaschine gelangen. Ein dosiertes Zuführen ist somit nur erschwert möglich.

Die Einrichtung umfaßt im wesentlichen eine auf einem nicht bezeichneten Rahmen angeordnete Zuführschurre 1.0, die insgesamt als schiefe Zuführebene für das metallische Alt-Gut wie eine Pkw-Altkarosse ausgebildet ist. Eine vordere obere Treibwalze 2.0 ist in einem nicht bezeichneten einarmigen Hebelsystem über der Zuführebene gelagert, welche Treibwalze 2.0 einen eigenen, nicht dargestellten Antrieb aufweist. In Zuführrichtung des Alt-Gutes nachgeordnet ist eine hintere obere Treibwalze 2.1 in einem nicht bezeichneten zweiarmigen Kniehebelsystem über der Zuführebene gelagert, welche Treibwalze 2.1 einen weiteren eigenen, nicht dargestellten Antrieb besitzt. In der Zuführebene ist unterhalb der hinteren oberen Treibwalze 2.1 eine untere Walze 3.0 im Rahmen gelagert vorgesehen, welche die Zuführebene als Gleitrolle durchbricht.

Claims (6)
- Einrichtung zum Beschicken einer Zerkleinerungsmaschine, wie z.B. Hammerbrecher, die mehrere in einem Rahmen der Einrichtung gelagerte Walzen für die Zuführung von recycelbaren, vorzugsweise metallischen Alt-Gütern jeglicher Art, wie z.B. Pkw-Altkarossen und/oder paketierter Schrott umfassen, wobei mindestens eine obere Treibwalze in einem beweglichen Hebelsystem gelagert ist, gekennzeichnet durcha) mindestens je eine vordere und hintere obere Treibwalze (2.0, 2.1), die unabhängig voneinander mit Antrieben ausgestattet und über einer Zuführebene einer Zuführschurre (1.0) angeordnet sind,b) die Lagerung der vorderen Treibwalze (2.0) in einem einarmigen Hebelsystem, welches am Rahmen angelenkt ist,c) die Lagerung der hinteren Treibwalze (2.1) in einem zweiarmigen Hebelsystem, welches am Rahmen im Knie angelenkt ist,d) relativ zur Zuführebene veränderbare, durch besagte Hebelsysteme vermittelte Stellungen der Treibwalzen (2.0, 2.1) unde) mit den Hebelsystemen verbundene, gegenüber dem Rahmen abgestützte Antriebselemente zur Erzeugung sowohl der unterschiedlichen Relativstellungen der Treibwalzen (2.0, 2.1) zur Zuführebene als auch zur Ausübung der auf das Alt-Gut über letztere einwirkenden Preßkräfte.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Treibwalzen (2.0, 2.1) gleichförmig angetrieben sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Treibwalzen (2.0, 2.1) mit differenzierten Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten angetrieben sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Treibwalzen (2.0, 2.1) vor- und rückwärtsdrehend, d.h. reversierend angetrieben sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gegenüber dem Rahmen abgestützten Antriebselemente für die Hebelsysteme Hydraulikzylinder (4.0) sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung von Mitteln für eine manuelle oder automatische Steuerung der Funktionsabläufe über eine Steuerzentrale (2.2).
