Claims (14)
- Bandgießmaschine zur Erzeugung eines Metallbandes, mit zwei nebeneinander angeordneten, einen Gießspalt bildenden Gießrollen (22, 24), welche auf einem Rahmengestell (32) drehbar gelagert sind, wobei das die Gießrollen (22, 24) tragende Rahmengestell (32) auf Schienen (48, 48') von der Gießposition (G) in eine Wartungsposition (W) und umgekehrt verschiebbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmengestell (32) mit den Gießrollen (22, 24) auf den Schienen (48, 48') oder anderweitigen Mitteln für ein Verschieben entlang der Drehachsen der Gießrollen um eine solche Distanz von der Gießposition (G) weg verschiebbar ist, dass ein zweites mit vorbereiteten Gießrollen (22, 24) versehenes Rahmengestell (32) auf den Schienen (48, 48') in die Gießposition (G) verschiebbar ist. - Bandgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmengestell (32) zusammen mit einem die Gießrollen (22, 24) umschließenden Gehäuse (30) verschiebbar ist. - Bandgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Gehäuse (30) auf den Schienen (48, 48') laufende Räder (37) oder Kufen, Gleitbahnen oder dergleichen zugeordnet sind. - Bandgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Gehäuse (30) tragenden Schienen (48, 48') im Bereich der Gießposition (G) von der übrigen Länge getrennt und von Hubzylindern (51) oder dergleichen in der Höhe verstellbar angeordnet sind, um das Gehäuse (30) in die Gießposition (G) abzusenken oder anzuheben bzw. die Schienen (48) in eine mit den angrenzenden Schienen (48') bündigen Position abzusenken oder anzuheben, um das Gehäuse (30) seitlich wegschieben zu können. - Bandgießmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch das Absenken bzw. Anheben des Gehäuses (30) eine Verbindung bzw. Trennung der zu den Gießrollen (22, 24) führenden Wasserzufuhrleitungen (64) und/oder andere Medien vorgesehen ist, wobei die Wasserzufuhrleitungen (64) im Rahmengestell (32) enthalten sind und eine stationäre Wasserversorgung (65) hierfür mit entsprechenden Zuleitungen unterhalb oder außerhalb des Gehäuses (30) angeordnet ist. - Bandgießmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (30) einen Deckel (35) aufweist, der von Hubzylindern (71) oder dergleichen unabhängig vom Gehäuse abgehoben bzw. auf dieses abgesenkt werden kann. - Bandgießmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Distanz zwischen der Gießposition (G) und der Wartungsposition (W) einige Gehäuse- bzw. Gießrollenlängen beträgt, damit in der Wartungsposition ungestört von dem Gießablauf gearbeitet werden kann. - Bandgießmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Wartungsposition (W) Wartungsvorrichtungen vorgesehen sind, mit denen die Gießrollen (22, 24) ohne Demontage gesäubert, überdreht und die Oberfläche neu vorbereitet werden können. - Bandgießmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Seitenabdichtungen (25) beidseits der Gießrollen (22, 24) jeweils von mindestens einem außerhalb des Gehäuses (30) verfahrbaren Manipulator (40)aus dem bzw. in das Gehäuse (30) führbar sind und darin an die Stirnseiten der Gießrollen angestellt oder angepresst sind. - Bandgießmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Seitenabdichtungen (25) beidseits der Gießrollen (22, 24) von mindestens einem mit dem Gehäuse mitfahrenden Manipulator (40) an die Stirnseiten der Gießrollen angestellt oder angepresst sind. - Bandgießmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Mehrstrang-Gießanlage mindestens zwei nebeneinander stehende Bandgießmaschinen (20) vorgesehen sind, die von einem einzigen Verteilergefäß mit flüssiger Schmelze versorgt werden und von denen das eine Gehäuse mit den Gießrollen, bspw. mit Gießrollen anderer Breite, auswechselbar ist, währenddessen das andere Gehäuse im Einsatz bleibt. - Bandgießmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei zwei unabhängigen Gießsträngen die zwischen den Gießsträngen liegende Wechsel- und Wartungsposition (W) für beide Gießstränge wahlweise einsetzbar ist. - Verfahren zum Wechseln der Gießrollen (22, 24) der Bandgießmaschine zur Erzeugung eines Metallbandes, mit zwei nebeneinander angeordneten, einen Gießspalt bildenden Gießrollen (22, 24), welche auf einem Rahmengestell (32) drehbar gelagert sind, wobei das die Gießrollen (22, 24) tragende Rahmengestell (32) auf Schienen (48, 48') von der Gießposition (G) in eine Wartungsposition (W) und umgekehrt verschiebbar ist, nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anstelle des auszuwechselnden ein neues Rahmengestell oder Gehäuse mit vorbereiteten Gießrollen entlang der Drehachsen der Gießrollen in Gießposition (G) verschoben wird, sodann die Seitenabdichtungen (25) mittels den Manipulatoren (40) an die Stirnseiten der Gießrollen (22, 24) angestellt oder angepresst werden, Schutzhüllen (38), welche die Manipulatoren umschließen und ein Deckel (35) dicht an das Gehäuse (30) angeschlossen und letzteres in seinem Innem durch ein Schutzgas gefüllt wird, so dass nach dem Anschließen erforderlicher elektrischer oder anderer Anschlüsse angegossen werden kann. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wechsel der Gießrollen (22, 24) vorgenommen wird, ohne dass ein die Metallschmelze enthaltendes Verteilergefäß (18) geleert werden müsste, wobei hierzu der Deckel (35) vor dem Wechsel angehoben und die Gießrollen (22, 24) nach dem Wegnehmen der Seitenabdichtungen (25) vom Gehäuse (30) entlang ihrer Drehachsen horizontal weggefahren und entsprechend werden die neuen, bspw. mit anderen breiten versehene Gießrollen, derart zugeführt, dass das Gießrohr berührungslos zwischen diesen wieder zu stehen kommt.
