Claims (12)
- Ausleger für eine flächige Bedruckstoffe verarbeitende Maschine, insbesondere eine Bogen verarbeitende Druckmaschine, mit einer Stapelstation, in welcher zu dieser in einer Verarbeitungsrichtung beförderte Bogen gestapelt werden, einer bezüglich der Verarbeitungsrichtung stromaufwärts gegenüber der Stapelstation gelegenen Bereitstellungsstation mit einer Einschuböffnung zum Einführen einer Stapelunterlage in die Bereitstellungsstation und mit einem Förderer, mittels welchem die in die Bereitstellungsstation eingeführte Stapelunterlage in die Stapelstation 14 verbringbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Bereitstellungsstation (24) ein Stapelunterlagenträger (29) mit einem zwischen einem ersten Niveau und einem gegenüber diesem tieferen zweiten Niveau verstellbaren Auflager (29.1) angeordnet ist, welches auf seinem ersten Niveau die in die Bereitstellungsstation (24) eingeführte Stapelunterlage (26) aufnimmt und unter Verstellung in Richtung auf das zweite Niveau an den Förderer (Rahmen 27, Schlitten 28) übergibt. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflager (29.1) eine Tischfläche (29.1') ausbildet, auf welche die Stapelunterlage (26) aufschiebbar ist. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Rampe (31) vorgesehen ist, welche die Stapelunterlage (26) während einer Anfangsphase von deren Zufuhr zum Stapelunterlagenträger (29) abstützt. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen weiteren Förderer (35), mittels welchem die Stapelunterlage (26) dem Stapelunterlagenträger (29) zuführbar ist. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der weitere Förderer (35) eine mit einem Antrieb (35.1) verbundene Förderwalze (35.2) umfasst. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (35.1) innerhalb der Förderwalze (35.2) angeordnet ist. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 5,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Rollenanordnung (35.3), die achsparallel zur Förderwalze (35.2) angeordnet und in Richtung auf diese vorgespannt ist. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen Anschlag (36), der die maximale Wandstärke der dem Stapelunterlagenträger (29) zuführbaren Stapelunterlagen (26) auf ein vorbestimmtes Maß beschränkt. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 1,

einen Sensor (37), der nach erfolgtem vollständigen Einschieben der Stapelunterlage (26) in die Bereitstellungsstation (24) ein Signal erzeugt, wenn ein bezüglich der Einschubrichtung nachlaufendes Ende der Stapelunterlage (26) von einer vorbestimmten Position abweicht. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein die Einschuböffnung (25) umgebendes Gehäuse (38) vorgesehen ist, welches die Rampe (31), eine der Einschuböffnung (25) vorgeordnete Öffnung (38) zum Durchschieben der Stapelunterlage (26) und eine Klappe (38.2) umfasst, welche in einer ersten Stellung derselben die Öffnung (38.1) verschließt, in einer zweiten Stellung die Öffnung (38.1) freigibt und in der ersten Stellung verriegelbar ist. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderer (Rahmen 27, Schlitten 28) einen Schlitten (28) umfasst, ein den Stapelunterlagenträger (29) tragender Rahmen (27) vorgesehen ist, der den Schlitten (28) zwischen der Bereitstellungsstation (24) und der Stapelstation (14) hin und her verfahrbar aufnimmt, und die Rampe (31) am Rahmen abstützbar schwenkbar aufgehängt ist. - Flächige Bedruckstoffe verarbeitende Maschine, insbesondere eine Bogen verarbeitende Druckmaschine,
