Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Entnehmen und Übergeben von Faltschachteln (2), mit einem bodenseitig offenen Faltschachtelmagazin (11) für flachliegende Faltschachtelzuschnitte (1), einer wenigstens einen Sauger (41) aufweisenden, den untersten Faltschachtelzuschnitt (1) aus dem Faltschachtelmagazin (11) entnehmenden Saugeinrichtung (30), die mit einem Mehrgelenkgetriebe (31) verbunden ist, einer ortsfesten Aufrichtweiche (47) und einer Mitnehmer (12, 13) und zumindest eine Deckschiene (50) aufweisenden Transporteinrichtung (15) für die aufgerichteten Faltschachteln (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Sauger (41) in Bezug auf die zwischen den Mitnehmern (12, 13) angeordnete, aufgerichtete Faltschachtel (2) an einer senkrecht zur Transportrichtung (28) angeordneten nacheilenden Faltschachtelwand (23) angreift und daß die im Bereich der Transporteinrichtung (15) angeordnete Aufrichtweiche (47) mit einer unteren, vorauseilenden Kante (27) des Faltschachtelzuschnitts (1) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugeinrichtung als Saugrotor (30) ausgebildet ist und daß ein zusätzlicher Stützfinger (45) vorgesehen ist, der an einer diagonal der zur vorauseilenden Kante (27) angeordneten Kante (25) angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Sauger (41) an der Faltschachtelwand (23) unmittelbar an der in Bezug auf die aufgerichtete Faltschachtel (2) unteren, nacheilenden Kante (24) angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugrotor (30) wenigstens einen zusätzlichen Sauger (42) aufweist, der in Deckung mit einer unteren Faltschachtelwand (22) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mehrgelenkgetriebe ein Viergelenkgetriebe (31) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mehrgelenkgetriebe von einem Servomotor (37) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung (15) getaktet angetrieben ist, daß das Einschieben der Faltschachtel (2) zwischen die Mitnehmer (12, 13) im wesentlichen während einer Vorschubbewegung der Transporteinrichtung (15) erfolgt und daß sich die vorauseilende Kante (27) der Faltschachtel (2) beim Einschieben in Wirkverbindung mit einem vorauseilenden Mitnehmer (12) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sauger (41, 42) getrennt ansteuerbar sind.
