Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Vereinzelung und Aufrichtung von Faltschachtelzuschnitten (5, 6), die in einem Magazin (1) im Stapel etwa senkrecht zu ihrer Haupterstreckungsebene (7) gegen an parallelen Seitenkanten (9, 10) des jeweils vordersten Faltschachtelzuschnitts (5) angreifende erste und zweite Anschläge (11, 12) nach unten nachgefördert werden, wobei der jeweils vorderste Faltschachtelzuschnitt (5) zunächst in der Haupterstreckungsebene (7) von dem ersten Anschlag (11) in Richtung auf den zweiten Anschlag (12) quergefördert wird, so dass er von dem ersten Anschlag (11) freikommt und quer zum Stapel versetzt in einen im Bereich des zweiten Anschlages (12) vorgesehenen Freiraum (18) eintaucht und so freigestellt wird, worauf der jeweils vorderste Faltschachtelzuschnitt (5) aus der freigestellten Stellung von dem Bereich der Anschläge (11, 12) am Magazin (1) abgenommen wird und die nachfolgenden Faltschachtelzuschnitte (6) von den Anschlägen (11, 12) zurückgehalten werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der so quergeförderte Faltschachtelzuschnitt (5) einseitig im Bereich zwischen dem zweiten Anschlag und dem Freiraum am Magazin (1) gehalten und durch Schwerkrafteinwirkung und/oder Förderdruck in einen gebogenen Zustand überführt und aus dem gebogenen Zustand abgenommen und dabei geöffnet, überbrochen und aufgerichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der jeweils vorderste einseitig an dem Magazin (1) gehaltene Faltschachtelzuschnitt (5) bei seiner Abnahme aus dem gebogenen Zustand mit einer seiner Querförderung entgegengerichteten Bewegungskomponente rotatorisch abgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Querförderung des vordersten einseitig gehaltenen Faltschachtelzuschnitts (5) der erste Anschlag (11) in der Haupterstreckungsebene (7) des vordersten Faltschachtelzuschnitts (5) hubartig hin- und herbewegt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, mit einem in ersten und zweiten Anschlägen (11, 12) endenden Magazin (1), in dem die Faltschachtelzuschnitte (5, 6) im Stapel etwa senkrecht zu ihrer Haupterstreckungsebene (7) gegen die Anschläge (11, 12) nachgefördert werden, mit einem im Endbereich (2) des Magazins (1) vorgesehenen Querförderer (19) für den vordersten Faltschachtelzuschnitt (5), mit einem im Bereich des zweiten Anschlages (12) gebildeten Freiraum (18) zum temporären Eintauchen des quergeförderten vordersten Faltschachtelzuschnitts (5), der in Querförderrichtung so bemessen ist, dass der quergeförderte Faltschachtelzuschnitt (5) bei seiner Querförderung von dem ersten Anschlag (11) freikommt, und mit einer Einrichtung (22) zur Abnahme des jeweils vordersten Faltschachtelzuschnitts (5) im Bereich der Anschläge (11, 12) und zu seiner Aufrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Anschlag (11) zugleich als Querfördereinrichtung (19) ausgebildet und hubartig angetrieben ist, und dass der zweite Anschlag (12) und der Freiraum (18) zum einseitigen Halten des quergeförderten vordersten Faltschachtelzuschnitts (5) am Magazin (1) in einem durch Schwerkrafteinwirkung und/oder Förderdruck gebogenen Zustand ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Querförderung des jeweils vordersten Faltschachtelzuschnitts (5) ein auf den ersten Anschlag (11) einwirkender Hubantrieb (20) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hubartig angetriebene erste Anschlag (11) eine Stufe (14) zum Hintergreifen nur des vordersten Faltschachtelzuschnitts (5) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stufe (14) am ersten Anschlag (11) zum Hintergreifen nur des vordersten Faltschachtelzuschnitts (5) hinterschnitten ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gegenseitige Abstand (25) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Anschlag (11, 12) einstellbar ausgebildet ist.
