Claims (22)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von (Falt-) Kartons (20), wobei die Kartons (20) im Wesentlichen flach liegend einem Magazin (26) einzeln entnommen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils ein vorzugsweise unterster Karton (20) durch ein Abziehorgan, insbesondere ein Saugorgan (33), aus dem Magazin (26) teilweise in einer Entnahmerichtung herausgezogen wird und dass zur Entnahme des Kartons (20) aus dem Magazin (26) ein Organ, insbesondere ein Steg (36, 40), quer zur Entnahmerichtung zwischen dem Magazin (26) und dem teilweise herausgezogenem Karton (20) hindurchbewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Karton (20) nach der Entnahme aus dem Magazin (26) auf einem Endlosförderer (30) in Richtung einer Aufrichtstation (28) zum Aufrichten der Kartons (20) in eine dreidimensionale, insbesondere schlauchartige Form gefördert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Karton (20) vor der Übergabe an den Endlosförderer (80) an eine Führung, insbesondere aus wenigstens einer Tragschiene (42), übergeben wird bzw. dieser zugeführt wird und dass der Karton (20) von der Führung durch einen quer zur Entnahmerichtung hin- und herbewegten Stößel (43) dem Endlosförderer zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kartons (20) durch Verschwenken von Seitenwänden (21, 22) des Kartons (20) um eine Faltlinie (76) aus einer im Wesentlichen flachen, zusammengelegten Position in eine dreidimensionale, insbesondere schlauchartige, Form aufgerichtet werden und wobei zwei Aufrichtorgane (47, 69) zum Aufrichten der Kartons (20) an zwei benachbarten Seitenwänden (21, 22) der Kartons (20) angreifen und die Kartons (20) und die Aufrichtorgane (47, 69) während des Aufrichtens kontinuierlich entlang einer ebenen, gradlinigen Kartonbahn (29) bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von (Falt-) Kartons (20), mit einem Magazin (26) in dem die Kartons (20) im Wesentlichen flach liegend angeordnet sind und aus dem jeweils ein (unterster) Karton (20) einzeln entnehmbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Karton (20) durch ein Abziehorgan, insbesondere ein Saugorgan (33), teilweise aus dem Magazin (26) in einer Entnahmerichtung herausziehbar ist und ein Organ, insbesondere ein Steg (36, 40), zwischen Magazin (26) und dem teilweise herausgezogenen Karton (20) hindurchführbar ist, zur Entnahme des Kartons (20) aus dem Magazin (26).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abziehorgan schwenkbar und/oder auf- und abbewegbar im Bereich des Magazins (20) angeordnet ist, insbesondere im Bereich einer Unterseite desselben, derart, dass der Karton (20) durch das Abziehorgan im Wesentlichen in Entnahmerichtung, insbesondere nach unten, aus dem Magazin (26) herausziehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abziehorgan als Saugorgan (33) ausgebildet ist, zum Ergreifen eines im Magazin (26) befindlichen Kartons (20) durch Beaufschlagung mit Unterdruck und zum teilweisen Herausziehen des Kartons (20) aus dem Magazin (26).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus dem Magazin (26) entnommenen Kartons (20) durch ein Fördermittel (27) entlang einer ebenen, gradlinigen Kartonbahn (29) in einer Förderrichtung transportierbar sind, wobei die Kartonbahn (29) bzw. die Förderrichtung vorzugsweise quer zur Entnahmerichtung verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Saugorgan (33) derart angeordnet ist, dass der Karton (20) im Bereich eines in Förderrichtung hinten liegenden Randes (34) des Kartons (20) erfassbar ist, insbesondere derart, dass der Karton (20) beim teilweisen Herausziehen aus dem Magazin (20) durch das Saugorgan (33) im Querschnitt abgewinkelt und/oder gebogen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fördermittel (27) durch wenigstens einen kontinuierlich angetriebenen Endlosförderer (30) gebildet ist, der in Entnahmerichtung unterhalb des Magazins (26) angeordnet ist, insbesondere zum seitlichen, etwa horizontalen Abtransport der Kartons (20) aus dem Bereich des Magazins (26), vorzugsweise in Richtung einer Aufrichtstation (28) zum Aufrichten der Kartons (20).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Organ, insbesondere der Steg (36, 40), quer zur Entnahmerichtung zwischen dem Magazin (26) und dem Karton (20) vorzugsweise kontinuierlich hindurchbewegbar ist, insbesondere gradlinig und in etwa horizontaler Richtung, vorzugsweise parallel zur Kartonbahn (29).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Organ bzw. der Steg (36, 40) mitlaufend an einem kontinuierlich angetriebenen Endlosförderer angeordnet ist, insbesondere außenseitig an einem Gurt oder einem umlaufenden Zahmriemen (37) desselben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Organe bzw. Stege (36, 40) in vorzugsweise regelmäßigen Abständen zueinander am Endlosförderer angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gurt bzw. Zahnriemen (37) des Endlosförderers wenigstens im Bereich des Magazins (26) parallel zur Förderrichtung der Kartons (20) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endlosförderer bzw. der die Stege (36, 40) aufweisende Zahnriemen (37) bzw. Gurt im Grundriss seitlich neben dem Magazin (26) angeordnet ist, wobei der oder die Stege (36, 40) auskragend am Endlosförderer angeordnet sind und in den Bereich des Magazins (26) hineinragen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf beiden Seiten des Magazins (26) Endlosförderer mit Organen bzw. Stegen (36, 40) angeordnet sind, wobei die Stege (36, 40) jeweils gegenüberliegend an den Endlosförderern angeordnet sind und jeweils teilweise in den Bereich des Magazins (26) hineinragen und zusammen unter dem Magazin (26) hindurchbewegt werden zur Entnahme eines Kartons (20) aus dem Magazin (26).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Karton (20) nach der Entnahme aus dem Magazin (26) einer quer zur Entnahmerichtung angeordneten Führung, insbesondere wenigstens einer Tragschiene (42), zuführbar ist, die zwischen dem Magazin (20) und der Kartonbahn (29) angeordnet ist und auf der der Karton (20) nach der Entnahme aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Karton (20) durch einen Stößel (43) in Förderrichtung derart entlang der Führung transportierbar ist, dass dieser von auf dem Fördermittel (27) angeordneten Mitnehmern (44) erfassbar ist, zum Abtransport der Kartons (20) auf dem Fördermittel (27).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stößel (43) in Förderrichtung, also quer zur Entnahmerichtung der Kartons (20) aus dem Magazin (26), hin- und herbewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kartons (20) in einem aufrechten Stapel (82) im Magazin (26) angeordnet sind und einzeln in etwa vertikaler Entnahmerichtung an der Unterseite des Magazins (26) aus diesem durch das Abziehorgan entnehmbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kartons (20) im Magazin (26) auf Vorsprüngen (85) aufliegen, die im Bereich der Unterseite an wenigstens zwei vorzugsweise gegenüberliegenden Magazinwänden (83) desselben angeordnet sind insbesondere derart, dass die Vorsprünge (85) zum Inneren des Magazins (26) auskragend an den Magazinwänden (83) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kartons (20) aus einer im Wesentlichen flachen, zusammengelegten Position in eine dreidimensionale, insbesondere schlauchartige, Form durch Verschwenken von Seitenwänden (21, 22) des Kartons (20) um eine Faltlinie (76) aufgerichtet werden, mit zwei Aufrichtorganen (47, 69) zum Erfassen von benachbarten Seitenwänden (21, 22) der Kartons (20), wobei die Kartons (20) und die Aufrichtorgane (47, 69) während des Aufrichtens der Kartons (20) kontinuierlich entlang einer ebenen, gradlinigen Kartonbahn (29) bewegbar sind und wobei die Kartons (20) mit einem kontinuierlich angetriebenem ersten Fördermittel (27) in der Ebene der Kartonbahn (29) transportierbar sind und wobei ein erstes Aufrichtorgan (47) oberhalb der Kartonbahn (29) durch ein zweites Fördermittel (58) und wobei ein zweites Aufrichtorgan (69) unterhalb der Kartonbahn (29) durch ein drittes Fördermittel (66) antreibbar ist.
