Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing (folding) cartons, the Cardboard boxes, essentially lying flat, can be removed individually from a magazine. The invention further relates to a corresponding device.
Such methods and devices are different in practice Embodiments known. Especially with regard to the removal of the boxes magazines are becoming increasingly demanding of performance. The invention is therefore the object based on further developing known devices or methods, in particular with a view to improved removal of the blanks from the magazine.
To achieve this object, the inventive method is according to claim 1 characterized in that in each case a bottom carton preferably a puller, in particular a suction member from the magazine partially in one Removal direction is pulled out and that to remove the carton from the magazine an organ, in particular a web between the removal direction between moved through the magazine and the partially pulled cardboard becomes. The carton is therefore not completely removed from the magazine by the puller pulled out, but only partially, especially in the area of a side Edge. To completely remove the box from the magazine, a Organ or a bridge across the direction of removal between the magazine and the box moved through and this "peeled" from the magazine. Then the carton can be moved on an endless conveyor towards an erection station transported in the carton from the substantially flat position erected in a three-dimensional, in particular tubular shape becomes.
The carton is preferably not passed directly to the endless conveyor, but first placed on a tour. There the box can be moved in the direction of conveyance be accelerated and thus reach the area of the endless conveyor.
The device according to the invention has the features of claim 5. The Puller can preferably be moved up and down or pivoted in the removal direction be arranged below the magazine. The puller is preferred Designed as a suction element, the cartons are captured using vacuum, preferably in the region of an edge located at the rear in the conveying direction. The cardboard can be pulled out of the magazine while it is partially pulled out are angled or curved in the removal direction, such that when Moving the (peeling) organ or the webs of the cardboard out of the magazine is removed.
The cartons are preferably arranged in an upright stack in the magazine and are removed in the area of a bottom of the same. In this case the suction element can remove the bottom carton from the magazine partially pull out, with the webs in an approximately horizontal direction below of the magazine.
The device or the method preferably runs continuously. For this the webs can be arranged on endless conveyors which are driven continuously become. The webs are preferably at regular intervals from one another along the circumference of a further endless conveyor or a belt or Toothed belt arranged the same. Partly pulling out a box in this case occurs when there is no web below the magazine located.
Erfindung darstellen.Another special feature relates to a method described in the application

The device shown can be used in connection with a packaging machine
or as part of the same. In the shown in Figs. 4 to 12
first exemplary embodiment,
einzelnen Seitenwände 21, 22 etwa parallel bzw. senkrecht zueinander angeordnet,
The
The
A special feature is that the erection of the

aber auch eine (leichte) Neigung aufweisen können. The upper side of the conveying means 27 or the upper runs 78 of the
To erect the boxes, at least one
The
Since the first two erecting
The
zueinander stehen gemäß Fig. 2.As can be seen from FIG. 10, the
Richtung auf- und abbewegbar (Fig. 11).The pivoting movement of the
Umlenkrolle 57.
zur Kartonbahn 29.After the first erecting
As already described, two
Endlosförderers 80 verläuft zumindest bereichsweise parallel, also in einem konstanten
69.To prevent the
erfassen.
The (first and second)
The
With regard to the movement of the
Fig. 12.
Another detail regarding the guidance of the
After the
über die Aufrichtstation 28 hinaus erstreckt (Fig. 4 - 9).Below is another special feature, namely the removal of the
The
(Fig. 7).
gebogen bzw. abgewinkelt.The
Between the bottom of the
It can be seen from FIG. 5 that a toothed belt is located on each side of the
To enable the
Pulling out the
The separation of the
abwärts gebogenem Ende der Tragschienen 42.After the
beschleunigt.
in Förderrichtung hinten liegenden seitlichen Rand 34 mit (Fig. 9).The separated
Another special feature relates to the arrangement of the
A second embodiment of the device according to FIGS. 13 and 14 has minor Differences from the embodiment described above. Only the deviations are described below. Unless otherwise Information is given, the device is essentially as in first embodiment constructed and works accordingly. Functional corresponding organs and means are correspondingly with the same reference numerals Mistake.
In contrast to the first embodiment, the
In the second exemplary embodiment, there is only a small number of
