Claims (8)
- Kippbarer Lichtbogenofen, bei dem ein Ofengefäß (2) und ein Portal (4) für eine Elektrodenhub- und Schwenkvorrichtung auf einer Plattform (1 und 3) einer mittels einer Kippvorrichtung kippbaren Ofenwiege angeordnet sind, die drei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete, jeweils auf einer Ablaufbahn (17, 21) ablaufende parallele Wiegenkufen (16, 20) enthält, wobei das Ofengefäß (2) auf einem zwischen zwei Wiegenkufen (16) liegenden Gefäßplattformteil (1) und das Portal (4) auf einem separaten außerhalb dieser Wiegenkufen (16) liegenden Portalplattformteil (3) angeordnet ist, der durch die Kippvorrichtung synchron mit dem das Ofengefäß (2) tragenden Gefäßplattformteil (1) kippbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die beiden Plattformteile (1, 3) durch wenigstens ein Scharniergelenk (13) miteinander verbunden sind, dessen Drehachse (19) parallel zur Schnittlinie zwischen einer Plattformebene und der Ebene, in der eine Wiegenkufe (16, 20) liegt, verläuft. - Lichtbogenofen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Portalplattformteil (3) neben der Elektrodenhub- und Schwenkvorrichtung auch eine Deckelhub- und Schwenkvorrichtung trägt. - Lichtbogenofen Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattformteile (1, 3) einander zugewandte Randseiten (26, 27) mit Unterkanten (24, 25) und Oberkanten (37, 38) aufweisen und wenigstens ein Scharniergelenk (13) benachbart zu den Unterkanten (24, 25) der Plattformteile (1, 3) angeordnet ist. - Lichtbogenofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharniergelenk (13) durch ineinandergreifende, mit Ösen (28, 29) versehene, laschenförmige Vorsprünge (30, 31) gebildet ist, die an den einander zugewandten Randseiten (26, 27) der Plattformteile (1, 3) angebracht und durch Drehbolzen (32) drehbar miteinander verbunden sind. - Lichtbogenofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den einander zugewandten Randseiten (26, 27) der Plattformteile (1, 3) benachbart zu den Oberkanten (37, 38) wenigstens ein die Drehbewegung des Scharniergelenks (13) begrenzender Anschlag (14) aus je einem an den einander zugewandten Randseiten (26, 27) angebrachten Anschlagstück (35 bzw. 36) angeordnet ist. - Lichtbogenofen nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei auf dem Ofengefäß (2) aufliegendem Gefäßdeckel (9) die Anschlagflächen der Anschlagstücke (35, 36) einen Abstand in der Größenordnung von Millimetern aufweisen. - Lichtbogenofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Zentrierung der beiden Plattformteile (1, 3) in Kipprichtung ein Seitenanschlag (39, 40, 36) vorgesehen ist. - Lichtbogenofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Scharniergelenk (13) als ein eine Verschiebung in Richtung der Drehachse (Kipprichtung) verhinderndes Festlager und ein Scharniergelenk als ein eine Verschiebung in Richtung der Drehachse (19) des Drehbolzens (32) zulassendes Gleitlager ausgebildet ist.
