Claims (21)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen einer Sägezahn-Ganzstahlgarnitur (100) mit einer Anzahl von nebeneinander angeordneten Sägezahndrahtabschnitten, wobei zwischen den Blättern benachbarter Sägezahndrahtabschnitte eine sich von den Zahnspitzen der Sägezahndrahtabschnitte bis zu einem Gassengrund erstreckende Garniturgasse gebildet ist, mit mindestens einem zum Entfernen von Verunreinigungen aus den Garniturgassen betreibbaren Reinigungselement (40), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reinigungselement (40) einen vorzugsweise in Form einer Reinigungsklinge gebildeten, an den Gassengrund anlegbaren Reinigungsabschnitt (56) aufweist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reinigungselement (40) an eine den Reinigungsabschnitt (56) in Richtung auf den Gassengrund drängende Vorspanneinrichtung (52) gekoppelt ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reinigungsabschnitt (56) in einer der von der Vorspanneinrichtung (52) darauf ausgeübten Vorspannkraft entgegengesetzten Richtung bewegbar an einem Träger (20) gehalten ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reinigungsabschnitt (56) um eine senkrecht zur Vorspannrichtung verlaufende Schwenkachse (46b) verschwenkbar an dem Träger (20) gehalten ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reinigungselement (40) einen um die Schwenkachse (46b) verschwenkbar gelagerten und sich beidseits der Schwenkachse (46b) in einer etwa senkrecht dazu verlaufenden Richtung erstreckenden Hebel (42) aufweist, der einerseits der Schwenkachse mit dem Reinigungsabschnitt (56) und andererseits der Schwenkachse (46b) mit einem Ankopplungsbereich (50) zum Ankoppeln der Vorpanneinrichtung (52) versehen ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorspanneinrichtung (52) eine einerseits an dem Träger (20) und andererseits an dem Ankopplungsbereich (50) festgelegte Feder, vorzugsweise Schraubenfeder, besonders bevorzugt Zugfeder aufweist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch ein Betätigungselement (60), mit dem der Reinigungsabschnitt (56) gegen die Vorspannkraft der Vorspanneinrichtung (52) vom Gassengrund abziehbar ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (60) einen um eine sich vorzugsweise etwa senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (46b) erstreckende Drehachse drehbar an dem Träger (20) festgelegten und an den Hebel (42) des Reinigungselementes (40) gekoppelten Exzenterhebel aufweist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reinigungsabschnitt (56) in einer sich quer zur Längsrichtung der Sägezahndrahtabschnitte erstreckenden Verschiebungsrichtung verschiebbar ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reinigungselement (40) an einem vorzugsweise durch den Träger gebildeten Schlitten (20) gehalten ist, der längs eines sich parallel zur Verschiebungsrichtung erstreckenden, vorzugsweise in Form eines Aluminium-Strangpreßprofils gebildeten Führungselementes (10) verschiebbar ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (20) mindestens eine um eine sich senkrecht zur Verschiebungsrichtung verlaufende Rollenachse drehbar gelagerte und an einer Führungsfläche (12a, 14a, 16a, 18a) des Führungselementes (10) anlegbare Führungsrolle (32a, 32b, 34a, 34b, 36a, 36b, 38) aufweist, wobei die Führungsfläche (12a, 14a, 16a, 18a) vorzugsweise eine äußere Begrenzungsfläche des Führungselementes (10) bildet.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (20) mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise mindestens drei, besonders bevorzugt mindestens vier jeweils an eine Führungsfläche (12a, 14a, 16a, 18a) des Führungselementes (10) anlegbare Führungsrollen (32a, 32b, 34a, 34b, 36a, 36b, 38) aufweist, wobei die einzelnen Führungsflächen (12a, 14a, 16a, 18a) vorzugsweise jeweils einen Winkel von etwa 90° miteinander einschließen.

- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (20) das Führungselement (10) zumindest teilweise umgreift.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (10) eine vorzugsweise von dem Schlitten (20) übergriffene Führungsnut (19) aufweist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement in Form eines Hohlprofils gebildet ist und die Führungsnut (19) in einen das Führungselement (10) in Längsrichtung durchsetzenden Hohlraum (11) mündet.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine bezüglich einem Rahmen einer die Sägezahn-Ganzstahlgarnitur (100) aufweisenden Maschine festlegbare Zustelleinrichtung, mit der der Reinigungsabschnitt (56) in Richtung auf die Garnitur (100) zustellbar ist
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Mehrzahl von in einer quer zur Längsrichtung der Sägezahndrahtabschnitte verlaufenden Richtung voneinander beabstandeten Reinigungsabschnitten.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der Reinigungsabschnitte aus einem Federstahl gebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Sägezahn-Ganzstahlgarnitur mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
