Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten von Textilfasern mit einem eine im wesentlichen kreiszylindermantelförmige erste Bearbeitungsfläche aufweisenden und vorzugsweise um die Zylinderachse drehbaren Bearbeitungselement, wie etwa einer Vorreißerwalze einer Karde, und mindestens einem eine der ersten Bearbeitungsfläche zugewandte weitere Bearbeitungsfläche aufweisenden Kardierelement, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form der weiteren Bearbeitungsfläche derjenigen der ersten Bearbeitungsfläche in einer senkrecht zur Zylinderachse verlaufenden Schnittebene angenähert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Bearbeitungsfläche der ersten Bearbeitungsfläche in der senkrecht zur Zylinderachse verlaufenden Schnittebene nach Art eines Polygonzuges mit etwa tangential zu der ersten Bearbeitungsfläche verlaufenden Polygonabschnitten angenähert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Bearbeitungsfläche zwei in einer senkrecht zur Zylinderachse verlaufenden Schnittebene einen stumpfen Winkel miteinander einschließende Polygonabschnitte aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Bearbeitungsflächen durch mindestens einen Sägezahndrahtabschnitt gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Bearbeitungsfläche durch eine Mehrzahl von nebeneinander angeordneten Sägezahndrahtabschnitten gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der die weitere Bearbeitungsfläche bildenden Sägezahndrahtabschnitte 2 einen stumpfen Winkel miteinander einschließende Segmente aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kardierelement feststehend bzgl. dem ggf. drehbaren Bearbeitungselement angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bearbeitungselement eine Vorreißerwalze einer Karde ist.
- Kardierelement, insbesondere Festkardierelement, für eine Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit mindestens einer Bearbeitungsfläche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsfläche eine konkave, an eine Kreiszylindermantelfläche angenäherte Form aufweist.
- Kardierelement nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Bearbeitungsfläche zwei oder mehr jeweils in einer senkrecht zur Zylinderachse verlaufenden Schnittebene einen stumpfen Winkel von 160° bis 170°, vorzugsweise etwa 165° miteinander einschließende Polygonabschnitte aufweist.
- Kardierelement nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsfläche von mindestens einem an einem Trägerelement festgelegten starren oder flexiblen Kratzensegment gebildet ist.
- Kardierelement nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kratzensegment mindestens einen Sägezahndrahtabschnitt mit zwei einen stumpfen Winkel von vorzugsweise etwa 160° bis 170°, besonders bevorzugt etwa 165°, miteinander einschließenden Segmenten aufweist.
- Kardierelement nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerelement 2 einen stumpfen Winkel miteinander einschließende Auflageflächen für das Kratzensegement aufweist.
- Kardierelement nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Auflageflächen eine Aussparung in dem Trägerelement vorgesehen ist.
- Kardierelement nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, gekennzeichnet durch eine V-, W-oder Multi-W-förmige Grundform des Trägerelementes.
- Trägerelement zur Herstellung eines Kardierelementes nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15.
- Sägezahndrahtabschnitt zur Herstellung eines Kardierelementes nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15.
