Definitions
- the invention relates to a door lock with a Main lock and at least one additional deadbolt lock, the main lock being a latch and a main bolt has, and the trap by means of a key and / or a pusher from a protruding latch position in a withdrawn open position is relocatable, and the Main bolt by means of a key via a gear and a lower drive rod from an open position within the lock housing in a pre-locked latch position is relocatable, and the additional bolt lock via a Drawbar with an upper drive rod in the main lock this is coupled, the Additional bolt of the additional bolt lock from one Rest position in a latch position and from the Latch position can be shifted to the rest position.
- a locking device is known from EP 0 798 436 A2 known, the main lock box and at least one Has additional lock box, the main lock box is provided with a latch and a bolt and the Additional lock box has a latch bolt.
- the Auxiliary lock box is connected to the Main lock box connected so that either through the Actuation of the pusher or by means of a key Drawbar shifted and thereby the latch bolt can be withdrawn.
- the feed of the latchbolt takes place automatically by means of a preloaded spring.
- this latchbolt can be of its normal type Latch position to be shifted into a latch position which he took even further from the additional lock box protrudes. This shift to the latch position takes place automatically by means of a preloaded spring after the Closing the door.
- the latch bolt can be blocked in a simple manner by inserting an object in the in the striking plate bolt opening or by gluing the Bolt opening by means of an adhesive strip.
- EP 0 915 221 A Locking device has become known, also a main lock box and an additional lock box having.
- the additional lock box is as regular Bolt box designed to be an exclusive Has additional bolts. Extension bar extension takes place via a spring, the insertion of the bolt in the open position via one of the main lock case driven pull rod takes place. The additional bar comes with a restraint held in the open position. To lock the restraint with a Drawbar released so that after loosening the Restraint device by the force of a biased Spring the additional latch can be pushed out.
- the invention is therefore based on the object To provide a door lock that ensures that when the door is closed and locked Additional bolt of the additional bolt lock also its Takes latch position. In addition, when the however unlocked door already a certain Security against burglary can be guaranteed.
- the additional bolt As a latch bolt is already with the door closed, but not yet is locked, a certain security is created because of the Latch bolt takes its latch position and thus the Door not only over the main lock but also over that or the additional bolt locks are secured.
- the additional bolt is a latchbolt, this is the Closing the door inserted by the striking plate and takes with the door closed, under spring force, his Rest position, namely the trap position, and secures thereby the door additionally.
- the Main bolt of the main lock excluded and it will additionally the latch bolt of the additional lock pushed out.
- the transfer of the exclusion movement from The main lock for the additional deadbolt lock is made via the Pull bar.
- the lower one Drive rod directly coupled to the upper drive rod. This ensures that the movement of the lower Connecting rod without the interposition of further links on the upper or outer drive rod and from this to the Drawbar is transferred to the additional bolt lock. If the extension of the latch bolt is blocked, so this is due to the blocking of the tie rod and thus on Blocked key movement noticed.
- one drive rod has a recess and the other drive rod a projection engaging in the recess.
- the recess can be a breakthrough, in particular a Slit, be.
- the protrusion is preferably a Bolts, a weld-on part or a bevel. A such coupling is relatively simple, and with relatively large forces can be transferred to it.
- the A head start in the direction of displacement of the two Play in the recess.
- This game is sized so that when the main bolt is closed once, the upper one or outer drive rod is taken directly, and that when the main bolt is closed again, the upper or outer drive rod is no longer taken.
- the additional latchbolt is only for for the first time continue closing the main bolt is pushed out.
- the additional latch bolt when pressing the follower nut or when pressing the Change immediately moved in because of this actuation of the Changing the outer drive rod is activated without the lower drive rod is shifted.
- the main bar is According to the invention extendable on two levels or in two Tours extendable, with every step 10 mm extension causes.
- the additional extension of the additional latch bolt is also 10 mm.
- a further training provides that the main lock is a Handle nut shows that the handle nut with a rotatably mounted change is coupled and that the Change has a radial projection that at Shift of the follower on a stop of the upper one Drive rod attacks and this drive rod immediately or with Delay shifted. So if the trigger nut is e.g. by Pressing a pusher, then using the the trigger nut coupled change the upper connecting rod shifted upwards, causing over those with the top Driving rod coupled pull rod an indentation of the Additional latch bolt causes.
- a handlebar at the change is pivotally attached, via the gearbox or the Lock cylinder is displaceable, so that the Change is pivoted.
- the outer drive rod a spigot that is in the open position of the main bolt engages in a guide groove provided in this.
- the upper or outer drive rod is in Main bolt located in the open position in both one as well as shiftable in the other direction, whereas the outer drive rod when extended
- the main bolt can only be shifted in such a way that the Pin removed from the main bar. This direction of displacement corresponds to the outer drive rod or causes the Extending the additional latch bolt in the additional bolt lock.
- the Guide groove open to the edge and opens into the side that in Direction of the closing movement of the outer drive rod shows.
- the pin is in this guide groove with play.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of an overall with 10 marked main lock and two Additional bolt locks 12, one of which is above and one is provided below the main lock 10.
- the main lock 10 and the additional deadbolt locks 12 are on a lock cuff 14 attached and one above the other Drawbars 16 coupled.
- the main lock 10 has one Opening 18 for a lock cylinder (not shown) on, with the lock cylinder a gear 20, in particular a planetary gear 22 (FIG. 2), can be driven is.
- Arrow 24 shows the rotational movement schematically of a key (not shown).
- a pusher 26 is shown in FIG of arrow 28 can be operated. Doing so Handle nut 30 (Fig. 2) rotated, as below described in more detail, causes the entry of a trap 32.
- the additional bolt locks 12 are provided with additional bolts 34 which act as latch bolts 36 are formed.
- FIG. 2 is a first embodiment of the Main lock 10 shown, the cover plate is decreased.
- the locking cylinder 38 can be seen, which is inserted into the opening 18 (Fig. 1) and that Planetary gear 22 drives.
- This planetary gear is clearly shown and described in EP 0 575 701 A1, see above that reference can be made to this publication.
- the Planetary gear 22 has one of the lock cylinder 38 driven ring gear 40 on, with two planet wheels 42 (one of which is shown) combs.
- This Planet gears 42 in turn mesh with another one Gear 44, which is hollow and on the Has internal teeth on the inside. To the closer For configuration, see EP 0 576 787 A1.
- This Internal gears in turn mesh with three planet gears (not shown) which drive a sun gear 46.
- This sun gear 46 is parallel to the gear 22 arranged disc attached to which a bolt 48th is provided.
- This bolt 48 engages in an elongated hole 50, which on a lower drive rod 52 (see also FIG. 7) is provided. If the lock cylinder 38 is rotated, then is the sun gear 46 via the planetary gear 22 driven and the bolt 48 with the sun gear around it Axis swiveled. The bolt 48 moves along the Slot 50 and simultaneously moves the lower drive rod 52 down.
- the lower drive rod 52 in turn has a pin 54 on one in the back of a main latch 56 provided guide slot 58 engages.
- the bolt 54 Through the Downward displacement of the lower drive rod 52 causes the bolt 54, which is guided in the guide slot 58 an extension of the latch 56 from the housing of the Main lock 10.
- the main bolt 56 With one complete turn of the Lock cylinder 38, the main bolt 56 by 10 mm pushed out. A full extension by 20 mm by turning the locking cylinder 38 twice causes.
- the Stop 76 is formed by an angle plate 80, which is either welded to the outer drive rod 78 or is designed as a bevel. The idle between the projection 74 and the stop 76 correspond to the distance of these two elements in their rest position. Once the Projection 74 abuts the stop 76 and takes it along, the outer drive rod 78 is moved upward. The upper or lower end of the drive rod 78 is with the Drawbar 16 coupled so that the movement in the Additional bolt locks 12 is transmitted. This movement causes the latchbolts 36 to retract from the in 1 trap position shown in the retracted Open position.
- the angle plate 80 also has a protrusion 82 which fits into a slot 84 in the lower drive rod 52 engages. In the rest position both the lower drive rod 52 and the outer one Drive rod 78 is the lower edge of the projection 82 in essentially at the lower edge of the slot 84, so that the projection 82 is a game (designated 86) after has inside the slot 84 (Fig. 2).
- the outer drive rod 78 is also provided with a pin 88 provided which protrudes in the direction of the main bolt 56 and into a control groove 90 provided in the main bolt 56 intervenes.
- the tax groove is designed such that it has a control edge 92 which when the Main bolt 56 from the housing of the main lock 10 a Downward movement of the pin 88 and thus the outer Drive rod 78 causes.
- the control groove 90 is open at the edge, so that the bolt 88 completely out of the range of Main bolt 56 is extended.
- the pin 88 With partial extension of the main bolt 56, the pin 88 is located on the lower edge of the main bolt 56, causing a displacement of the outer Driving rod 78 is prevented upwards. In this way Unauthorized pushing in of the latch bolt 36, the by the displacement of the outer drive rod 78 and thus the tie rods 16 have also been actively pushed out, be prevented.
- the control groove 90 points above the bolt 88 in FIG. 2 a freewheel 94 so that when pulling the Latchbolt 36, which is due to a shift of the outer Drive rod 78 is effected upward (as above described), no collision between the pin 88 and the main latch 56 takes place.
- Game 86 also serves this purpose in slot 84 of lower drive rod 52.
- Fig. 4 shows the main lock 10 with retracted Trap 32, this by actuating the Lock cylinder 38 causes in the clockwise direction becomes. It is clearly recognizable that the lower one Drive rod 52 has maintained its position, whereas the upper or outer drive rod 78 is displaced upward, and thus the bolt 88 enters the freewheel 94 and the Projection 82 uses game 86 in slot 84. Here lies the radial projection 74 on the stop 76.
- FIG. 5 shows the main lock 10 with complete extended main latch 56, both the lower Drive rod 52 as well as the outer drive rod 78 after are shifted below.
- the lead is also here 82 in the upper area of the slot 84 and uses the game 86 out. This means that if the Bolt 56 the latch bolts 36 of the additional bolt locks 12 immediately be pushed out by 10 mm. The further extension of the main bolt 56 therefore does not cause any further Extending the latchbolt 36.
- FIg. 6 is a variant of the outer drive rod 78 shown, as also from FIGS. 8 and 9 can be seen has an extension 96.
- the Drawbar 16 e.g. known from DE 298 03 161 U1, provided with an electric opener
- the pull rod 16 without actuation of the lock cylinder 38 or the Handle nut 30 shifted and thereby the outer Drive rod 78 are shifted.
- the relocation takes place going up.
- the extension 96 strikes at the lower edge of the radial projection 74 and the change 66 on and pivots this clockwise so that trap 32 via approach 68, as already above explained, is withdrawn.
- the two drive rods 52 and 78 are stamped sheets, whereby the angle plate 80 either folded or welded is.
- the two bolts 54 and 88 are riveted or welded on.
