Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Befüllen und Verschließen einseitig offener, vorzugsweise mit Seitenfalten versehener Säcke, mit einer einen Füllstutzen aufweisenden Füllstation zum Befüllen der Säcke, mit verschiedenen Greifern zum Antransport der leeren Säcke, Halten der Säcke in der Füllstation und Abtransport der befüllten Säcke, und mit einem unterhalb der Füllstation beginnenden Förderband zum Abstützen und zum Transport der befüllten Säcke, das ein um zwei Umlenkrollen laufendes Trum aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Förderband im Bereich unterhalb der Füllstation durch Verschwenken der Umlenkrolle absenkbar und wieder anhebbar ist und daß unter dem Obertrum des Förderbandes im Bereich der Füllstation ein Rüttler angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkrolle über ein pneumatisch oder hydraulisch antreibbares Hebegestänge verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkrolle des Förderbandes periodisch heb- und absenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Förderband querverlaufende Stollen angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entgegen der Transportrichtung der von den Greifern in die Füllstation antransportierten Säcke vor und oberhalb des Förderbandes eine quer zur Transportrichtung verlaufende Stange angeordnet ist, über die die Säcke derart ziehbar sind, daß sie sich mit ihrem nach unten liegenden Enden durch eine gezielte Schwenkbewegung mit dem Sackboden zwischen zwei Stollen des Förderbandes ablegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gesamte Förderband höhenverstellbar im Maschinengestell gelagert ist.
