Claims (20)
- Verfahren zum Abnehmen eines Sackes S von einer Sackanklemmvorrichtung (20) nach einem Befüllen des Sackes mit Schüttgut und zum Überführen des Sackes S auf ein Förderband (80) mit den Schritten
Unterstützen des Sackbodens, zumindest ab dem Freigeben des Sackes von der Sackanklemmvorrichtung (20);
Querverfahren des Sackes S mit unterstütztem Sackboden quer zur Längserstreckung der Sackfahne bis über das Förderband (80);

aufklappbare zweite Verschließmittel (90) für die Sackfahne, die über dem Förderband (80) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützmittel (60) aus in Richtung der Sackfahne mittig geteilten Schalen (67/68) bestehen , die symmetrisch schwenkbar angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützmittel (60) einseitig fliegend gelagert sind, wobei die Lagerungs- und Betätigungsmittel vor dem Kopfende des Förderbandes (80) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Verschließmittel (50) einseitig fliegend gelagert sind, wobei die Lagerungs- und Betätigungsmittel vor dem Kopfende des Förderbandes (80) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Verschließmittel (50) senkrecht zur Richtung des Quertransports in einen Eingriffsbereich mit dem Sack einfahrbar sind und aus einem Eingriffsbereich mit dem Sack herausfahrbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Aufsteckvorrichtung (40) für Säcke vorgesehen ist, die in Bezug zur Sackanklemmvorrichtung (20) auf der Gegenseite zum Förderband (80) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sackanklemmvorrichtung (20) über eine Bruttowägevorrichtung an einem höhenverfahrbaren Schlitten (21) befestigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Quertransportvorrichtung (70) zwei gegenüber einem Gestell abgestützte Schnelltransportzylinder (63,64) hat, die auf einen Feinstellzylinder (65) querverschiebend einwirken, der seinerseits unmittelbar auf einen Schlitten (71) querverschiebend einwirkt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß symmetrisch zu einem Transportband (80) zwei Sackanklemmvorrichtungen (201, 202), zwei Sackaufsteckvorrichtungen (401, 402), zwei erste Verschließvorrichtungen (501 ,502), zwei Stütz- und Rüttelvorrichtungen (601, 602) sowie eine Quertransportvorrichtung (70) mit zwei Schlitten (711, 712) angeordnet sind, wobei letztere Vorrichtung (70) die vorgenannten Vorrichtungen (501, 502, 601, 602) wechselweise unter eine der Sackanklemmvorrichtungen (201, 202) und über das Transportband (80) verfahren kann.
