Claims (3)
- Schlackenbrecher mit einem Druckgehäuse, einer durch das Druckgehäuse hindurchgeführten drehbaren Welle mit mehreren, darauf im Abstand befestigten, im Betrieb rotierenden Schneidmessern (4), die auf der Welle winkelversetzt angeordnet sind, mit mehrere, unter der Welle nebeneinander angeordneten feststehenden Schneidmessern (7), wobei jedes rotierende Schneidmesser im Brecherbereich zwischen zwei benachbarten feststehenden Schneidmessern hindurchgeführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Druckgehäuse schräge Einlaufleitbleche (12, 12a, 15) angeordnet sind und einen zum Brecherbereich gerichteten Einlauftrichter bilden, dass die Welle um einen Abstand (a) von der vertikalen Mittellinie (20) des Druckgehäuses entfernt angeordnet ist, dass jedes feststehende Schneidmesser mit einem langen Schenkel (7a) und einem kurzen Schenkel (7b), zwischen denen sich eine kreisbogenförmige Ausnehmung (7d) befindet, ausgebildet ist und dass der lange Schenkel in einem Schlitz eines Einlaufleitbleches angeordnet ist.
- Schlackenbrecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rotierenden und die feststehenden Schneidmesser lösbar befestigt sind.
- Schlackenbrecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rotierenden und die feststehenden Schneidmesser in ihren Verschleißbereichen mit abriebfesten Auflagen versehen sind.
