Claims (5)
- 일측에 회수된 제철 자선분광 및 입철을 투입하는 투입구가 구비되고, 상기 투입구 대향단측에는 파쇄된 제품을 배출하는 배출구가 구비되며, 상기 배출구와 상하로 대칭되는 반대쪽에 에어배출구가 형성된 원통형상의 하우징과; 상기 하우징에 내장되고, 베어링블록에 의해 회전가능하게 지지되며, 동력원과 연결된 회전축과; 상기 회전축의 길이방향으로 간격을 두고 다수 고정된 고정원판과; 상기 고정원판의 외주면에 일정간격을 두고 다수 고정되며, 상기 하우징의 내주면과 일정한 이격거리를 갖고 그 사이에 위치되는 자선분광 및 입철을 파쇄, 압착, 마쇄하는 타격블럭을 포함하는 제철 자선분광 및 입철의 슬래그 처리장치에 있어서;상기 투입구, 배출구 및 에어배출구는 상기 하우징의 반경방향인 외주면에 형성되고;상기 타격블럭은 사각형상이고, SKD 11종으로 특수 열처리(진공열처리)된 것으로서 상기 고정원판의 외주면에 직교되게 일체로 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 제철 자선분광 및 입철의 슬래그 처리장치.
