Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum selbsttätigen Öffnen einer um eine horizontale Schwenkachse (5) zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer voll geöffneten Stellung schwenkbaren Klappe (2) einer Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie mit einer Gasfeder-Auswerfer-Kombination und einem Befehlsgeber (7), wobei die Gasfeder-Auswerfer-Kombination(a) eine Gasfeder (8) umfasst, deren erstes Ende an einer karosserieseitigen Stelle (10) und deren zweites Ende an einer klappenseitigen Stelle (11) angelenkt ist, wobei die Stellen (10, 11) derart gewählt sind, dass die Gasfeder (8) bei in Schließstellung und in einer definierten teilgeöffneten Stellung befindlicher Klappe (2) auf diese ein Schließmoment ausübt und bei weiter geöffneter Klappe (2) auf diese ein in die voll geöffnete Stellung schwenkendes Öffnungsmoment ausübt, und(b) einen, dem Befehlsgeber (7) zugeordneten Auswerfer (9) umfasst, der derart ausgelegt ist, dass er die Klappe (2) von ihrer Schließstellung lediglich etwas über die definierte teilgeöffnete Stellung hinausschwenkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Befehlsgeber (7) ein mechanischer Druckimpulsgeber am Fahrzeug, insbesondere an der Klappe (2) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Befehlsgeber(7) ein tragbarer drahtloser Sender ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
