Claims (13)
- Schnellaufrolltor zum Verschließen von Mauerdurchbrüchen, mit mindestens einem flexiblen Schnellaufrolltorbehang (12;212), welcher auf eine Walze (16;216) aufwickelbar ist und an mindestens einer Seite von einer Führungsvorrichtung (14;214) geführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schnellrolltorbehang (12;212) mindestens eine erste dickwandige Isolierschicht (1036) aus geschäumtem Kunststoffmaterial und eine zweite dickwandige Isolierschicht (1038) aufweist, wobei die erste und die zweite Isolierschicht (1036,1038) miteinander entlang quer zur Torverfahrrichtung verlaufender Klebelinien (1002) verklebt oder verschweißt sind. - Schnellaufrolltorbehang mit einer ersten dickwandigen Isolierschicht (1036) aus geschäumten Kunststoffmaterial und einer zweiten dickwandigen Isolierschicht (1038), wobei die erste und die zweite Isolierschicht (1036,1038) miteinander entlang quer zur Torverfahrrichtung verlaufender Klebelinien (1002) verklebt oder verschweißt sind.
- Schnellaufrolltorbehang nach Anspruch 2. gekennzeichnet durch eine Armierung (1034), auf welche die erste dickwandige Isolierschicht (1036) aufkaschiert oder aufgeklebt ist, wobei die Armierung (1034) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Isolierschicht (1036, 1038) angeordnet ist.
- Schnellaufrolltorbehang nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Armierung ein Geflecht oder Gewebe aus Stahldraht oder Stahllitze aufweist.
- Schnellaufrolltorbehang nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Armierung ein Kunststoffgewebe oder -geflecht aufweist.
- Schnellaufrolltorbehang nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kunststoffgewebe bzw. -geflecht der Armierung aus Glas- oder Kohlefaser besteht.
- Schnellaufrolltorbehang nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Armierung ein Baumwollgewebe oder -geflecht aufweist.
- Schnellaufrolltorbehang nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Armierung Querträgerprofile (1300,1302) und dazu senkrecht in Torfahrrichtung verlaufende, die Querträger (1300,1302) verbindende Längsbänder (1304) aufweist.
- Schnellaufrolltorbehang nach Anspruch 8. dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Querträgerprofile (1302) derart zwei- oder mehrteilig aufgebaut sind. daß der Schnellaufrolltorbehang (1012) quer zur Verfahrrichtung teilbar ist.
- Schnellaufrolltorbehang nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und/oder die zweite Isolierschicht (1036,1038) eine Dichte von 30 bis 250 kg/m3 aufweisen.
- Schnellaufrolltorbehang nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und/oder die zweite Isolierschicht (1036,1038) ein Dicke von 10 bis 50 mm, insbesondere eine Dicke von 25 bis 30 mm aufweisen.
- Schnellaufrolltorbehang nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens die erste oder die zweite Isolierschicht an einer Außenseite quer zur Torverfahrrichtung verlaufende Dehnungsschlitze (2004) aufweist.
- Schnellaufrolltor nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Schnellaufrolltorbehang (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 12.
