Claims (12)
- Befestigungsplatte (12) zur Befestigung eines Beschlagteils, z.B. eines Scharnierarms, an einer Tragwand (10), bestehend aus einer Unterplatte (14), die mit zwei Bohrungen (28, 29) für Befestigungsschrauben (50, 52) und mit zwei sockelartigen Erhebungen (24, 26) versehen ist, und
aus einer die Unterplatte (14) zumindest teilweise überdeckenden Oberplatte (16), die ein langgestrecktes Mittelteil (32) mit Einrichtungen zur Befestigung des Beschlagteils und seitlich flügelartigen Ansätzen (40, 42) aufweist, die mit Langlöchern (44, 48) versehen sind, deren Mittellinien rechtwinkelig zu der Mittellinie des Mittelteils (32) verlaufen und die ebenfalls von den Befestigungsschrauben (50, 52) durchgriffen werden, wobei die sockelartigen Erhöhungen (24, 26) als Führungsstücke in die Langlöcher (44, 48) der Oberplatte (16) greifen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bohrungen (28, 29) auf der Mittellinie der Unterplatten (14) liegen, wobei an der einen Bohrung (28) ein spreizdübelartiger Fortsatz (30) angeformt ist und wobei die andere Bohrung (29) in ihrer sockelartigen Erhebung (26) eine vormontierte Schraube (52) trägt, die so dimensioniert ist, daß ihr Gewinde in die Wandung der in der Tragwand (10) vorgesehenen Bohrung einschneidet. - Befestigungsplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrung (28, 29) der Unterplatte (14) von sockelartigen Erhöhungen (24, 26) umgeben sind, die niedriger sind als die Dicke der Oberplatte (16).
- Befestigungsplatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberplatte (16) mit kurzen, seitlich an den Rändern des Langloches (48) nach unten abgewinkelten Lappen (54) aufweist.
- Befestigungsplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem den bügelartigen Fortsatz (30) versehenen Endbereich der Unterplatte (14) eine als Zapfen ausgebildete Erhöhung (27) angeordnet ist, die in ein zu den von den Befestigungsschrauben (50, 52) durchsetzten Langlöchern (44, 48) paralleles Langloch (46) der Oberplatte (16) zur Führung und Zentrierung reicht.
- Befestigungsplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterplatte (14) zu ihrer Quermittellinie und die Oberplatte zu ihrer durch das Mittelteil verlaufenden Längsmittellinie derart symmetrisch ausgebildet sind, daß die Plattenhälften durch Drehung um 180° in die vorgesehenen Bohrungen der Tragwand montierbar sind.
- Befestigungsplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der angeformte dübelartige Fortsatz (30) an die Bohrung (28) der Unterplatte (14) einstückig und materialhomogen angeformt ist.
- Befestigungsplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrungen (56) in der Tragwand (10) Durchgangsbohrungen sind.
- Befestigungsplatte zur Befestigung eines Beschlagteiles, z. B. eines Scharnierarmes, an einer Tragwand (10) bestehend aus einer Unterplatte (114, 124), die mit zwei Bohrungen (29) für Befestigungsschrauben (52) und mit zwei sockelartigen Erhebungen (26) versehen ist, und aus einer die Unterplatte (114, 124) zumindest teilweise überdeckenden Oberplatte (16), die ein langgestrecktes Mittelteil (32) mit Einrichtungen zur Befestigung des Beschlagtelis und seitlich flügelartigen Ansätzen aufweist, die mit Langlöchern versehen sind, deren Mittellinie rechtwinklig zu der Mittellinie des Mittelteils verlaufen und die ebenfalls von den Befestigungsschrauben (52) durchgriffen werden, wobei die sockelartigen Erhöhungen (26) als Führungsstücke in die Langlöcher der Oberplatte (16) greifen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest in einem Bereich der Unterplatte (114, 124), der im montierten Zustand unter dem langgestreckten Teil (32) der Oberplatte (16) liegt, ein dübelartiger Fortsatz (130) oder zwei abgewinkelte lappenartige Fortsätze (140, 142) angeformt sind. - Befestigungsplatte nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterplatte (124) im montierten Zustand, sich zumindest im wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge des langgestreckten Mittelteils (32) der Oberplatte (16) erstreckt und daß nahe den jeweiligen Enden der Unterplatte jeweils ein dübelartiger Fortsatz (130) angeformt ist.
- Befestigungsplatte nach Anspruch 8 oder Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Rändern der Befestigungsbohrungen (29) der Unterplatte (114, 124) nach unten weisende Lappen angeformt sind, die die Zentrierung und die richtige Ausrichtung der Befestigungsplatte erleichtern.
- Befestigungsplatte nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder (144, 146) der abgewinkelten lappenartigen Fortsätze bezogen auf deren Symmetrielinie (148) leicht schräg verlaufen.
- Befestigungsplatte nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrungen (150) für die vormontierten Befestigungsschrauben (50, 52) sechskantig ausgebildet sind.
