Claims (15)
- Doppelsiebformer zum Bilden einer Faserstoffbahn, z.B. Papierbahn, aus einer Fasersuspension mit den folgenden Merkmalen:a) zwei endlose Siebbänder (Untersieb 11 und Obersieb 12) bilden miteinander eine Doppelsiebzone;b) das Obersieb (12) läuft über wenigstens zwei, vorzugsweise drei Walzen, nämlich über eine Einlaufwalze (16), die das Obersieb zur Doppelsiebzone führt - wobei die Siebe eine keilförmige Einlaufzone mit einem Keilwinkel (k) bilden - und über eine Auslaufwalze (17), die das Obersieb im Bereich des Endes der Doppelsiebzone zurück in Richtung zur Einlaufwalze führt;c) eine Obersieb-Baugruppe (20) umfaßt außer den genannten Walzen einen Entwässerungskasten (19), der Suspensionswasser aufnimmt, welches durch das Obersieb hindurch nach oben strömt;d) die Obersieb-Baugruppe (20) hat für den Entwässerungskasten (19) und für die Einlaufwalze (16) eine gemeinsame Trageinrichtung (22), die mittels einer Hubeinrichtung (23) um eine horizontale Achse (die sogenannte Betriebs-Schwenkachse 24) derart schwenkbar ist, daß der Keilwinkel (k) während des Formerbetriebes variierbar ist;
gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:e) die genannte Hubeinrichtung (23), welche an der Trageinrichtung (22) angreift, ist die einzige Hubeinrichtung, um sowohl den genannten Keilwinkel (k) zu variieren als auch die Obersieb-Baugruppe (20) vom Untersieb (11) abzuheben;f) der Obersieb-Baugruppe (20) ist eine zusätzliche, ebenfalls horizontale und im Bereich der Auslaufwalze (17) angeordnete Schwenkachse (25) zugeordnet, um die Obersieb-Baugruppe vom Untersieb abzuheben. - Doppelsiebformer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzliche Schwenkachse (25) erst nach einer Vergrößerung des Keilwinkels (k) wirksam wird.
- Doppelsiebformer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Trageinrichtung (22) beim Abheben der Obersieb-Baugruppe (20) vom Untersieb (11) aus dem Lager der Betriebs-Schwenkachse (24) abhebt.
- Doppelsiebformer nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trageinrichtung (22) während des Formerbetriebes aus dem Lager der zusätzlichen Schwenkachse (25) abgehoben ist (Figuren 1A bis 1C und 3).
- Doppelsiebformer nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende der Doppelsiebzone in der Schlaufe des Untersiebes (11), wie an sich bekannt, ein Trennsauger (15) angeordnet ist, wobei vorzugsweise dessen Sieblauffläche konvex nach oben gekrümmt ist.
- Doppelsiebformer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trennsauger an der Obersieb-Baugruppe befestigt ist (Figur 3).
- Doppelsiebformer nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale (siehe Figuren 2A bis 2C):a) die Trageinrichtung ist in eine schwenkbare Einlaufsektion (22a) und in eine schwenkbare Auslaufsektion (22b) unterteilt;b) die beiden Sektionen sind mittels eines Gelenks (30) aneinander gekoppelt;c) während des Formerbetriebes ist die Einlaufsektion (22a) auf der Betriebschwenkachse (24a) abgestützt, welche ungefähr parallel zur Sieblaufrichtung verlagerbar ist;d) die Auslaufsektion (22b) ist dauernd an der zusätzlichen, ortsfesten Schwenkachse (25a) abgestützt;e) zwischen den beiden Sektionen ist ein Spalt (31) vorgesehen, der mittels eines Anschlages nach einer Vergrößerung des Keilwinkels (k) überbrückbar ist, zwecks Abhebens der Obersieb-Baugruppe vom Untersieb, wobei sich die Trageinrichtung (22a) aus dem Lager der Betriebsschwenkachse (24a) abhebt.
- Doppelsiebformer nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gelenk (30) wenigstens angenähert in der Winkelhalbierenden (39) zwischen den benachbarten Laufwegen des Obersiebes (12) liegt.
- Doppelsiebformer nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale (siehe Figur 4):a) die Trageinrichtung ist in eine schwenkbare Einlaufsektion (22c) und in eine starre Auslaufsektion (22a) unterteilt;b) die beiden Sektionen sind mittels Laschen aneinander gekoppelt, die während des Formerbetriebes auf starren Stützen (34) ruhen;c) die Einlaufsektion (22c) ist mittels der Betriebs-Schwenkachse (24c) schwenkbar in den Laschen (33) gelagert, so daß der genannte Keilwinkel (k) variierbar ist;d) die Laschen (33) sind mittels der zusätzlichen Schwenkachse (25c) in der starren Auslaufsektion (22d) schwenkbar gelagert;e) die schwenkbare Einlaufsektion (22c) ist nach einer Vergrößerung des Keilwinkels (k) mittels eines Anschlages starr an die Laschen (33) kuppelbar, wonach die Obersiebbaugruppe durch Schwenken um die zusätzliche Schwenkachse (25c) vom Untersieb (11) abhebbar ist.
- Doppelsiebformer nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betriebs-Schwenkachse (24) im Bereich der Stelle liegt, wo die Siebe vom Entwässerungskasten (19) ablaufen.
- Doppelsiebformer nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betriebs-Schwenkachse (8) in der Sieblauffläche der letzten Leiste (21) des Entwässerungskastens (19) liegt (Figur 2B).
- Doppelsiebformer nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:a) die Betriebs-Schwenkachse (40) ist die einzige Schwenkachse für die Obersieb-Baugruppe und liegt im Bereich zwischen Entwässerungskasten (19) und Ablaufwalze (17);b) die genannte Hubeinrichtung (23), welche an der Trageinrichtung (22) angreift, ist die einzige Hubeinrichtung, um sowohl den genannten Keilwinkel (k) zu variieren als auch die Obersieb-Baugruppe (20) vom Untersieb (11) abzuheben ( Figur 5);
- Doppelsiebformer nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betriebs-Schwenkachse (40) im Bereich zwischen Trennsauger (15) und Ablaufwalze (17) liegt.
- Doppelsiebformer nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er auf Schlitten (9a) ruht, die relativ zum Maschinengestell (9b) verschiebbar sind, z.B. parallel zur Bahnlaufrichtung und/oder quer dazu (Figur 2B).
- Doppelsiebformer nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 oder nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trageinrichtung (22) zwei Längsträger aufweist, die in Maschinenquerrichtung miteinander nur durch den Entwässerungskasten (19) verbunden sind.
