Claims (39)
- Verfahren zum automatischen Zuführen einer Druckplatte (1) zum Plattenzylinder (2) einer Druckmaschine (3), wobei die Druckplattenvorderkante (4) in eine Vorderkantenspanneinrichtung (5) eingefügt und eingespannt wird und der Plattenzylinder (2) die Druckplatte (1) durch Vorwärtsdrehung (6) aufwickelt, wobei die zuzuführende Druckplatte (1) bei ihrer Bereitstellung mit ihrer Vorderkante (4) derart am Plattenzylinder (2) positioniert wird, daß die Vorderkante (4) durch eine Rückwärtsdrehung (7) des Plattenzylinders (2) von der Vorderkantenspanneinrichtung (5) aufgenommen wird und daß dann die Vorderkantenspanneinrichtung (5) schließt.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit einem Einzugsschacht (9) zum Einlegen einer Druckplatte (1) sowie einem Plattenzylinder (2) mit einer automatisch betätigbaren Vorderkantenspanneinrichtung (5), wobei der Einzugsschacht (9) derart am Plattenzylinder (2) positionierbar ist, daß die eingelegte Druckplatte (1) durch Rückwärtsdrehen (7) des Plattenzylinders (2) mit ihrer Vorderkante (4) in die Vorderkantenspanneinrichtung (5) einfügbar ist, und wobei eine derart ausgebildete Steuerung vorgesehen ist, die diese Rückwärtsdrehung (7) des Plattenzylinders (1) nach Einfügung der Vorderkante in die Vorderkantenspanneinrichtung (5) stoppt, die Vorderkantenspanneinrichtung (5) schließt und dann eine Vorwärtsdrehung (6) des Plattenzylinders (2) zum Aufwickeln der Druckplatte (1) bewirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Einzugsschacht (9) in seiner Einzugsposition mit seinem unteren Ende in einer Tangentialebene zum Bewegungskreis der Vorderkantenspanneinrichtung (5) befindet, die sich ausgehend vom Spannbereich schräg nach oben erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einzugsschacht (9) Haltemittel (10, 10', 10") zum Halten einer eingelegten Druckplatte (1) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltemittel (10) mindestens ein Hubsauger (10') ist, der aus dem Einlegeweg für die Druckplatte (1) zurückziehbar und zum Halten der Druckplatte (1) in den Einzugsschacht (9) hineinbewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einzugsschacht (9) Positioniermittel für die Druckplatten (1) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei den Positioniermitteln um zwei Positionierstifte (11) handelt, die für den Eingriff in zwei beabstandete Ausnehmungen einer Druckplatte (1) bestimmt und am unteren Ende des Einzugsschachts (9) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionierstifte (11) aus ihrer Eingriffsposition wegbewegbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einzugsschacht (9) von der Einzugsposition in eine Ruheposition bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einzugsschacht (9) aus einem im wesentlichen senkrechten oberen Bereich (12) und einem unteren Bereich (13) besteht, der zur Einfügung der Druckplatte (1) von der im wesentlichen senkrechten Position zum Plattenzylinder (2) hin schwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einzugsschacht (9) an seiner unteren Begrenzung über seine gesamte Breite verteilt Rollen (14) zur Führung der Druckplatten (1) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einzugsschacht (9) zur Führung der Druckplatten (1) mit Sicken (15), die mit Gleitmitteln belegt sind, ausgestattet ist, welche sich entlang des Wegs der Druckplatten (1) erstrecken. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einzugsschacht (9) auf seiner gesamten Gleitfläche Rollenführungen zur Führung der Druckplatten (1) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einzugsschacht (9) mit Bremsvorrichtungen (16) ausgestattet ist, die einen Fall einer Druckplatte (1) im Einzugsschacht (9) mindestens so stark bremsen, daß eine Beschädigung ausgeschlossen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremsvorrichtungen (16) Bürsten sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Positionierstifte (11) federnde Führungselemente (17) angeordnet sind, die eine Druckplatte (1) in den Wirkbereich der Positionierstifte (11) drücken. - Verfahren zum automatischen Entfernen einer Druckplatte (1) vom Plattenzylinder (2) einer Druckmaschine (3), wobei eine Hinterkantenspanneinrichtung (19) öffnet und der Plattenzylinder (2) durch eine Rückwärtsdrehung (7) die Druckplatte (1) abwickelt und dabei in Richtung einer Entnahmeposition (8) schiebt,
wobei der Plattenzylinder (2) die Druckplatte (1) durch die Rückwärtsdrehung (7) so weit in Richtung der Entnahmeposition (8) schiebt und die Entnahmeposition (8) sich zum Plattenzylinder (2) in einer derartigen Lage und Ausrichtung befindet, daß die Plattenvorderkante (4) sich beim Öffnen der Vorderkantenspanneinrichtung (5) und einer Vorwärtsdrehung (6) des Plattenzylinders (2) von diesem entfernt und in die Entnahmeposition (8) bewegt. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach Anspruch 17 mit einem Auszugsschacht (18) sowie einem Plattenzylinder (2) mit einer automatisch betätigbaren Vorderkanten- (5) und Hinterkantenspanneinrichtung (19) sowie einer Steuerung, die zum Entfernen einer Druckplatte (1) die Hinterkantenspanneinrichtung (19) öffnet und die Druckplattenhinterkante (20) durch Rückwärtsdrehung (7) des Plattenzylinders (2) in den Auszugsschacht (18) schiebt,
wobei der Auszugsschacht (18) Haltemittel (21) aufweist, die eine Rückwärtsbewegung der Druckplatte (1) entgegen der Schieberichtung verhindern, und die Steuerung derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie die Rückwärtsdrehung (7) des Plattenzylinders (2) fortsetzt, bis sich durch das Öffnen der Vorderkantenspanneinrichtung (5) und ein Vorwärtsdrehen (6) des Plattenzylinders (2) sowie aufgrund der Lage und Anordnung des Auszugsschachts (18) mit einem in Richtung des Plattenzylinders (2) weisenden Ende des Auszugsschachts (18) die Druckplattenvorderkante (4) auf diesem Ende ablegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende des Auszugsschachts (18) eine Auffangplatte (22) angeordnet ist und daß sich in der Position für die Entfernung einer Druckplatte (1") die Auffangplatte (22) in einer Ebene befindet, die sich unterhalb einer Tangentialebene zum Plattenzylinder (2) erstreckt, die ausgehend von den Ausspannpositionen der Vorder- (5) und der Hinterkantenspanneinrichtung (19) schräg nach oben verläuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18 oder 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auszugsschacht (18) von der Auszugsposition in eine Ruheposition bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auszugsschacht (18) aus einem im wesentlichen senkrechten oberen Bereich (23) und einem unteren Bereich (24) besteht, der zur Entfernung einer Druckplatte (1) von einer im wesentlichen senkrechten Position zum Plattenzylinder (2) hin schwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den oberen und unteren Bereichen (23, 24) Leitelemente (25) zur Führung der Druckplatte (1) im Übergangsbereich angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltemittel (10) mindestens ein Klemmhebel (10") ist, der bei einer Bewegung der Druckplatte (1") entgegen der Einschiebrichtung in seine Klemmposition geht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Auffangplatte (22) ein Sensor (26) angeordnet ist, der erfaßt, ob nach einer Öffnung der Hinterkantenspanneinrichtung (19) die Ablage der Druckplattenhinterkante (20) erfolgt, wobei das Signal zur Unterbrechung des Vorgangs und zur Fehleranzeige an die Steuerung gegeben wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im oberen Bereich (23) des Auszugsschachts (18) ein Sensor (27) angeordnet ist, der erfaßt, ob eine Druckplatte (1") die vorgegebene Entnahmeposition (8) erreicht hat. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Signal zur Unterbrechung des Vorgangs und zur Fehleranzeige an die Steuerung gegeben wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (27) vor jedem Wechselvorgang von der Steuerung abgefragt wird, ob sich im Auszugsschacht (18) noch eine Druckplatte (1) befindet und erst nach deren Entnahme die Vorrichtung für die Entfernung einer Druckplatte vom Plattenzylinder (2) freigegeben wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auszugsschacht (18) zur Führung der Druckplatten (1") mit Sicken (15), die mit Gleitmitteln belegt sind, ausgestattet ist, welche sich entlang des Wegs der Druckplatten (1") erstrecken. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auszugsschacht (18) über seine Gleitfläche verteilt Rollenführungen zur Führung der Druckplatten (1") aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 16 und einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 18 bis 29 zur Durchführung der Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einzugsschacht (9) und der Auszugsschacht (18) zu einem Wechselsystem (28) zusammengefaßt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einzugsschacht (9) und der Auszugsschacht (18) obere (12, 23) und untere Bereiche (13,24) aufweisen, wobei die letzteren gemeinsam verschwenkbar sind und durch mindestens einen 3-Stellungszylinder (29) in eine Einzugsposition, eine Auszugsposition und eine Ruheposition verbringbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 31,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Gelenk (31) für die Schwenkung auf der Druckwerkseite zwischen den oberen (12, 23) und den unteren Bereichen (13, 24) befindet und sich der mindestens eine 3-Stellungszylinder (29) an der gegenüberliegenden Seite befindet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 32,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an der Seite des Wechselsystems (28), an der der mindestens eine 3-Stellungszylinders (29) angeordnet ist, ein Halter (32) befindet, der ein Schwenken der unteren Bereiche (13, 24) infolge eines Energieausfalls des 3-Stellungszylinders (29) verhindert. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 31 bis 33,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auffangplatte (22) mittels eines federbelasteten Scharniers mit Anschlag (30) an den unteren Bereich (24) des Auszugsschachts (18) angelenkt ist und daß ein weiterer Anschlag (47) die Auffangplatte (22) in der Einzugsposition zur Vermeidung einer Kollision mit einem Plattenzylinder (2) wegschwenkt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 30 bis 34,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wechselsystem (28) mittels zweier beidseitig angeordneter Seilzüge (33) mit Umlenkrollen (34) und Gegengewichten (35) zur Freilegung des Druckwerks (3) nach oben verschiebbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 30 bis 35,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am unteren Ende des Wechselsystems (28) ein Gummituchhalter (36) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 30 bis 36,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die zusammengefügten und gemeinsam schwenkbaren unteren Bereiche (13, 24) durch Stützrollen auf den Schmitzringen des Plattenzylinders (2) abstützen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 16 oder 30 bis 37,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit der Andrückrolle (38) zum Aufbringen einer Druckplatte (1) zusammenwirkt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 37,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Andrückrolle (38) derart angeordnet ist, daß sich das hintere Ende einer Druckplatte (1) nach dem Öffnen der Hinterkantenspanneinrichtung (19) auch auf der Andrückrolle (38) ablegt und dann über die Auffangplatte (22) zum Auszugsschacht (18) geschoben wird.
