Claims (8)
- Handschreibgerät mit eingebautem Stempel und eingebautem Stempelkissen, wobei Stempel und Stempelkissen jeweils auf einem plattenförmigen Stempelträger (50) bzw. Stempelkissenträger (38) befestigt sind und sowohl Stempelträger als auch Stempelkissenträger an einem Lagerschaft (32) zwischen einer Ruhestellung parallel zum Lagerschaft und einer dazu senkrechten bzw. nahezu senkrechten Stempelstellung schwenkbar gelagert sind, mit einer in einem Gehäuse (12) angeordneten Schreibmine (10) und einer auf dem Gehäuse gleitend längsverschiebbaren und den Lagerschaft (32) mit dem in Ruhestellung befindlichen Stempelträger (50) und Stempelkissenträger (38) umfassenden Kappe (18), wobei Stempelträger (50) und Stempelkissenträger (38) durch je eine Feder (42,52) aus der Ruhestellung in die Stempelstellung belastet sind, von der in einer rückwärtigen Stellung befindlichen Kappe (18) in der Ruhestellung gehalten sind, bei Verschieben der Kappe (18) in eine vordere Stellung selbsttätig in die Stempelstellung ausklappen und bei Verschieben der Kappe (18) in die rückwärtige Stellung durch die Kappe in die Ruhestellung geklappt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (18) nahe ihrem rückwärtigen offenen Ende (54) wenigstens einen axialen Vorsprung (60) aufweist, der in eine axiale Vertiefung (58) in einem die Kappe (18) rückwärts verschließenden Querstück (46) des Stempelkissenträgers (38) eingreift, wenn sich die Kappe (18) in ihrer rückwärtigen Stellung befindet.
- Handschreibgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Querstück (46) eine schräge äußere Abschlußfläche (48) aufweist.
- Handschreibgerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens das Gehäuse (12), die Kappe (18), der Lagerschaft (32), der Stempelträger (50) und der Stempelkissenträger (38) mit Querstück (46), die Schreibspitze (14) und der Clip (82) aus Kunststoff bestehen.
- Handschreibgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Kunststoff Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol (ABS) verwendet ist.
- Handschreibgerät nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempelträger (50) und gegebenenfalls die ihn lagernden und betätigenden Teile aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff bestehen.
- Handschreibgerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenseite der Kappe (18) ein aufschiebbarer und auswechselbarer Clip (82) angebracht ist.
- Handschreibgerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rückwärtige Ende des Lagerschaftes (32) als Gabel ausgebildet ist, zwischen deren Gabelzinken (64) ein Ansatz (70) des Stempelträgers (50) kippbar gelagert ist.
- Handschreibgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Innenseite eines Gabelzinkens (64) ein Zapfen (72) angeordnet ist, auf welchem eine den Stempelträger (50) in seine Stempelstellung belastende Schenkelfeder (52) gelagert ist.
