Claims (7)
- Falle (1) für Schlösser von Türen, insbesondere für Schlösser von Feuerschutztüren, die in Ausfahrrichtung unter Federbelastung steht und die beim Schließen der Tür/Feuerschutztür mit einer Fallenschräge (5) entgegen der Federkraft auf das Schließblech (20) auftrifft und nach dem Schließen der Tür/Feuerschutztür in die Fallenlochung (4) des Schließblechs (20) federbelastet einrastet, wobei die Falle (1) aus einem einstückigen metallischen Innenkörper (7) besteht, der sich in Verschlußstellung (3) bis in die Fallenlochung (4) hineinerstreckt, und der am Fallenkopf (40) auf Vorderseite (11) und Rückseite (12) sowie um die Spitze (22) herum von Kunststoff (8) überzogen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß1.0 der Innenkörper von lediglich blechartiger Dicke (9) ist sowie mit Halteausformungen (10) für den Kunststoffüberzug (8) versehen ist,1.1 und daß der Kunststoffüberzug (8) die Kontur des Fallenkopfes (40) bildend um den Innenkörper (7) herum angespritzt ist, wobei1.2 die Rückseite (12) des Innenkörpers (7) bis zu lediglich 1 mm, vorzugsweise weniger als 0,5 mm, mit Kunststoff (8) überzogen ist, während die Vorderseite (11) des Innenkörpers (7) von einem entsprechend konturierten Kunststoffüberzug zur Außenkontur des Fallenkopfes mit Fallenschräge (5) ergänzt ist.
- Falle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenkörper ein Stanzteil aus Blech mit eingeprägten Halteausformungen (10) ist.
- Falle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoffüberzug (8) um die Vorderseite (11) und Rückseite (12) des Innenkörpers (7) jeweils nur partiell einhüllend herumgezogen ist, und daß die Schließeigenschaften der Falle (1) von rückwärtigen Anlagezonen des Innenkörpers bestimmt werden.
- Falle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückseite (12) im Bereich der Sperrfläche (6) zumindest einen zur Spitze (22) der Falle (1) auslaufenden Steg (21) aufweist, der frei von Kunststoffüberzug (8) ist und der in der Fallenlochung des Schließblechs zur Anlage kommt.
- Falle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg von der Rückseite einer Sperrflächensicke gebildet wird.
- Falle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß praktisch nur der Fallenkopf (40) von Kunststoff (8) überzogen ist und daß die innerhalb des Schloßkastens (17) befindlichen Fallenabschnitte (15), soweit sie getrieblich beanspruchte Bereiche (16) der Falle (1) darstellen, von der Oberfläche des metallischen Innenkörpers (7) gebildet werden.
- Falle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenkörper (7) im Bereich des Fallenkopfes (40) Verbindungslöcher (33) für den Kunststoffüberzug (8) aufweist.
