Definitions
- the invention relates to a dirt disposal device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the Dirt outlet opening also as a suction opening for one in the Air flow entering the opening roller housing.
- This air flow directed at the opening roller holds the fibers, which is relatively large in relation to its low mass have specific surface, quasi as pneumatic Guide firmly on the opening roller.
- the dirt particles that due to their larger mass, a significantly higher kinetic Have energy, on the other hand, overcome this air flow, are thrown away tangentially and reach the below the dirt outlet opening Dirt conveyor.
- the dirt conveyor belt transports the then separated particles into one suction device arranged on the machine end where they to be disposed of.
- Such mechanical dirt disposal devices of open-end rotor spinning machines usually consist, as already indicated above, of an upwardly open guide channel running beneath the spinning aggregates, in which a dirt conveyor belt is guided. In the area of the spinning stations, the guide channel is covered by a covering device of the spinning units.
- a disadvantage of such training is that at the dirt outlet openings of the spinning units excreted mass particles, especially the light ones Dirt components, often behind these so-called covers collect what is not recognized from the outside and during the Spinning can also not be eliminated.
- the spinning units have therefore already been proposed to be modified in such a way that on the usual tops completely is waived or that the tops are shortened so far, that the area of the dirt outlet openings of the Sliver opening devices of the spinning units are freely visible and are to be cleaned from the outside.
- Such spinning units with a freely accessible Dirt outlet area and an associated one automatic operating runner arranged cleaning device are described in the post-published P 195 29 654.0.
- an open-end spinning machine is also known, whose pneumatic dirt disposal device has a machine-long, essentially closed extraction duct.
- the draw-off channel has suction bores on its upper side, which are closed by a circumferential sealing tape into which control bores are inserted.
- Such a device leads to discontinuous, generally unsatisfactory dirt disposal.
- This known device has an open guide channel guided, all-round dirt removal belt for disposal coarse dirt and one below the Dirt conveyor belt arranged suction channel for the fine Dirt components.
- the suction channel has its surface has a continuous slot through it Dirt conveyor belt is sealed. This one too
- the facility has control holes in the dirt conveyor belt arranged so that, as in the device according to CH-PS 547 873 the sliver opening devices of the individual spinning stations be supplied with suction air one after the other.
- the Invention based on the task Dirt disposal device for OE spinning machines with one Large number of spinning stations arranged side by side improve.
- a Dirt disposal device with an essentially closed guide channel has the advantage that mechanical dirt conveyor belt at the same time and continuously both the coarse and the fine Dirt components can be disposed of reliably. Doing so through that in the guide channel during the spinning process continuously circulating dirt conveyor belt within the Air flow in the direction of transport of the upper run of the dirt conveyor belt. This within the The leading air flow leads in the area of the Dirt openings for an injector effect. This means, there is always one in the area of the dirt passage openings slight suction flow directed into the guide channel. This Suction flow reliably prevents that from the Sliver released fine dirt components in the area of Dirt outlet openings of the sliver opening device and / or in the area of the dirt passage openings Fix the waste disposal device and flakes there can form.
- Such an air and dirt control device which preferably in the area of the rear edge of the dirt passage opening is arranged (claim 6), consists of a forward inclined baffle that forms the back part and two lateral side parts arranged orthogonally to the baffle (Claim 7).
- the guiding channel itself consists in an advantageous embodiment, as set out in claim 2, from U-shaped base profile parts, whose open profile sides by detachably arranged components are lockable.
- the guide channel components are preferably d. H. the base profile parts and the closure elements as Sheet metal parts made (claim 8), since such Sheet metal parts can be manufactured inexpensively. Sheet metal parts are also characterized by a relatively high Stiffness.
- the base profile parts of the guide channel so manufactured and arranged so that they face forward pivotable closure element are closable.
- the means the guide channel is when the closure element is folded down, d. H. in the open state, along its entire length and Full height accessible from the front. If necessary, is consequently easy maintenance or repair of both the upper run also the lower run of the dirt disposal facility possible.
- FIG 1 is a half of a known open-end spinning machine indicated and designated by the reference number 1.
- Such spinning machines have a variety of Workplaces 2, each with a spinning unit 3 and a winding device 4 are equipped.
- the Spinning units 3 is the one placed in spinning cans 5 Sliver 6 spun into threads 7, which are then on the Winding devices 4 wound into cross-wound bobbins 8 and 8 ' become.
- the winding devices 4 are with a Coil frame 9 for rotatably holding an empty tube or one Cross-wound bobbin 8 and a winding drum 11 for driving the Cross-wound bobbin equipped.
- the spinning units 3 known per se have below them Sliver opening device 10 a mechanical Dirt disposal device 21.
- the open-end spinning machine 1 also has a rotating one Sleeve and coil transport device 12 for the supply and Dispose of the spinning machine with empty tubes or cross-wound bobbins.
- a service facility e.g. B. an operator runner 16 arranged.
- the drive of this operating runner 16 has rollers 18 or a support wheel 19.
- Such an operator 16 constantly patrol along the open-end spinning machine 1 and intervene independently if at one of the workplaces 2 there is a need for action.
- Such a need for action lies For example, before when a 2 at a job Thread breakage has occurred or if one of the Work a cheese on their prescribed Has reached diameter and exchanged for an empty sleeve must become.
- the operator 16 runs to the concerned spinning position, positions itself there and visits a thread break with its (not shown) thread search nozzle the cracked one on the peripheral surface of the package 8 lying thread end. After cleaning the spinning unit, it will Thread end in the spinning unit to a fiber ring running there newly spun.
- FIG. 2 is a spinning unit 3 with an associated Sliver opening device 10 and one Dirt disposal device 21 on a larger scale shown.
- the spinning units 3 have one in detail Spinning element 23, which in the sliver opening device 10 isolated fibers spun into a thread 7, d. that is, in one via a suction line 27 to a (not shown) Vacuum source connected rotor housing 22 runs Spinning rotor 23 um, with its rotor shaft 28 in the wedge gap two pairs of support disks 25 is mounted.
- the rotor shaft 28 is, as usual, from the lower run of a tangential belt 24, which is started by a pressure roller 29, acted upon.
- the Channel plate 31 has a centrally arranged that Channel plate 31 on the projection 32 projecting forward.
- a thread take-off nozzle 33 and the Mouth area of a fiber guide channel 34 is arranged.
- the sliver opening device 10 consists in detail of a sliver feed roller 35, which has an end arranged worm wheel 36 with a worm 37 one in Machine shaft connected drive shaft 38 combs and can be switched on via an electric clutch 39 as well as an opening roller 40, which is in an opening roller housing 41 circulates.
