L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés aminoacides de la formule générale (I): R?1-R11-A1¿-B, et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, formule dans laquelle le groupe B représente -A2-NR2R3 ou bien R?5, R1, A1, A2, R2, R3, R5 et R11¿ ayant les notations indiquées dans la description. L'invention concerne également la production et l'utilisation de ces nouveaux composés qui sont de précieux antagonistes de la neurokinine (tachykinine).
