Description
Claims (21)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Tragelementen (1) aus Schalenkörpern (12), vorzugsweise aus keramischem Material gebildeten Schalenkörpern (12), die auf einer Arbeitsfläche (2) hintereinander unter Bildung einer Mehrzahl von nebeneinander liegenden, jeweils mindestens einen durchgehenden Hohlraum (14) aufweisenden Strängen (13) bis zum Erreichen einer vorbestimmten Länge der Stränge (13) angeordnet werden, wobei anschließend in mindestens einen Hohlraum (14) jedes Stranges (13) eine Armierung (16) eingelegt wird, die mit den Armierungen versehenen Hohlräume (14) mit Beton (17) ausgegossen werden und nach dem Erhärten des Betons (17) von den Strängen (13) Tragkörper (1) vorbestimmter Länge abgelängt werden, wobei das Anordnen der Schalenkörper (12) auf der Arbeitsfläche (2) von einer ortsfesten Aufgabestation (11) aus durchgeführt wird und die Arbeitsfläche (2) durch die Aufgabestation (11) unter Mitnahme der dort aufgebrachten Schalenkörper (12) bewegt wird und zwei oder mehrere bewegbare Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) zueinander parallel und nebeneinanderliegend angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufgabestation (11) eine Aufgabeeinrichtung aufweist, die von einer der Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) nach dem Anordnen der Schalenkörper (12) auf derselben zu einer weiteren Arbeitsfläche (2, 2', 2", ...) zwecks Auflegens von Schalenkörpern auf der weiteren Arbeitsfläche bewegt wird, und daß weiters das Ablängen der Formkörper (1) von den Strängen (13) an einer ortsfesten Ablängstation (18) durchgeführt wird, wobei die Stränge (13) mit Hilfe der Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) zur Ablängstation (18) bewegt werden und die Ablängstation (18) eine Ablängeinrichtung (21) aufweist, die von Arbeitsfläche (2, 2', 2", ...) zu Arbeitsfläche bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) unmittelbar vor dem Anordnen der Schalenkörper (12) aus Teilarbeitsflächen (3) zusammengesetzt werden und die unmittelbar aneinander anschließenden Teilarbeitsflächen (3) gemeinsam bewegt werden, wobei die jeweils zuletzt angefügte Teilarbeitsfläche (3) durch die Aufgabestation (11) bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) kontinuierlich durch die ortsfeste Aufgabestation (11) bewegbar sind.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufgabestation (11) kontinuierlich mit Schalenkörpern (12) beschickt wird, die auf die Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) von oben und in Längsrichtung der Stränge (13) aufgeschoben werden.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) im Bereich der Ablängstation (18) in Teilarbeitsflächen (3) unterteilt werden.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalenkörper (12) mindestens eines Stranges (13) in zueinander fluchtende Lage mittels mindestens eines sich mit den Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) mitbewegenden Führungselementes (35) ausgerichtet werden.
- Anlage zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, mit zwei oder mehreren parallel und nebeneinanderliegenden, sich über eine vorbestimmte Länge erstreckenden Arbeitsflächen (2), einer ortsfesten Aufgabestation (11) für die Schalenkörper (12), einer Gießeinrichtung zum Ausgießen derselben mit Beton und einer ortsfesten Ablängstation (18), wobei die Arbeitsflächen (2) entlang der Aufgabestation (11) vorbeibewegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufgabestation (11) eine Aufgabeeinrichtung für die Schalenkörper (12) aufweist, die von Arbeitsfläche (2, 2', 2", ...) zu Arbeitsfläche (2, 2', 2", ...) bringbar ist, und daß die Ablängstation (18) eine Ablängeinrichtung (21) aufweist, die von Arbeitsfläche (2, 2', 2", ...) zu Arbeitsfläche (2, 2', 2", ...) bewegbar ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) von hintereinander anzuordnenden Paletten (3) bildbar sind, wobei die die Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) bildenden Paletten (3) entlang von Führungen (4) an der ortsfesten Aufgabestation (11) vorbeibewegbar sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Aufgabestation (11) ein Palettenstapel (6) in Position bringbar ist, von dem jeweils die oberste Palette (3) entnehmbar und entlang der Führungen (4) unter Anschluß an die vorher entnommene Palette (3) unter Bildung einer ebenen Arbeitsfläche (2) verbringbar ist.
- Anlage nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Paletten (3) im Bereich der Ablängstation (18) an einer Stapelstation (19) stapelbar sind, wobei die jeweils letzte die Arbeitsfläche (2) bildende Palette (3) an der Stapelstation (19) in Stellung bringbar und absenkbar ist, worauf die nächstfolgende Palette (3) über der vorher abgesenkten Palette (3) in Stellung bringbar und ebenfalls absenkbar ist, und daß die nebeneinander liegenden, von den hintereinander angeordneten, ausgegossenen und zusammenhängend erhärteten Schalenkörpern (12) gebildeten Stränge (13) über die Stapelstation (19) der Paletten (3) hinaus förderbar sind und die Ablängstation (18) in Förderrichtung der Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) hinter der Stapelstation (19) angeordnet ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß fluchtend zu den Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) eine der Stapelstation (19) nachfolgende Führungseinrichtung (23) für die Stränge (13) bzw. von den Strängen (13) abgelängten Tragelementen (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Anlage nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Förderung der Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...), der Paletten (3) und/oder zur Förderung der Stränge (13) Förderrollen bzw. Förderwalzen (9, 20) vorgesehen sind, die gegebenenfalls reversibel antreibbar sind.
- Anlage nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Förderung der Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) ein Seiltrieb vorgesehen ist, vorzugsweise ein Endlos-Seiltrieb.
- Anlage nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufgabestation (11) von der Ablängstation (18) in einem Abstand angeordnet ist, der der vorbestimmten Länge der Stränge (13) entspricht.
- Anlage nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufgabestation (11) und die Ablängstation (18) unmittelbar benachbart angeordnet sind, vorzugsweise voneinander - in Längsrichtung der Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) - durch die Paletten-Stapelstation (19) getrennt angeordnet sind.
- Anlage nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) mit mindestens einem mit einem Schalenkörper (12) in Kontakt gelangenden Führungselement (35) versehen sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils mindestens ein Führungselement (35) an jedem Seitenrand (34) der Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) vorgesehen ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (35) als sich in Bewegungsrichtung der Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) erstreckende Führungsleiste (36) ausgebildet ist (Fig. 9 und 10).
- Anlage nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Führungselemente (35) als über die Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) vorragende Erhebungen (37) ausgebildet sind, die jeweils nur mit einem einzelnen Schalenkörper (12) in Kontakt gelangen (Fig. 11).
- Anlage nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsflächen (2, 2', 2", ...) von einem Endlosband (32), insbesondere einem Endlosplattenband (33), gebildet sind und Führungselemente (35) im Abstand voneinander hintereinander angeordnet sind (Fig. 11 und 12).
- Anlage nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (35) mit der jeweiligen Arbeitsfläche (2) integral ausgebildet ist.
