- Der Trägerkern wird in zwei Auflegelager 7, 8 eingelegt.
- Figur 3:
- Der Trägerkern wird mit einem Gegenlager 9 auf der linken Seite festgespannt.
- Figur 4:
- Zur Entlastung wird ein Abstützarm 10 gegen den Trägerkern gefahren.
- Figur 5:
- Das rechte Auflegelager 8 wird abgesenkt. Gehalten durch das Gegenlager 9 auf der linken Seite und den Abstützarm 10 ist der Trägerkern nun nach rechts hin frei.
- Figur 6:
- Die Hülse wird nun mit Handkraft aufgeschoben.
- Figur 7:
- Das rechte Auflegelager 8 fährt gegen den Trägerkern. Der linke Abstützarm 10 fährt ab.
- Figur 8:
- Der rechte Schubadapter drückt nun die Hülse mit definierter Kraft in ihre Endstellung.

Claims (1)
- Verfahren zum Aufziehen einer Hülse für eine Tiefdruck- oder Flexodruckwalze, bestehend aus einer Grundhülse aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff und weiteren darauf aufgebrachten Schichten auf einen Trägerkern,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Trägerkern in zwei Auflegelager (7, 8) eingelegt wird,daß der Trägerkern mit einem Gegenlager (9) auf der linken Seite festgespannt wird,daß zur Entlastung ein Abstützarm (10) gegen den Trägerkern gefahren wird,daß das rechte Auflegelager (8) abgesenkt wird und gehalten durch das Gegenlager (9) auf der linken Seite und den Abstützarm (10) der Trägerkern nun nach rechts hin frei ist,daß die Hülse nun mit Handkraft aufgeschoben wird,daß das rechte Auflegelager (8) gegen den Trägerkern fährt und der linke Abstützarm (10) abfährt,daß der rechte Schubadapter (11) nun die Hülse mit definierter Kraft in ihre Endstellung führt unddaß der Trägerkern mit aufmontierter Hülse entnommen wird.
