Claims (24)
- Vorrichtung zum Befestigen eines Gestells an dem Profil eines verlegten Schienenprofilstranges, die am Unterteil des Schienenprofils (SP) eine den Unterflansch (2) des Schienenprofils untergreifende und an diesem verriegelbare Halterung (1; 100; 300) zur leicht herstellbaren und leicht lösbaren Befestigung eines - bezogen auf die Gebrauchslage - vom Unterflansch (2) seitwärts gerichteten, insbesondere im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufenden Trägers (19) für das Gestell (20) aufweist, wobei die verriegelbare Halterung (1; 100; 300) eine Klemmeinheit (12; 112; 312) und eine der Klemmeinheit (12; 112; 312) gegenüberliegende Nase (13; 113; 313) vorsieht und bei der ein Schuh (9; 109; 309), der zur Aufnahme des Unterflansches (2) des Schienenprofils (SP) vorgesehen ist, die Klemmeinheit (12; 12; 312) und die Nase (13; 113; 313) miteinander verbindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinheit (12; 112) einen drehbar gelagerten Riegel (3; 103; 403) umfaßt, der in der Gebrauchslage an dem Unterflansch (2) anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (403) zwei Drehachsen (416; 416'), zwei unterschiedliche Kurvenbahnen (404; 404') und zwei Haken (422; 422') umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachsen (416, 416') so angeordnet sind, daß in Gebrauchslage immer ein Drehmoment um eine der Drehachsen (416 bzw. 416') erzeugt wird, um eine Klemmung zu bewirken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinheit (12; 112) neben dem Riegel (3; 103; 403) einen Lagerbock (11; 111) umfaßt, der zwei zueinander fluchtende Lagerstellen (17a, 17b; 18a, 18b; 117a, 117b; 118a, 118b) umfaßt, die zur Aufnahme einer Drehachse (16, 116; 416; 416') vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Befestigen eines Gestells an dem Profil eines verlegten Schienenprofilstranges, die am Unterteil des Schienenprofils (SP) eine den Unterflansch des Schienenprofils (2) untergreifende und an diesem verriegelbare Halterung (1; 100; 300) zur leicht herstellbaren und leicht lösbaren Befestigung eines - bezogen auf die Gebrauchslage - vom Unterflansch (2) seitwärts gerichteten, insbesondere im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufenden Trägers (19) für das Gestell (20) aufweist,wobei die verriegelbare Halterung (1; 100; 300) eine Klemmeinheit (12; 112; 312) und eine der Klemmeinheit (12; 112; 312) gegenüberliegende Nase (13; 113; 313) vorsieht und bei der ein Schuh (9; 109; 309), der zur Aufnahme des Unterflansches (2) des Schienenprofils (SP) vorgesehen ist, die Klemmeinheit (12; 112; 312) und die Nase (13; 113; 313) miteinander verbindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinheit (312) eine Feder (314) umfaßt, die in montierter Lage mit ihrem einen Ende in zwei zueinander fluchtenden Lagerstellen (317a, 317b bzw. 318a, 318b) angeordnet ist und mit ihrem anderen Ende den Schuh (309) untergreift, wobei ein Teil der Feder (314) mit der Oberfläche (15) des Schienenprofils (SP) in Eingriff steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse (16; 116; 416; 416') mit dem Riegel (3; 103; 403) fest verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse (16; 116; 416; 416') beidseitig abgeflachte Lagerzapfen (21; 121; 421; 421') aufweist, die in den entsprechenden Lagerstellen (17a, 17b;18a, 18b; 117a, 117b;118a, 118b) in dem Lagerbock (11; 111) zur Einführung der Drehachse (16; 116; 416; 416') in die Lagerstellen dienen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (3; 103; 403) an seiner - bezogen auf die Gebrauchslage - vom Schienenprofil (SP) wegweisenden Seite gewichtsbelastet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (3; 103; 403) - bezogen auf seine Gebrauchslage - an der zum Schienenprofil (SP) hinweisenden Seite eine Kurvenbahn (4; 104; 404; 404') in Form eines Nockens aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurvenbahn (4; 104; 404; 404') des gewichtsbelasteten, drehbar gelagerten Riegels (3; 103; 403) so gestaltet ist, daß sich der Abstand vom Drehpunkt (16; 116; 416; 416') zum Stützpunkt am Schienenprofil (SP) bei Drehung des Riegels (3; 103; 403) ständig ändert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anordnung von mehreren Lagerstellen (17a, 17b;18a, 18b; 117a, 117b; 116a, 118b) hintereinander bei dem gleichen Riegel (3; 103; 403) zur Anpassung der Klemmeinheit (12; 112) an unterschiedliche Breiten des Unterflansches (2) des Schienenprofils (SP) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anordnung von mehreren Lagerstellen (317a, 317b; 318a, 318b) hintereinander bei der gleichen Feder (314) zur Anpassung der Klemmeinheit (312) an unterschiedliche Breiten des Unterflansches (2) des Schienenprofils (SP) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Halterung (1; 100; 300) eine Aufnahme (7; 107; 307) vorgesehen ist, in die der Träger (19) für das Gestell (20) unter Einwirkung seines Eigengewichts und unter Einwirkung des Eigengewichts des Gestells (20) einhängbar und durch Formschluß und/oder Kraftschluß gegen Verdrehen sicherbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (7; 107; 307) des Halters (1; 100; 300) so gestaltet ist, daß der Träger (19) in montierter Lage über einen mit dem Träger (19) verbundenen Nocken (8) an der Oberkante der Aufnahme (7; 107; 307) arretierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (1; 100; 300) federbelastet an dem Unterflansch (2) des Schienenprofils (SP) anbringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (3; 103; 403) federbelastet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die federnde Lagerung des Riegels (3; 403) eine doppelschenkelige Feder (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (14) in Gebrauchslage sich im Eingriff mit einem mit dem Riegel (3; 403) verbundenen und von diesem wegweisenden Haken (22; 422; 422'), mit dem Unterflansch (2) des Schienenprofils (SP) und der Unterseite des Schuhs (9) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (19) zur Aufnahme des Gestells (20) eine Aufnahmevorrichtung (24) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmevorrichtung (24) den aus einem Hohlprofil gestalteten Träger (19) und eine Spange (25) umfaßt, wobei das in den Träger (19) eingeführte Teil des Gestells (20) und der Träger (19) selbst von der Spange (25) durchdringbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den im Abstand entiang eines Schienenprofils (SP) angeordneten Halterungen (1; 100; 300) Sperreinrichtungen (26) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperreinrichtungen (26) jeweils an den von den Trägern (19) wegweisenden Enden der Gestelle (20) angeordnet sind, wobei die jeweils nächstliegenden Enden der Gestelle über ein Verbindungselement (27) verbindbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungse1ement (27) parallel zum Verlauf des Schienenprofils (SP) angeordnet ist und in seiner Länge variabel ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den jeweiligen freien Enden der Gestelle (20) gitterartige Zäune (28) anbringbar sind, die sich zwischen den jeweiligen Halterungen (1; 100; 300) im seitlichen Abstand zu dem Schienenprofil (SP) erstrecken.
