Description
Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Packung mit einem Trägerkörper aus flächigem Material, der innerhalb eines ebenen Bereichs mehrere durch Verformung dieses Materials hergestellte Vertiefungen zur Aufnahme des Packungsgutes insbesondere von Tabletten, Kapseln und dergleichen aufweist und der in diesem ebenen Bereich flächig mit einer Aluminium-Verschlußfolie verbunden ist, wobei als Trägerkörper (1) ein Stück einer Aluminiumfolie mit einer Dicke im Bereich von 0,05 bis 0,30 mm eingesetzt wird, welche an beiden Oberflächenseiten Kunststoffschichten aufweist, wobei der Aluminiumgehalt der Leerpackung mehr als 80 Gew.% beträgt und wobei die Vertiefungen (3) im Trägerkörper (1) durch Kaltverformungsverfahren unter Anwendung von Matrizen- und Patrizenwerkzeugen ausgebildet und zumindestens an ihrer konkaven Seite mit einer siegelfähigen Kunststoffschicht (2) versehen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das Kalverformungsverfahren unter Anwendung von Matrizen- und Patrizenwerkzeugen mit Kunststoff beschichtete Aluminiumfolien eingesetzt werden, deren matrizenseitige Beschichtungsoberfläche aus einer Kunststoffschicht in einer Dicke im Bereich von 0,0005 bis 0,020 mm und deren patrizenseitige Beschichtungsoberfläche aus einer heißsiegelfähigen Kunststoffschicht mit einer Dicke im Bereich 0,001 bis 0,030 mm besteht und daß die matrizenseitige Beschichtungsoberfläche der Aluminiumfolie einen nach British Standard (BS) 2782 gemessenen statischen und dynamischen Reibungskoeffizienten von höchstens 0,35 und/oder daß die patrizenseitige Beschichtungsoberfläche der Aluminiumfolie einen solchen von höchstens 0,45 haben (hat).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die matrizenseitige Beschichtungsoberfläche der Aluminiumfolie einen nach British Standard (BS) 2782 gemessenen statischen und dynamischen Reibungskoeffizienten von höchstens 0,30 aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die patrizenseitige Beschichtungsoberfläche der Aluminiumfolie einen nach British Standard (BS) 2782 gemessenen statischen und dynamischen Reibungskoeffizienten von höchstens 0,40 aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die matrizenseitige Kunststoffschicht eine dünne Schutzlackschicht ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die patrizenseitige, heißsiegelfähige Kunststoffschicht eine Dicke im Bereich von 0,003 bis 0,020 mm aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die patrizenseitige, heißsiegelfähige Kunststoffschicht eine Dicke im Bereich von 0,003 bis 0,012 mm aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Aluminiumgehalt in der Leerpackung von mehr als 90 Gew.% erzeugt wird.
