Abstract

改善冷成形性能的涂层铝箔 及用它制成的包装
                       技术领域
本发明涉及一种改善冷成形性能的涂层铝箔及使用这种铝箔制成的包装,特别是压坑包装或泡型罩包装。
                        技术现状
压坑包装或泡型罩包装通常包含一个平面材料的载体,在其一个平坦区域内通过这种材料的成形制出许多凹坑以便接纳包装物特别如药片、胶囊等,并且在该平坦区域内平贴地结合着一层铝密封箔。这种载体材料在很多情况下采用塑料薄膜例如PVC(聚氯乙烯)薄膜,其厚度在约0.2至0.3mm的范围内,在该薄膜上用热成形方法制出这些凹坑。通过在载体的一个凹坑的背面上加压,便可使这个凹坑变形而将包装的密封箔戳穿,或将密封箔揭开,这时便可取出包装在内的药片或胶囊。
为了延长使用期,现在有不少药品要求包装做到尽可能高的气密。但一般的压坑包装或泡型罩包装只能在有限的范围内做到这一点:气体或水蒸汽由于扩散能够通过载体壁进入。这种扩散的程度固然与载体所用塑料的种类有关,但用一个塑料载体是不能构成一道绝对气密的气体和蒸汽的屏障的。为了保证做到气密,近年来人们知道可用一种含铝复合薄膜通过冷成形来制成载体。从包装外面向里看,这种复合薄膜例如可由0.025mm的OPA(定向聚酰胺)、0.045mm的铝和0.060mm的PVC组成,其内含铝箔可保证气密,铝和塑料薄膜结合在一起可使载体的强度提高,而且正如人们所设想的,在冷成形过程中可以防止在铝箔上出现能够导致撕破的拉伸峰值。经验还肯定地指出,所述复合材料的冷成形能力显然比等值的正常铝箔高。但这种泡型罩包装用的载体有一个缺点是它们不符合现行的有关废物排放的规定,按照该规定,这种用完的空包装只有当它们含有同一的材料以重量计至少达90%时才允许作为一个整体废物排掉。而在上面给出的例子中,铝的含量才只57%左右。在另一方面,采用纯铝箔作为压坑包装或泡型罩包装的载体迄今为止在实践中还没有成功的经验。
本发明的任务首先是研制出具有较薄涂层的铝箔,该铝箔须有改善的冷成形性能并且特别适用于泡型罩包装,可以作为载体用的高气密性材料。
                         发明概述
按照本发明的涂层铝箔,上述任务是这样解决的,铝箔具有从0.05至0.3mm范围内的厚度,并且阴模侧的涂层表面具有一个按照英国标准(BS)2782测量的最高为0.35但最好最高为0.30的摩擦系数,及/或铝箔在阳模侧的涂层表面具有最高为0.45但最好最高为0.40的这种摩擦系数。
其中阴模侧的表面最好是由一个塑料层构成的。
按照本发明的一个较优的实施例,阳模侧的塑料层是可热压粘合的并具有从0.001至0.030mm范围的厚度。按照本发明的另一个较优的实施例,上述这个厚度在0.003至0.020mm的范围内,但最好在0.003至0.012mm的范围。
按照本发明的另外一个较优的实施例,其特征为,阴模侧的合成树脂层是由一个厚度在0.0005至0.020mm范围内的薄保护漆层构成的。
本发明的另一个任务是要研制出一种具有高气密性的包装,特别是泡型罩包装,该包装有一个平面材料的载体,在其一个平坦区域内通过这种材料的成形制出许多凹坑以便接纳包装物特别如药片、胶囊等,并且在该平坦区域内平贴地结合着一层铝密封箔,从而使空包装的铝含量达到一个尽可能高的百分比。
这个任务是用按照本发明的包装来解决的,其特征为,载体是由一块材料构成的,许多凹坑是用冷成形方法制出,并且至少在凹坑的凹面设置有一个可加压粘合的塑料层,另外载体是由一片按照本发明的涂层铝箔制成的,从而空包装的铝含量以重量计可大于80%,甚至可较优地大于90%。
                本发明实施方式和附图的说明
下面将对按照本发明的包装的一个较优实施例结合附图进行详细说明。其中:
图1为包装的俯视图。
图2为图1中按II-II线剖开的概略剖视图。
图3为用来阐明制造过程的局部剖视图。
载体1是由一条可冷成形的铝带制成的,其厚度在0.05至0.3mm的范围内,其质量符合铝业协会(AA)标准8079或8008。这种铝带在阳模侧设有一个可加压粘合的塑料层2,特别是采用可热压粘合漆的形式,其厚度从0.001~0.030,最好为从0.003~0.012mm,并且在阴模侧有一保护漆层(未画出),其涂敷量例如为2g/m2
为了制造图中所示的载体,例如从一厚度为0.1mm并在一侧涂有厚度为0.009mm的可热压粘合漆层的铝带开始,在该涂层的铝带上按照所要制造的包装的布局通过冷成形制出深度为4.5mm的小盆3。通过小盆区域内的冷成形,材料内达到的表面扩大在上述情况下约为35%。这样的表面扩大若是用一条具有同一厚度但没有涂层的铝带时,就不能以可重现方式达到。
在该铝带上的小盆3放入包装物,例如药片4,然后将一个在其下侧具有一个可热压粘合层的铝密封箔5,通过热压粘合连结在载体材料7的未经变形的区域上,如同图3中箭头8所示,铝密封箔的厚度为0.01~0.04mm(按照本实施例为0.02mm),可热压粘合层最好为可热压粘合漆涂层,其厚度为0.003~0.020mm(按照本实施例为0.009mm)。在此以后,将这样得到的、已经含有包装物的、带状的结合体在点线9上穿孔,最后通过冲载使这些包装成品沿着其轮廓线10分离。
图1示出一片包装成品,其中有一小盆3上的铝密封箔5已经拆开,我们可以看到粘合的区域11(布满小点)。该包装成品可沿穿孔的线9任意分割。空包装的铝含量(载体加密封箔)在本实施例以重量计为94%。
                        商业用途
按照本发明的涂层铝箔可较优地适宜作为在制药学中用于压坑包装或泡型罩包装的包装材料,并且用完的空包装可容易作为废物而排弃。

Claims (7)

1.使用阴模和阳模以冷成形方法成形的、盛装包装物用的涂层铝箔,其特征为,铝箔具有从0.05至0.3mm范围内的厚度,并且阴模侧的涂层表面具有一个按照英国标准(BS)2782测量的最高为0.35但最好最高为0.30的静态和动态的摩擦系数,及/或铝箔在阳模侧的涂层表面具有最高0.45但最好最高为0.40的这种摩擦系数。
2.按照权利要求1的涂层铝箔,其特征为,阴模侧的表面上的涂层由一个塑料层构成。
3.按照权利要求2的涂层铝箔,其特征为,阳模侧的塑料层是可热压粘合的并且厚度在0.001至0.030mm范围。
4.按照权利要求3的涂层铝箔,其特征为,阳模侧的塑料层具有一个从0.003至0.020mm、但最好为从0.003至0.012mm范围内的厚度。
5.按照权利要求1至4中任一项的涂层铝箔,其特征为,阴模侧的塑料层是由一个厚度在0.0005至0.020mm范围内的薄的保护漆层构成的。
6.一种包装,它采用一个平面材料的载体,在其一个平坦区域内通过这种材料的冷成形制出许多凹坑以便接纳包装物特别如药片、胶囊等,并且在该平坦区域内平贴地结合着一层铝密封箔,其特征为,载体(1)是由一块材料构成的,许多凹坑是用冷成形方法制出的,并且至少在凹坑的凹面设置有一个可加压粘合的塑料层(2),另外载体(1)是由一片按照权利要求1至5中任一项所述的涂层铝箔制成的,其空包装的铝含量以重量计占到80%以上。
7.按照权利要求6的包装,其特征为,空包装的铝含量以重量计大于90%。
