Claims (7)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un emballage comprenant un corps-support constitué d'un produit plat, qui présente, à l'intérieur d'une zone plane, plusieurs creux obtenus par formage dudit matériau destinés à recevoir le produit à emballer, en particulier des comprimés, des gélules et similaires et qui au niveau de cette zone plane est lié de manière surfacique à une feuille d'obturation en aluminium, dans lequel on utilise comme support (1) un morceau d'une feuille d'aluminium d'épaisseur comprise dans une plage allant de 0,05 à 0,30 mm, pourvue de films de matière plastique sur ses deux faces, dans lequel la teneur en aluminium de l'emballage vide est supérieure à 80 % en poids, dans lequel les creux (3) dans le corps-support (1) sont formés par un procédé de formage à froid utilisant des matrices et des poinçons et sont pourvus au moins au niveau de leur face concave d'une couche de matière plastique (2) soudable, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé de formage à froid utilisant des matrices et des poinçons, on utilise des feuilles d'aluminium revêtues d'une couche de matière plastique, dont la surface de revêtement côté matrice est formée d'une couche de matière plastique d'une épaisseur comprise entre 0,0005 et 0,020 mm et dont la surface de revêtement côté poinçon est formée d'une couche de matière plastique soudable à chaud d'une épaisseur comprise entre 0,001 et 0,030 mm et en ce que la surface de revêtement de la feuille d'aluminium côté matrice présente un coefficient de frottement statique et dynamique de 0,35 maximum, mesuré conformément à la norme anglaise (BS) 2782, et/ou en ce que la surface de revêtement de la feuille d'aluminium côté poinçon présente un coefficient de frottement statique et dynamique de 0,45 maximum.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface de revêtement de la feuille d'aluminium côté matrice présente un coefficient de frottement statique et dynamique de 0,maximum, mesuré conformément à la norme anglaise (BS) 2782.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface de revêtement de la feuille d'aluminium côté poinçon présente un coefficient de frottement statique et dynamique de 0,maximum, mesuré conformément à la norme anglaise (BS) 2782.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche de matière plastique côté matrice est une fine couche de vernis protecteur.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche de matière plastique, soudable à chaud, côté poinçon, présente une épaisseur comprise dans une plage allant de 0,003 à 0,020 mm.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche de matière plastique, soudable à chaud, côté poinçon, présente une épaisseur comprise dans une plage allant de 0,003 à 0,012 mm.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on produit une teneur en aluminium supérieure à 90 % dans l'emballage vide.
