Definitions
- the invention relates to an actuating device for common Opening and closing an elevator car door and one opposite elevator shaft door according to the preamble of Claim 1.
- the closest prior art is seen in EP-A-332841.
- the object of the invention is characterized by the features solved by claim 1.
- the drive device is in the actuating device according to the invention with one door and the driving device connected by a coupling device such that the entrainment device overcoming the distance to grab the counter driver is moved before the one door opens begins.
- the drive device can open the door without moving the door Bring the driver into contact with the other driver. Only the one and the other door are synchronized from the start open. The reverse applies to the closing process. A noise development due to uneven door runs avoided.
- a particularly smooth and quiet run can be achieved if the coupling device with the drive device a door is hinged.
- a first Swivel axis between drive device and coupling device with a second pivot axis between the coupling device line connecting a door before opening the doors during Overcoming the distance to the direction of movement of the Doors are moved orthogonal line.
- this change in distance by an evasive movement of the belt be taken up elastically, so that one without additional intermediate coupling element needs.
- the coupling device with the drive device is preferred and the driving device articulated.
- a special one simple design is obtained when the coupling device through a single one, between drive device, one Door and the driving device articulated coupling member formed is.
- a door frame preferably carries a stop on one door which the drive device strikes when the doors are closed are and the transfer device from the other door removed while restoring the distance so that the Drive device beyond the locked position of the doors and after restoring the distance a defined switch-off position Has.
- the driver device preferably has a lock that the driver device in the engaged state with the counter driver holds on. This prevents that during Opening the state of engagement between the driver and Counterparty is lost.
- the door frame of one door preferably carries another Stop that after closing the doors and one the distance restoring further movement of the drive device Lock releases.
- the lock is released automatically, see above that the driver is released from the counter-driver and hereby the free passage of the elevator car at the Distance to the elevator shaft door is restored. So that the lock does not unintentionally release itself can, the lock is preferably by means of a spring in its Pre-locked position.
- the lock can be designed as a toggle lever arrangement if the entrainment device does not intervene with the counter-driver is in a bottom dead center position and is engaged the driver device with the counter-driver in an over-dead center position is fixed, for example on one attached to one door Attack.
- the coupling device preferably releases before the opening of one door a lock that keeps the other door closed.
- the other door can only be locked open if the one door faces it and an unintentional one Open the other door if there are no opposing ones Doors, i.e. if the elevator car door is not opposite the elevator shaft door is located, which is normally not possible.
- the lock does not require its own drive.
- the coupling device releases the lock before moving the two doors, without this from the outside, for example, by slight movements of the Doors is visible. This lock is only closed after closing the doors, in the course of further movement of the Drive device for cabin-fixed stop.
- An auxiliary device is preferably provided, through which the Locking the other door if the drive device fails alternatively, it can be released by hand even if the doors do not face each other, especially if it is the other door is the shaft door.
- the drive device preferably has a movement direction of the doors linearly moving linear drive element on.
- This can be a nut of a lead screw drive a fluid-operated drive element, such as a piston-cylinder unit, or a drive element on a horizontally between have two rolls of tensioned belts, such as a toothed belt.
- the linear drive element can with the coupling device a parallel pair of one door in the Direction of movement of movably attached vertical rails be connected so that the rails when the doors are closed are approximated and at least approximated opposite doors each with the distance between one Pair of drivers of the other door are located.
- the rails on the elevator car pass through Move the shaft door freely between the counter drivers, without touching them, the distances being sufficient Safety distance is given.
- the coupling element Before the real one Opening movement of the doors are caused by the coupling element the rails moved away from each other so that the Overcoming distance to the counter-drivers in engagement with them occur, so that then in the course of further movement of the Drive device both doors can be opened at the same time. Due to the paired arrangement of the rails and counter drivers the other door with the one door in the opening and closing direction coupled without play, making it a particularly smooth and smooth and quiet movement both doors is coming.
- the counter drivers of the other door are preferably through one Pair of rollers made of elastic material, especially rubber, formed, which is a particularly smooth and quiet Sequence of movements results.
- One of the counter drivers on the other door is preferred fixed immovably and the other is the counter driver on the other door horizontally in the direction of movement of the doors slidably attached.
- the other of the recipients is on attached to a latch movable relative to the other door, who keeps the other door closed.
- the actuator of the type mentioned, with or Without a coupling device one door can be closed have locking latch that can only be released when the two doors face each other at least approximately. This will inadvertently open one door, for example due to incorrect opening movement of the drive device, prevents when the elevator shaft door and car door are in conflict do not face each other, especially if the one door the Cabin door is.
- This lock can also be used for No power failure due to manual sliding of one door to solve. This is an essential security feature in particular then if the one door is the cabin door acts and the elevator car at least between the floors runs freely without being surrounded on all sides by a shaft his.
- Locking of one door by the driver device is preferred actuated in such a way that the locking the one door with the driving device at least not doors which are approximately opposite are disengaged.
- this locking the one door at least not approximately opposite doors from the driving device decouples so that incorrect operation on the part of the drive device cannot lead to one door opens unintentionally.
- the locking of one door remains open before a door closed until the transport device after overcoming the free passage of the elevator car the elevator shaft door allows the counter driver grabs the other door.
- This creates an opening movement prevents one door, and thereby the other door, as long as the distance between the driver and the counter driver is not overcome. Only after covering the distance and When the lock is open, both doors can open synchronously.
- the locking of one door be biased in the locking direction by a spring, especially if the one door is the cabin door acts so that in the event of unintended vertical accelerations in the event of a malfunction, the lock does not lock itself can open.
- Locking the one door with the drive device is preferred, about the counterpart of the other door, coupled such that the failure of the drive device
- locking can only be opened if the two doors are at least approximately opposite each other.
- the respective locks of one and the other door can be forcibly coupled to each other in such a way that by actuation of the counterparty through the carrier device of one door the lock of the other door is released and in Dependent on the operation of locking the other Door the locking of one door is operated.
- a direct one Connection between drive device or coupling device or driver device with the locking of one door does not exist.
- the locking of the other door preferably carries an actuating element, about in the form of a rubber roller that when loosening the Lock the other door while overcoming one in above distances mentioned corresponding gap with a follower element the lock of the other door engages what then again the locking of one door releases.
- Prefers is the follower element analogous to the rails mentioned above another vertical rail, like the other rails on the a door is mounted so that it can move horizontally, but not in is in direct engagement with the drive or the coupling element.
- the actuating element such as the rubber roller
- the rail releases one Door.
- the actuator of the other door to the one attached to the other door Latch be attached.
- the drive device can be designed so that it closed doors a door with reduced driving force in Prestressed closed position, so that, for example, in the absence the locking of one door, this not or only with a large one Effort against the driving force of the drive device can be opened manually.
- the energy supply to the drive device can be regulated so that when closed Doors that reduced the tensioning of a door in the closed position Driving force in favor of low energy consumption is very low, but in the event of a violent attempt to open a door Open hand with increasing drive this attempt counteracts.
- one door can be the shaft door and the other Door be the cabin door.
- Actuator can be different elevator doors Open and close type, especially sliding doors.
- the cabin and shaft doors can be used as individual doors be trained or as multi-part telescopic doors. Further is it is possible that the cabin and shaft doors each run in opposite directions moving door leaves, each single door or telescopic door, exhibit.
- the locking devices work between the respective doors and the assigned ones Door frames, while in the case of counter-moving Door wing the locking devices between the one and act on the assigned other door leaf.
- a Door carrier 3 of an elevator sliding door T can be moved by means of rollers 5 hung up.
