Definitions
- the invention relates to a luminous flux rail system with a line for Conductor provided busbar, preferably with holders on one Ceiling or can also be attached to a wall and on the lamp holder are attachable, which are in electrical contact with the lines.
- EP 0 404 979 A discloses a light rail system in which the electrical Conductors sit in grooves of the insulating material that face the outside of the support profile stay open. This is also the case with the line arrangement according to DE 38 28 418 A1 is the case with ribbon cables or round cables in an insulating Basic bodies are used and at continuously open longitudinal slots for Expose the outside.
- the US 4,861,273 describes a lighting system in the band-shaped electrical conductors are included in the lateral grooves of a carrier profile and Expose large areas to the side.
- WO 91/05378 proposes a thin strip as the light guide system, into which the Edge embedded two electrical conductors that are embedded by a thin Cover are covered and have a greater thickness than the one connecting them Band section. The position of the electrical conductors can thus be seen from the outside.
- a lamp can be attached to this band in that its electrical Contacts in the form of small coil springs with pointed free ends the thin coating is drilled into the conductors, one with one Projection provided adhesive fixes the lamp to the band.
- DE-A-2 838 528 describes a flat cable which has three insulated wires in the Contains inside a flexible insulating rubber cover. peripheral units embrace the flat cable and pierce the rubber sheath when attaching it make electrical contact with the wires.
- the present invention is based on the object Luminous conductor rail system specify, the conductor rail a flexible Arrangement of the lamp holder in the room, preferably on or under the ceiling a room allows, while ensuring that the User not in contact with live cables of the busbar can advise and when attaching the lamp holder reliably electrical contact is made with the conductors in the current rail.
- the busbar is in both lateral directions bendable that they largely or completely after the bending process adopts the shape it occupies, so that it prefers to be wrapped in a curve curve desired by the user and in this selected shape can be attached.
- the track has a proportionate in the installation position under a blanket elongated, narrow cross-sectional shape so that they are in an upright position
- Layer has a large moment of resistance to deflection, i.e. it is largely vertical in this installation position rigid.
- both lateral directions i.e. in Direction of its width, however, is with little effort freely bendable so that the lamp holder is practically free selectable locations on or under a blanket can.
- the invention is of course not limited to that the conductor rail can be attached to or under a ceiling, it can also be attached to a wall.
- the track of course not necessarily in a vertical cross-sectional orientation attached, but it can also be arranged that its elongated cross section is arranged horizontally, i.e. in this situation it is only a small height, in contrast but a relatively large width, so that the busbar is freely bendable in this position up and down and for example an upward and downward wave course can take.
- the busbar an elastic material such as silicone, caoutchouc or rubber have from which the conductor rail completely or only partially consists.
- This permanently elastic material is not electrical conductive so that it has the electrical conductors embedded in it isolated.
- the conductor rail is complete in cross section closed, i.e. the electrical conductors embedded in it are covered by an insulating material jacket.
- the track is made of a permanently elastic material
- a continuous in the longitudinal direction of the busbar Inlay made of a non-elastic, but bendable material like lead or a lead alloy is embedded. hereby is achieved that the busbar largely after the bending process or completely maintains the form once taken.
- This insert made of bendable material can be, for example cross-sectionally rectangular, round or oval stripes, which is preferably embedded approximately in the center of the busbar.
- the busbar itself preferred such a cross-section that their length dimensions in one Direction are considerably larger than in the direction perpendicular to this Direction.
- the profile can not only be rectangular, if necessary with rounded edges, but also for example have an oval cross-sectional shape.
- the invention is on this but not limited, but circular and square cross-sectional shapes into consideration.
- the electrical ones are Cables, preferably phase, protective conductor and neutral conductor, preferably arranged on the longitudinal axis.
- the wear embedded electrical cables in addition to flexural rigidity in the vertical direction (not in the lateral directions) at.
- those to be attached to the busbar Luminaire holder have electrically conductive contact tips that in connection with the socket for the lamps and themselves when attaching the lamp holder to the power rail drill the material jacket and make electrical contact with the Make wires by putting their tips into them penetration.
- advantageous Embodiment of the invention twisted as an electrical conductor Strands, for example copper strands can be used.
- the design of the lamp holder is such that they grip the conductor rail with a positive cross-section, so that they are in a precisely specified cross-sectional position on the Track are attached.
- the contact tips are on such Positions of the inside of two swivel arms or of two assembled jaws of the lamp holder attached, the match the position of the embedded electrical conductors, so that the contact tips reliably and automatically when Attach the lamp holder to the power rail on the electrical Strike the conductor in the conductor rail.
- the lamp holders are quick and easy too by non-specialists at any point on the power rail fasten and move it to another place, whereby Do not remove any openings that could endanger safety after removal left in the track as the little ones Puncture holes due to the restoring force of the material close completely.
- the live light rail and all components are preferred designed for normal mains voltages. There can be several electrical phases are let into the track, so that the attached lights switched in different groups can be.
- the invention accordingly provides a busbar which is in a Plane is freely bendable while in the perpendicular to it Level has sufficient flexural rigidity to support its own weight and the lamp holders attached to it practically without To be able to carry deflection.
- the lamp holders are also from Can be quickly and easily attached to non-specialists at any point and can be moved again without the current carrying Rail damaged in a way that compromises safety becomes.
- Fig. 1 the current light rail 3 by ceiling bracket 2nd held.
- the current can be fed in at one of the ceiling brackets 2 become.
- the lamp holder 1 can be used anywhere without tools be attached without the current light rail 3 removed must become.
- the lamp holders 1 are tool-free at all times movable.
- Reference numeral 5 denotes the reinforcing material, this in some of the exemplary embodiments below is not shown, but is a feature of claim 1.
- Fig. 2 shows an oval version of a current light rail, here are again in the order as in Fig. 1 phase 7, protective conductor 6, reinforcing material 5 and neutral conductor 4.
- the order the copper conductor and the electrical assignment can also be chosen differently.
- Fig. 3 shows the design of a lamp holder 1, in which the Contacting and mounting via a swivel mechanism.
- the lamp holder 1 is first from below Current light rail 3 created and then two arms 10 by means of a swivel mechanism folded around an axis 11. With a screw 12, the lamp holder is then in the thread 13 held together. During swiveling and tightening the screw 12 makes the electrical contact. First, the contact tip 14 drills through the rubber jacket the current light rail and makes contact with line 6 ago. Therefore, this line should be designed as a protective conductor so that they first have protective contact with the lamp holder manufactures.
- Reference number 17 shows a closed lamp holder without Lamps.
- Fig. 4 shows three different profile designs of the Busbar and another lamp holder 18.
- Execution of the lamp holder are first two jaws 19 and 20 pressed onto the current light rail 3. Here will electrical contact has already been established through the contact tips. Then with an upper cap 21 and lower cap 22, which is also the socket for the lamp 8 forms, the jaws 19 and 20 held together.
- Fig. 5 shows the cross section of the lamp holder 18 in the assembled Status.
- the jaws 19 and 20 enclose the current light rail and are held by the two caps 21 and 22.
- the holder is tool-free Plug connection by snapping in spring-loaded ball bushings 13 (see detail").
- the contact tips make contact with the current-carrying lines 7, 6 and 6 ago.
- Reference numeral 5 shows the reinforcement material.
