Claims (12)

  1. Beleuchtungssystem umfassend:
    - eine lineare Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (12) das eine isolierenden Beschichtung aufweist,
    - einen Verbinder (10), der so konfiguriert ist, dass er an einem beliebigen Punkt entlang der Länge der linearen Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (12) angebracht werden kann, wobei der Verbinder (10) umfasst:
    - ein erstes und ein zweites C-förmiges Verbinderteil (14, 16), die miteinander in Schnappeingriff gebracht werden können,
    - mindestens einen Verbindungsstift (28), der von einer Innenfläche des ersten Verbinderteils (14) vorsteht,
    - mindestens ein leitendes Element (30), das innerhalb der Dicke (T) des ersten Verbinderteils (14) beinhaltet ist und den mindestens einen Verbindungsstift (28) mit einem Verbindungspunkt (32, 38) mit einem Stromversorgungskabel (36) elektrisch verbindet,
    wobei der mindestens eine Verbindungsstift (28) die isolierende Beschichtung der linearen Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (12) durchdringt und eine elektrische Verbindung mit leitenden Abschnitten der Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (12) herstellt, die sich innerhalb der äußeren isolierenden Beschichtung befinden, und
    wobei eine Innenfläche des ersten Verbinderteils (14) mindestens eine kreisförmige integrale Rippe (34) aufweist, die den mindestens einen Verbindungsstift (28) umgibt und eine Dichtung formt, die mit einer Fläche der linearen Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (12) zusammenwirkt.
  2. Beleuchtungssystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste Verbinderteil (14) eine Basiswand (20) und zwei Seitenwände (22) aufweist, die nach einer C-Form angeordnet sind, wobei der mindestens eine Verbindungsstift (28) aus einer Innenfläche der Basiswand (20) herausragt und wobei der elektrische Verbindungspunkt (32, 38) an einer der Seitenwände (22) angeordnet ist.
  3. Beleuchtungssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei ein Kunststoffmaterial, das das erste Verbinderteil (14) formt, an das mindestens eine leitende Element (30) durch Mehrkomponenten-Spritzguss spritzgegossen ist.
  4. Beleuchtungssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei das mindestens eine leitende Element (30) in einer entsprechenden Nut untergebracht ist, die in dem ersten Verbinderteil (14) geformt ist.
  5. Beleuchtungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das mindestens eine leitende Element (30) an ein Ende des Stromversorgungskabels (36) geschweißt ist.
  6. Beleuchtungssystem nach Anspruch 5, wobei eine Schweißzone zwischen dem mindestens einen leitenden Element (30) und dem Ende des jeweiligen Stromversorgungskabels (36) innerhalb des ersten Verbinderteils (14) durch Mehrkomponenten-Spritzguss spritzgegossen ist.
  7. Beleuchtungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das mindestens eine leitende Element (30) an einem Ende des Stromversorgungskabels (36) angecrimpt ist.
  8. Beleuchtungssystem nach Anspruch 7, wobei
    die Crimpzone (38) zwischen dem mindestens einen leitenden Element (30) und dem Ende des jeweiligen Stromversorgungskabels (36) innerhalb des ersten Verbinderteils (14) mit Mehrkomponenten-Spritzguss spritzgegossen ist.
  9. Beleuchtungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei ein Ende (32) des mindestens einen leitenden Elements (30) an einer Außenfläche einer Seitenwand (22) des ersten Verbinderteils (14) freiliegt.
  10. Beleuchtungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das mindestens eine leitende Element (30) durch einen Metallstreifen geformt ist.
  11. Beleuchtungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens eines der ersten und zweiten Verbinderteile (14, 16) aus transparentem Material hergestellt ist.
  12. Beleuchtungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine Vielzahl von Verbindungsstiften (28), die aus der Innenfläche des ersten Verbinderteils (14) herausragen und mit entsprechenden elektrischen Verbindungspunkten (32, 38) durch entsprechende leitende Elemente (30) elektrisch verbunden sind.
