  • the end element 125 swivels downward into the position shown in FIG. 14 under the load of the additional box element 118 and under the longitudinal force which is generated by the innermost support roller 135 on the triangular strip 138 and the slope and runs in the direction of the rail support.
  • the helical spring 129 When the end element 125 pivots from the position shown in FIG. 13 to the position shown in FIG. 14, the helical spring 129 is compressed, so that as the second auxiliary box element 118 progressively lowers, a greater resistance to the lowering acts on it. In this way, the lowering takes place in a particularly gentle manner.
  • the coil spring 129 is tuned so that the above-described decelerated lowering movement can take place in a wide weight range for additional box elements.
  • the height of the upper edges of the rail supports 123 is dimensioned such that the lowering takes place to such an extent that the upper sides of the bottom walls 119 of the main box element 116 and the top of the bottom wall 121 of the second additional box element 118 come to lie at the same level.
  • the first additional box element 117 can be extended, and after removing the triangular strip 138, a flat floor extends over both additional box elements 117, 118 and the main box element 116.
  • the insertion of the additional box elements 117, 118 occurs essentially in the opposite way.
  • the triangle bar 138 placed on the bottom wall 119 and the first additional box element 117 moved into the main box element 116.
  • the first additional box element 117 is retracted when it has reached the position shown in FIGS. 13 and 14.
  • the second additional box element 118 is also retracted.
  • the second additional box element 118 is acted upon with traction means not shown in this view with a force directed onto the main box element 116 such that the innermost support roller 135 moves up the slope 137 from the position shown in FIG. This raises the second additional box element 118.
  • This movement is supported by the spring force of the helical spring 129 acting on the end element 125, the force of which acts on the outer support roller 136 via the stop horn 139 and is introduced into the second additional box element 118 via this.
  • the special design of the link guide 126 ensures that the outer support roller 136 is guided during the movement of the additional box element 118 up and down so that with the support roller 135 moving upward to the left via the slope 137 and the triangular ledge 138, the bottom wall 121 essentially always remains parallel to the upper surface of the bottom wall 119 of the main box element 116.
  • the end element 125 is also again in its starting position shown in FIG. Then the additional box element 118 is pushed onto the innermost support roller 136 and on the outer support roller 136 in a rolling manner into the main box element 116, the outer support roller 136 rolling on the rail support 123.
  • the rail supports 123 are finally pushed into the bottom wall 119 of the main box element 116, after which the container 115 is in a transportable state.
