Definitions

  • the invention relates to containers, in particular as work or living space, according to the generic terms of claims 1 and 2.
  • containers have been designed (see DE-A-39 11 511), which consists of a main box element and one or two additional box elements exist, with the additional box elements during of the transport nested within the Main box element arranged and on site from the main box element to two opposite Pages are extendable, which extends the floor area almost triples.
  • the additional box elements have rigid walls and are each open to the main box element.
  • a generic container is the BE-A-491 328. It also has a main box element as well as one or two additional box elements which are extendable from the main box element, to enlarge the container.
  • the respective Additional box element after extending the main box element detached from it and lowered so that the bottom wall of the main and Additional box element to be at the same height come.
  • the additional box element When the container can be transported again , the additional box element must be raised and be inserted into the main box element. How the raising and lowering should take place not to be found in the document.
  • the invention has for its object a To design containers of the type described in the introduction that the provision of the container with extended Additional box element faster and easier can be carried out.
  • the basic idea of the invention is to use additional box elements with rigid floors, which is also during the extension and retraction keep well sealed in the main box element let and which are made simple and stable can.
  • Lifting devices ensure that the additional box elements be raised before or when retracted into the main box element, and vice versa for the fact that when the Additional box elements are lowered so far that the floors of the main box element and additional box elements lie in one plane.
  • each additional box element extendable guideways are provided, for example in the form of rail supports, and the additional box elements Have roles when moving the additional box elements over the guideways roll.
  • the guideways slope downwards to lower the additional box elements at Extend or have to lift when retracting. This can expediently be done in such a way that at the beginning and at the end of each guideway Inclined steps are provided and that the additional box elements outside roles that around the height of the inside inclined step is lower are as the inside roles. This ensures that the respective additional box element under Extends maintaining its horizontal position and both just before reaching the end position Inclined levels are reached and then at the same time rolls down.
  • the guideways consist of beams and rail elements
  • the rail elements via lifting devices are vertically movable.
  • Such lifting devices can each over the length of the rail elements distributed and via a common spindle drive be coupled. It lends itself to the spindle drives to connect via a common drive shaft that preferably at the free ends of the guideways is arranged.
  • the lifting device lowering elements has that when opening the relevant additional box element lowering due to gravity enable and furthermore at least a resistance element to delay the lowering movement of the additional box element is present.
  • the lifting devices are designed so that the additional box element that up to a starting position extended from the main box element is from this starting position via lowering elements especially without further manual operation in particular up to the level of the end position of the additional box element is lowerable.
  • a special resistance element the one essentially contrary the lowering direction acting on the additional box element Resistance creates, prevents the additional box element when lowering over the Measures accelerated so that when braking when reaching only slight vibrations occur in the end position.
  • the resistance element can be a spring and in particular have an elastic coil spring. If the spring hardness and the length to the expected Load from the additional box element is adjusted, bumps when lowering the additional box element effectively avoided. It is also special advantageous that when lowering the additional box element energy is stored in the spring used when retracting the additional box element can be. Lifting the additional box element when entering is because of the effect the spring supports.
  • the resistance element can also also an attenuator, such as an as Gas pressure damper or oil damper designed friction damper exhibit. This makes it special quiet lowering of the additional box element achieved.
  • the additional box elements have roles that when moving the additional box elements roll over the guideways, and where the guideways outside, movable end areas to lower the additional box elements, each with at least one resistance element stay in contact.
  • the end areas of the guideways represent part of the Lifting devices according to the invention, so that Additional box element with a roller on the end area rests against the resistance of the End area related resistance element is gently lowered.
  • the resistance elements are on or arranged in the guideways, wherein they are preferably extend in the longitudinal direction of the guideways. This ensures that the resistance elements do not take up any additional installation space, so that the provided according to the invention Lifting device is particularly compact.
  • the lowering elements on the outside each a stop for a role of an additional box element have the guideways advantageously from the role at the stop the additional box element when extending the additional box element with extended. This makes it special faster container construction possible because the guideways are not separate from the additional box element need to be extended. In addition is precise guidance of the additional box element by the stop possible when lowering.
  • the weight of the additional box element in question and the properties of the resistance element are preferably coordinated so that the associated lowering elements essentially lower only when a roll of the additional box element when fully extended the guideway reaches the stop.
  • the guideway then remains together with the lowering elements in a horizontal position until the additional box element almost completely from the Main box element is extended so that the floor the additional box element also during assembly of the container in a horizontal position remains.
  • the lowering elements guided with lowering mechanisms that are designed so that the end areas when they are lowered a combination of translational movements especially in the downward direction and pivoting movement To run.
  • the lowering mechanism is a combination from a sliding guide both in the longitudinal direction of the guideways as well as in the lowering direction of the additional box element and from a swivel for pivoting in a direction transverse to the Has guideways.
  • the Lowering mechanism as a slide guide one guide groove and one in each Guide groove movable molded cams.
  • the shape cam is according to a preferred embodiment attached to the pivotable lowering element while the guide groove is provided on the guideway is.
  • the backdrop guide according to the invention provided that the cooperating guide surfaces of guide groove and molded cam each as Sub-segments of circular rings with matching Radii are formed.
  • Such a backdrop tour is particularly easy to manufacture.
  • the guideways each sloping outwards Inclined steps as lowering elements for lowering the Additional box elements. Then when the scenery tours are designed so that one in the end area roll of the additional box element lying against the stop makes a movement when lowered, which with the movement of at least one in the area of one Oblique role of the additional box element matches, there is a particularly precise Lowering of the additional box element.
  • an inclined step is provided for each guideway and in which the additional box elements roll on the outside have the depth of the inclined step lower are arranged as the inside roles, the remains Bottom wall of the additional box element when sinking always aligned horizontally.
  • each have a resistance element at one end with a Guideway is connected, with a rope connection for connecting a lowering element to the serves other end of the resistance element.
  • the lifting device one between each additional box element and main box member extending, manually actuatable winch especially for retracting the additional box element has in the main box element.
  • the additional box element can on a simple and energy-saving Drive way into the main box element, in particular when executing the guideways with Incline the winch to overcome the incline serves.
