Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Einschalen von Decken, bei dem eine Anzahl von Stützen (1, 2) in Abständen zueinander aufgestellt werden, wobei jeweils eine Teilanzahl in einer Linie fluchtend anzuordnen sind, auf die dann jeweils Längsträger (6) und auf diese Querträger (3) aufgelegt werden, so daß die Querträger (3) jeweils zumindest auf zwei Längsträgern (6) aufliegen und schließlich Schalungsplatten (4) auf die Querträger (3) aufgebracht werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Stützen (1, 2), Längs- (6) und Querträger (3) derart aufgestellt werden, daß die jeweiligen Abstände der Quer- (3) und Längsträger (6) sowie der Stützen (1, 2) zueinander für alle zu betonierenden Deckenstärken bis zu einer vorgegebenen Deckenstärke anhand von optisch (31, 63) und/oder mechanisch wirkenden (32, 61, 62), festen Aufstellhilfen an den Längs- (6) und Querträgern (3) und/oder Schalungsplatten (4) und gegebenenfalls den Stützen (1, 2) eingehalten werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweiligen Abstände der Quer- (3) und Längsträger (6) sowie der Stützen (1, 2) zueinander entsprechend der maximal zu betonierenden Deckenstärke unter Berücksichtigung der Geometrie- und Werkstoffdaten der Schalungsplatten (4), Quer- (3) und Längsträgern (6) sowie der Stützen (1, 2) einmal berechnet werden und die Aufstellhilfen (31, 41, 32, 62, 11, 61) entsprechend an den jeweiligen Schalungselementen angebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Aufstellen der Schalung die einzelnen Abstände der Quer- (3) und Längsträger (6) sowie der Stützen (1, 2) zueinander anhand der Aufstellhilfen (31, 41, 32, 62, 61, 11), die zumindest auf der Unterseite der Schalungselemente angebracht sind, erfolgt.
- Deckenschalungssystem mit:einer Anzahl Stützen (1, 2), die in Abständen zueinander mit jeweils einer Teilanzahl in einer Linie fluchtend aufstellbar sind,Längsträgern (6), die auf die Stützen auflegbar sind,Querträgern (3), die auf die Längsträger (6) auflegbar sind, undSchalungsplatten (4), die auf die Querträger (3) aufbringbar sind,
an die Längs- (6) und Querträger (3) und/oder die Schalungsplatten (4) und gegebenenfalls die Stützen (1, 2) in regelmäßigen Abständen optisch und/oder mechanisch wirkende, feste Aufstellhilfen angebracht sind. - Deckenschalungssystem nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Aufstellhilfen jeweils auf zumindest der in Einbaulage unteren Seite angebracht sind. - Deckenschalungssystem nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufstellhilfen sich farblich absetzende Markierungen sind.
- Deckenschalungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufstellhilfen im wesentlichen die Schalungselemente (1,2,3,4,6) nicht schwächende Markierungslinien (31,41,63) sind, die abwechselnd gleich ausgebildet sind.
- Deckenschalungssystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils auf der in Einbaulage unteren Seite der Längs- (6) und Querträger (3) und/oder der Schalungsplatten (4) in regelmäßigen Abständen Erhebungen oder Vertiefungen eingeformt oder angebracht sind, die mit entsprechenden auf der Oberseite der Stützen (1,2), der Längs- (6) und der Querträger (3) angebrachten oder eingeformten Vertiefungen oder Erhebungen im wesentlichen formschlüssig ineinandergreifen.
- Deckenschalungssystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erhebungen bzw. Vertiefungen kegelförmig sind.
- Deckenschalungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützen (1,2) in ihrer Höhe verstellbar sind und unabhängig von der eingestellten Höhe immer die gleiche Tragkraft haben.
