Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wickelmaschine zum Aufwickeln einer laufenden Papierbahn mit zwei Tragwalzen, die ein Wickelbett zur Aufnahme eines Papierwickels bilden. Hierbei ist der von den Tragwalzen und dem Papierwickel begrenzte Raum als druckdichte Kammer ausgebildet, die einen Druckluftanschluß hat. Die druckdichte Kammer trägt ein Trennmesser zum Durchtrennen der Papierbahn.
Eine solche Wickelmaschine ist aus DE 92 12 571 U bekannt geworden.
Die ältere, nicht vorveröffentlichte europäische Patentanmeldung EP 0 631 955 A, die unter Artikel 54(3) EPÜ fällt, zeigt eine solche Wickelmaschine, bei der außerdem noch das Trennmesser einer Seitenwand der druckdichten Kammer zugeordnet ist und zwar der Seitenwand die sich nahe der bahnumschlungenen Tragwalze befindet.
Die genannten Wickelmaschinen haben sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen. Deshalb haben sich die Erfinder die Aufgabe gestellt, diese Maschinen noch weiter zu entwickeln im Sinne einer Optimierung und Vereinfachung des konstruktiven Aufbaus.
Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung durch die Merkmale des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Die Erfindung ist anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert.
Figur 1 zeigt in Seitenansicht eine Wickelmaschine mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Trennmesser.
Figur 1 zeigt in einer Seitenansicht die wesentlichen Elemente einer Wickelmaschine, nämlich die beiden Tragtrommeln 1, 2, die gemeinsam ein Wickelbett bilden, mit einem im Wickelbett befindlichen Wickel 3.
Den beiden Tragwalzen 1, 2 ist eine Einrichtung zur Entlastung mittels Druckluft von unten her zugeordnet, um das Gewicht des Wickels 3 wenigstens teilweise aufzuheben. Die Einrichtung umfaßt einen Luftkasten 10, der Seitenwände 10.1, 10.2 aufweist, ferner eine Abdichtung 10.3 gegen die Tragtrommel 1 sowie eine Abdichtung 10.4 gegen die Tragtrommel 2.
Am oberen Ende der Seitenwand 10.2 ist ein Trennmesser 11 angelenkt. Dieses erstreckt sich über die Breite der Maschine, d.h. über die Länge des Wickels 3. Auch eine Teilerstreckung ist möglich.
Bei Fahrbetrieb weist das Trennmesser die Position 11' auf - gestrichelte Darstellung.
Ist Wickel 3 jedoch fertig, so wird er in Richtung des Pfeiles 12 durch eine hier nicht dargestellte Vorrichtung aus dem Wickelbett herausgeschwenkt. Trennmesser 11 nimmt nunmehr die ausgezogen dargestellte Position ein, wobei die Papierbahn beim Verschwenken des Wickels in Pfeilrichtung mit der Schneide des Trennmessers 11 in Berührung kommt und dabei durchtrennt wird.
Damit wird in geschickter Weise die Anordnung eines Luftkastens 10 kombiniert mit einer Bahntrennvorrichtung, wobei die Seitenwand 10.2 als Träger des Trennmessers 11 ausgenutzt wird.

Claims (1)

  1. Wickelmaschine zum Aufwickeln einer laufenden Papierbahn (4)
    mit zwei Tragwalzen (1, 2), die ein Wickelbett zur Aufnahme eines Papierwickels (3) bilden;
    der von den Tragwalzen (1, 2) und dem Papierwickel (3) begrenzte Raum ist als druckdichte Kammer (20) ausgebildet, die einen Druckluftanschluß hat;
    eine Seitenwand (10.2) der druckdichten Kammer (20) trägt ein Trennmesser (11) zum Durchtrennen der Papierbahn (4);
    das Trennmesser (11) ist jener Seitenwand (10.2) der druckdichten Kammer (20) zugeordnet, die sich nahe der bahnumschlungenen Tragwalze (2) befindet;
    das Trennmesser (11) ist an der Seitenwand (10.2) angelenkt.
